One of the best hotels/restaurants/spas in Poiana Brașov. The rooms are not in tune with their pricing and the modern take of having a glass wall between the room and the bathroom is pretty stupid in my opinion. The food is very good, but expensive for its quantity and quality. "Papanași" (dessert) is the best from Poiana Brașov. The spa is very crowded during weekends and holidays and there is no discipline kept, despite that the rules are clear and posted publicly. But there are not enough good hotels, restaurants and spas in Poiana Brașov so they are one of the very few places to choose from, thus the high pricing (low offer vs. high demand).

So...is a 4 star but...is luxurios inside, the food you order is probably 4 stars, breakfast though is just 3 stars. The Waiters doesn't asks you if you are left or right handled. A bit overrated overall, probably 3 1/2. Even has some quality, there are things that drags it down

We found a bug under the pillow, the replaced room was cold, with a smaller bed and a strong "perfume" of cigarettes. Later edit: first of all, it wasn't a free upgrade, we booked like that, and secondly, it was not an ant. Advice: Next time improve customer care and customer experience so that even these things happens, the clients won't leave disappointed.

Small rooms, good furniture, nice interiour design, expensive services.

Although this location is popular for winter sport, it's also a great summer location for hiking and mountain biking. It's a short drive or bus ride from the centre of Brasov which now has direct flights to London and a number of other European cities. The restaurant has fantastic views via its huge glass windows and the food was exceptional although my quick snapshot here doesn't really do it justice. The flavour of the sauce and mushrooms served with the chicken was rich and intense and the mash was buttery with seasoning and fresh herbs. I really enjoyed the pool / spa area. The pool is quite large and was warm, but still fresh enough to swim laps for exercise. The outdoor terrace and jacuzzi was magical in the mountain setting and there was plenty of space on sun loungers inside and outside on the terrace, despite it being a Saturday. Staff really made it a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend.

We just arrived today. The receptionist asked us right away to pay for extra beds even though there are sleeper chairs in each of our 3 rooms! One of the reasons that let me chose this hotel is the Kids club, but suddenly they told us it is closed because it is not holiday!!! We didn’t feel that we’re welcomed here. They supposed to be nicer especially in this time of year with less visitors. I’ve tried to find a contact email or number for complaints but there is only the reservation number!

The place has beautiful vibes. It is clean enough, the spa is well maintained. The pool is considerably big, they have 2 jacuzzis, one inside and one outside. It is a very nice experience to stay outside in the jacuzzi and see snow around you. The staff is sufficient and are behaving very nice. The restaurant is crazy expensive, but the food is delicious. The rooms are small. The bathroom has a glass wall, so your roommate can watch how you shower. If the roommate is really curious, he can see you on the WC too. There were a couple of things broken in my room, but after I've informed the staff, the stuff was quickly repaired. Overall, a good place. If you don't mind the glass wall, I cannot recommend it enough.

A very nice restaurant with an interesting menu and a nice wine collection. The personal was quite attentive without being intrusive. We enjoyed a nice dinner and had couple of drinks. We also read the bad reviews of some people being obvious that they did not understand were they choose to eat. The food is tasty and we had our best tuna tartar here. We had our desert to go and the 'papanasi' were surprisingly tasty and quite crunchy even if they had some time to get cold. There are couple of good restaurants in Poiana Brașov but this one is for sure the best. Will come back soon and maybe next time will take some pictures of the dishes. When we arrived, we were really hungry and completely forgot. I quite regret it now. 🙈

A superb location for a mountain weekend getaway, extremely clean rooms, very good food, with a Swedish buffet for breakfast, as well as for lunch and dinner. We stayed for 2 nights with a group of 11 people and highly recommend it. The only drawback for this review would be the glass panel between the bathroom and the room, which allows a partial view of the bathroom from the shower area. So, if you're not a couple sharing the room, it can be a bit awkward. Other than that, everything else was great!

This hotel has such an amazing customer service!!! Their attitude to customers is one of the highest and best I've seen in my life. We booked a hotel room and were waiting so long for this vacation, then war started in Israel and the airlines canceled our flight. I was sad because the reservation of the hotel I booked was NOT flexible , and I was not supposed to get the money back in case of cancellation. But I wrote to the hotel anyway, and I was shocked by their kindness, generosity, understanding. They didn't have to refund me at all, but they did and were so nice. Thank you very much I will remember it forever. And I'm already waiting when the war is over, this will be the hotel I'll book again because your service and your attitude to customers is one of the highest I've seen in my life. Thank you very much again for everything.

