You will never sleep here. Super loud and bad music the hotel provides in its yard until 10 PM. They rather want to accommodate the entire resort with atmosphere instead of its own direct customers. The fish aquarium in the lobby hasn’t been washed in ages. Too bad the animal protection is absent in this country. I moved to another hotel straight away that night.

Very loud music that was not mentioned on booking. Actual banners with 24/7 party seen only when we arrived at the location. The rooms need redecorating and extensive cleaning, as there were yellowish moldy spots on the ceiling and the shower tiles were really damaged by the water, they were bulging and really loose around the faucets. On Booking it was advertised with a minibar and jacuzzi, but there were only empty fridges (one that wasnt even working in my friends room) and the jacuzzi required additional costs. I wouldnt recommend it, especially not for someone who looks for a relaxing experience in Poiana.

Based on the region, the prices and services are great! it could use a renovation but it's still an ok place to spend a night or two. it gives easy access to all the regions sites and it's placed near the ski slopes.

It's a great place to stay if you plan on coming here on holiday. However, some of the furniture is flimsy and not really solid. Other then that, great place with great heating, and breakfast included.

Perfect location, large rooms, however the furniture and the amenities are a combination of old and some kind newer stuff, the bed coverv had a hole, it was pretty cold. Should invest much more in order to meet the high standards of the neighbouring places and of the location.

Excellent place. A little old furniture no garbege cann in the room no soup for shower. But still nice guys nice brakefest. I think that for this price i deserve a little more

Everything was wonderful, the hotel is very clean, towels and all other things are changed everyday, Carmen is cooking great, everybody are very kind and friendly, next year we'll come again, kisses from me and Ivan, and thanks for all, Bebe and Carmen

Very bad experience. No recommend. Old furniture and stained carpet. Need immediate repairing.

If I could give no stars I would. Looking at previous reviews I am sure 6 years ago the place was great, but, and I'm only guessing nothing has changed. The place is dated, tired and slowly disintegrating. The room we stayed in had stained white walls, curtains that did not cover the whole window and the room was cold. To list all the faults of this place would take too long, suffice to say, AVOID.
