Bad service, wouldn’t recommend. Food came wrong, wasn’t delicious. The waitress was rude. Some orders didn’t even came at all. NEVER AGAIN !!

Food arrival time really fast, food quality ok, prices a bit high, staff should work more on people skills. Overall ok, but will try other places next time.

Part of the Sergiana restaurant chain, with delicious food. Usually not busy, has a quite quick service, and only Sergiana restaurant that has pizza in it's menu.

Very nice atmosphere, service was impeccable. The pizzas were good.

Unfortunately we didn't listen to our uber driver who didn't recommend this place as we though we would still try it because we wanted Italian food. Well this is far from a good quality Italian style restaurant. The food was cold (all 3 dishes), the food took forever to come which made us think it must be good quality, unfortunately this place was very disappointing compared to all the other restaurants we have tried including the others in the Sergiano chain in Brasov. The Lasagna tasted like it was frozen and just heated up...the pizza was not good quality ingredients like we were used to at many other places in Brasov, and the penne pasta was very similar to the lasagna dish...cold and not fresh. Nothing here tasted good and I tried all 3 dishes. The service here was lacking and overall I would not go back here. There are many other good restaurants in Brasov that are the same price range and 100 times better.

I would rather starve to death than go to Nec’s. Bad service and the food takes ages to be delivered.

The waitress was fast and very polite. The restaurant was clean, feels large, it has a nice steam-punk related design. The food was overall good but the bread was not fresh.

Good food. Would not try sour cream souce. Fair prices for the menus. (eq: grilled chicken breast + french fry + coleslaw salad ~24RON). Morning coffee 2/5for variety, 4/5 for quality. A little strange that you have to pay before you get the fiscal bill ... But there is a reason for that, just ask the waiter/waitress and they will explain as best they can.

Good food, good service. I highly recommend it. Pollo alla contandina is my favorite dish. Love it!
