I
liked
it,
the
reviews
confirm
it.
The
ambiance,
the
food
all
are
great.
Professional
waitstaff,
but
lacking
real
hospitality
training.
Despite
these,
I
would
definitely
dine
here
again
because
of
the
atmosphere.
Now
what
I
didn't
like
:))
It's
not
that
a
big
of
a
nuisance
but
hopefully
someone
from
management
will
read
this:
1.
I
asked
if
I
could
charge
my
phone
and
was
told
there
is
only
one
power
outlet
on
the
ground
floor
and
I
am
welcomed
to
use
that.
One
other
waiter
bitched
on
the
waiter
that
approved
me
that
he
shouldn't
offer
that,
because
he
cannot
take
the
responsibility
if
it's
stolen.
Solution:
tell
the
client
that
in
case
of
phone
being
stolen
they
cannot
take
responsibility,
so
the
client
knows
beforehand.
2.
Put
some
God
damn
separators
(mini
walls)
between
piss
stalls
in
the
men's
bathroom.
That
should
be
a
law
all
over
the
country.
Those
stalls
are
way
too
close
from
one
another.
Also,
coat
hangers
should
be
in
the
bathroom
waiting
area
too
(not
only
inside
sink
area
-which
is
a
great
idea
too,
well
thought
out).
3.
Out
of
2
soap
dispensers
in
the
sink
area,
one
was
filled
with
hand
sanitizer.
FYI
the
soap
IS
a
sanitizer
by
itself,
no
need
to
reconfigure
a
soap
dispenser
into
a
sanitizer
dispenser.
The
"sanitizer"
was
pushed
during
COVID
panic
where
SOAP
wasn't
readily
available.
Bathrooms
should
have
stayed
the
same.

Ah,
și
încă
o
chestie.
Am
cerut
o
bere
radler
și
ospătarul
mi-a
răspuns
cu
"doar
ce
avem
în
meniu"
indicând
ca
și
cum
nu
au
bere
radler.
Ar
fi
trebuit
să
răspundă
cu
"îmi
pare
rău,
dar
nu
avem"
nu
cu
"tu
nu
știi
să
citești
din
meniu
ce
avem
și
ce
nu?".
Și
ca
să
vezi,
am
citit
apoi
de
față
cu
el
și
era
scris
acolo
Holsten
Radler.
Nu
și-a
cerut
scuze,
nici
berea
nu
o
aveau
și
am
comandat
un
Tuborg
cu
Sprite.
O
fost
ok,
dar
la
atitudinea
lui
mă
refer.
Un
ospătar
trebuie
sa
arate
serviabilitate.
