Poor maintenance of a great building. Issues with the shower cabin, water got into the room. Mould behind the sink furniture. Great location, nice ambient for the hotel itself.

The 2 stars goes to the location. We stayed in a roof room , the tiles near the stairs to reach this room was shaking so scary . The room was never cleaned after check in till our check out . We stayed for 3 days. Very noisy place to stay the restaurant staff talking so loudly I couldn't sleep . They smoke 24×7 , can't even open the window . I would have died of choking. Total nuisance. This is no decent stay . Noisy and irritating. The bed was too small I could not even fit in. Very bad

Excellent location, in the main square of Brasov. Nice decorated rooms, basic amenities, good for a short stay. Unfortunately a strange smell seems to persis in the building.

Location, location, location! You can forget all small issues, for the location and the very good value for money. This place is right in the middle of old town Brasov, there is no better location. Only four stars on the account of the minor issues in the room, but I tend to oversee those, as I spend not much time in the room.

A brilliant value for money right in the center! But, it could have had an air conditioning, as the room was super hot without having to stay with the balcony door open. A fantastic view out of the balcony to Tâmpa. Nice👍🏻.

The room was cold no matter what and the bathroom was extremely hot and humid all the time. The shower doors didn't close completely so water would spill on the floor every time you showered, in addition the bathroom floor had no drain so the water would just accumulate into a huge puddle. Every time the toilet was used it would make the bathroom smell really bad. Room was also really small. Kettle had dirt in it.

Very helpful staff, really nice apartment in a 140 year old restored house, great restaurant at the ground floor. Located 1 minute away from the black church in the middle of Brasov old centre. Recommend!

Great place to stay in, polite and helpful staff

Fridge kept me awake most of the night, and the shower head didn't fasten to the wall. I left tired and in a bad mood. Has potential but the Joker room is undeserving of the 4.6 rating on Google.

We spent 3 nights at Casa Crown and liked our room with balcony a lot. The staff was very supportive in everything!

Despite some comments that may makes you skeptical,but I can say this accommodation exceeded my expectations, it's a very well placed, top rated place I would say, a cozy and wonderful too. The host was extremely welcoming, providing all the necessary details. This place is worth all the money and I warmly recommend it. At least I will definitely come back.
