No way,I was for the first and for sure was for the last time there.Broken beds, TVs without remote controls, very loud music late in the night in the restaurant and all the rooms are heard, very small, expensive and reheated food gates. I do not recommend for families with childrens

If you like cheap hotels with not such great expectations, this is the one: clean, but with old furniture, also with bored employees. We had a special room (not the cheapest), with a huge terrace and a bathroom with "jacuzzi" (sort of hydromassage, but probably only in its good old days, not now). The room minibar was closed (lol, check the photos posted), the bathroom heater was rusted, also the bathtub drain. The room was big, but the bed was terrible, as I thought I was sleeping on the floor. :( Also we asked for the spa, but the receptionist told us is booked already and not available. (?!?) So I guess the spa is only available "first come first serve". There's no wifi password in the room, so you must ask for it at the reception. Also there is a phone in the room, but there's no reception desk number available. Btw, there is an electric car charging station in the front of the hotel entrance.

One of the best hotels out there, A lot of thing to do and explore, high quality staff and beautiful place.

The place în the picture was great, room was clean, and large/spacious. the main road wasn't a problem, there was no noise during the night. the only down side is the food. 5 euros for an omlete with some slices of ham cheese. this was the breakfast for dinner we went for the something usual, one of our plates came cold, the other one was extremely hot, they messedup the order. and the price for the food at there restaurantare expensive... I recommend to sleep there, but find somewhere else to eat.

Luxurious hotel, set in a Ludovic XVI period decor, with 24h private consierge, private personal shoppee and on-demand helicopter pick-up! I am joking! It's an OK 3-star hotel, with decent ammenities, large rooms and large bathrooms. The wall paint îs actually kitsch-y. It is quiet but a bit cold în winter nights (the real feel of the 21,5 C front desk controlled room heater îs maybe 15 C).

the place is in Râșnov city, and if the old city fort would be open, maybe the place would get more than 3 stars from me. The personnel was kind and friendly. the only thing that I didn't liked was the fact that the breakfast was quite expensive and didn't deserved the money at all. especially when they told me that I need to pay extra for the coffe we had at breakfast.

Good place to rest. They have great food. You can pay with credit/debit card. The staff is very nice. The rooms are big, clean and the ones in the back have a great view to Cetatea Râșnov.

The restaurant looks classy, the food is great, they also have live music on some nights. The waiting service is also good. I thoroughly recommend this place.

If you are looking for a place that supports the war in Ukraine - welcome! I sent an official message to your email, but you decided not to answer me. OK! It's a shame to have a Russian flag on your building!!! The Russians are killing many civilians and destroying cities in Ukraine.

Service wasn't that bad, but rooms were just annoying. Me and my friends, we all haved problems with the Doors. There was no Kettle in the room, and the bathroom was flooded every time someone washed.

Not at all met the rating stated online. The "menu" should give an ideea about the service.

Great service for the price. A la carte breakfast.