I had a wonderful stay at Ana Hotel in Poiana Brașov! The service and staff were exceptional, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The ski in, ski out convenience made it a perfect accommodation for a winter getaway. Special thanks to Dan, whose assistance added an extra layer of excellence to my experience. Recently stated, ANA spa resort in Brasov as part of a tour group passing through for one night. We were sharing a triple the room which was an average size could be a little bit bigger. The third bed which is a pull-out couch was very uncomfortable, unfortunately had very little support or cushioning, the other two beds were fine. The restaurant and facilities were fine clean and the food very good. One of our group took part in a massage which was very good. Our main gripe is that the Internet did not work. We were down the end of the hallway in room 117, and when we were trying to get on, we could not even load a page. One of our group had to go to Reception to do some work there as the Internet was better. When we told the staff at reception, they said that the Internet was working fine, when I advised that it wasn’t in our room they still said it was working fine which it wasn’t. That part needs to be improved in today’s day and age.

Hilarious how a ski restaurant (literally at the bottom of Partia Bradul) doesn’t allow with ski boots inside. There are no signs on the door so you end up getting a proper telling off when entering the place. Super unfriendly staff.

This was one of the most beautiful places I have been to, and the pool is great, the jacuzzi, the food, staff..I loved everything. I definitely recommend it.

Very good hotel. Unfortunetely the were only single room numvers to book, BUT the territory, spa, food, beds, cleaning and staff are just amazing. Few things to improve: bikes for rent are very very average, swimming pool water could be 1-2 more degree to more comfort, safe did not work, no AC but it was not hot because of climate, no smart and no "cable" TV- just set Youtube :) Still, very happy with our choice and very enjoyed our vacy there.

Very nice and clean hotel, nice spa, swimming pull and gym. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. The breakfast was great, however someone should tell that man who seems to be in charge at the restaurant that it is NOT OK to scream at his colleagues like that, in front of the clients every morning...that's not what you wanna hear while you're having breakfast

I don’t understand how this hotel has such high ratings. It’s disgusting!! I went to see the spa, pool, jacuzzi, everything looks disgusting. I didn’t have the courage to use it as everything looked dated and dirty. So happy that we only stayed there for 1 night and then moved to Teleferic Hotel, which is a hotel that is actually worth the money.

Location, services, rooms, overall is great, including breakfast. you can really see that they are working permanently to keep up with whatever demands tourists might have.

I had a great staying here. Confortabile room, sparkling clean, everywhere smells nice. The food is delicious and the stuff is very responsive and positive.

We used the spa on a day pass. The spa area is very clean and welcoming. You do not have to be a guest at this hotel to use the spa area. The treatments were some of the best treatments we have had. Very nice Atmosphere.

I bought a SPA voucher for some friends. The staff was friendly and helpful. Really great experience.

We used to come here almost each year. Hotel was clean, staff friendly, food was poor, prices high. We came again in 2022, only high prices and the same poor quality food. Unfriendly staff refused to feed us after a long trip. The overall impression is that investments and good quality management are missing. Last trip here….☹️

The location is very good positioned, at the edge of the forest. Breakfast was ok ish and the service was ok. The interior pool, the outside hot tub and the sauna's are also ok. I recommend Daniel, from the spa,he truly has golden hands. During the same period i was at the hotel, there were several gypsy families, with lots of kids and they were very noisy, they didn't had any respect for the people inside the exterior hot tub, who were there for relaxation, they were listening to "maneles" in the inside of the hotel and also outside, which was disturbing for the guests who come to relax and enjoy the nature. Plus the rooms are quite small and the pillows quite bad. And the prices quite high, but they are coming after a difficult year and they probably want to make up for the losses :)

The location is very beautiful. Breakfast was very delicious. The swimming pool was very decent, didn't smell of chlorine compared to other pools. The jacuzzi from inside and from outside were ok but to small if there are more people who want to use it. The negative part was the room, very small, we booked a large bed for 2 people, we received that looked like 2 single beds who were put together as one. It was not very confortable to sleep on it. It was also a strange smell in the room, of old furniture or the old carpet, I don't know exactly. The bethroom also very small, the shower place doesn't have a door that can be closed. The shower head had limescale on it and the floor was not very clean. I would recommend this hotel for the spa.

Team building session with more than 80 participant. Accomodation, food and entertainment was very good. Very nice location for such events.

The kitchen to close at 23 for a wedding is way too earlier but other than that everything was exceptional

Awesome hotel located a hundred meters from the skilift. The hotel is large, has nice rooms and excellent service. Especially hospitality manager Maria is very kind and professional. She assisted me in a few matters. Five stars!
