Awesome location! Initially, my booking was for other hotel in their group of Ana Hotels and I got free upgrade to a room here. The hotel looks nice and clean and is close to the "Bradul" slope. It's also surrounded by lots of beautiful trees. The room service has some interesting options to choose from and overall, the staff is friendly. I was a little disappointed by the fact that I was in need of a pill for my throat, and they don't keep any pills so make sure you visit a drug store if you think you'll need something. I'm quite certain I'll visit again sometime. Thank you! ☺️

Perfect getaway into the nature, but while having the good food cuisine and the SPA. Extra: the kids club is really cool and you can spend some quality time with the family in the pool or walking around the forest. During autumn the weather was perfect and the fresh air is just perfect. The view from the top floor and the spacious room was a delight. Rich breakfast with variety of products to enjoy. Perfect location during the winter season if you want to ski.

The hotel is nice. I enjoyed my time here, but for a recently renovated hotel, i expected more. We had a problem with the shower in the bathroom, water getting everywhere, no slippers in the room, even though they have a spa, but we asked at the reception and they gave us. No bathrobe. 🤔 No iron. When you go to the spa and you don't have slippers you have to pay them (around 5-7 lei) for one single use slippers. The spa is clean and nice. The breakfast was very good. The bed was great. The TV small and too far away. Too expensive for a deluxe room which i think should have been done better.

Smell of mold in the public areas ... but the room was clean The walk to the dining room is a bi annoying , and the parking in front of the hotel is full of garbage which wasn't removed several days (lot of black garbage nylon bags full of waste)

The hotel is really nice. The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable and the view is amazing.

A modern hotel, with good service, pool, jacuzzi. My room had a big TV. The light was controlled from multiple locations. The restaurant food is very good. The view is nice. In the winter it is close to ski, in the summer you can do easy mountain walks. On the low light, I did not liked the way TV was starting when entering the room - with some promo. However, it was a very nice stay overall.

Comfortable, friendly, nice and clean. Large rooms and comfy beds. Great location but restaurants are shared with the other hotel and it is a small annoying walk inside.

Good looking hotel, good looking rooms. Great positioning, you have a nice view from the terrace. Very tasty and selected food. A lot of activities around the area.

Nice hotel, good location (near one of the large lifts), modern decor and friendly staff with good swimming pool and spa facilities. Room unfortunately not quite clean and unable to change the heat with more than 2 degrees up or down from the rather warm 21 Celsius.

Clean rooms, but kind of small. In my room the vent was making a very bad, disturbing, noise. I dislike it because they overprice everything for what they offer, but you don t have good alternatives around so they make the most of it. I expected more quality staff with smiles and frendly attitude... Somr customer care trainings will suite them well.

Ok, the rooms are clean and just refurbished, but the service needs work. The staff don’t care much about their guests. The bellboy watched as my mother in law dragged her suitcase up the stairs and we had to ask several times to take the suitcases up to the room. Not sure what he though his role is in this establishment. I then ordered room service one night, waited 45 mins and then when I called to find out where it was I was told by the monosyllabic Maria that the kitchen was closed and I should call another number! No apology or explanation about why I wasn’t told. **Update - the manager handled our complaint very well and compensated us for the bad service. Apparently an isolated incident with two new members of staff. The food in the restaurant is excellent as well.

The location is lovely. The place has enormous potential. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is well maintained except for the ridiculous bad WiFi and worn-out/dirty carpets in common areas. The TV system is archaic and needs a revamp as well.
