Once upon a time... There was McDonald's... and brand specific service. Today we have long queues and products stuffed without any care in the bag. Educate your staff according to the brand and hire more part time colleagues for those rush hours. Cheers!

Slowest McDrive in the history of Mcdonalds Drives. I’ve been through a few McDrives, but this was the slowest. Avoid at all cost! After 30 minutes in the queue I’ve advanced 3 car lengths.

Like any other fast food, this int'l chain doesn't offer quality. It's a money making machine (mainly from best real estate locations, not from burgers), not a gourmet restaurant. Whomever is expecting quality in cheap, fast food is delusional. If you value your health, stay away from such places. Their food might taste good for some, but the effects on your body might be terrible. Better buy food from the Romanian small producers. Not recommended.

One of the better MC Donalds. We have eaten on the nice area outside. Food, location, it was perfect

It's a good option if you are on the way and need a fast recharge. Don't forget it's still a McDonald, not a real restaurant! 😉

In the drive through got my entire order wrong! I only figured that out when I got home... The big mac had only one paddy, the dry happy meal had onions and the big tasty no pickles... All fries completely cold...

The food had a strange taste (not as usual as by McDonald’s). A LOT of gypsy Kids asking for money.

Pros: Good location, nice interior. Cons: Slow service, the employees just walk around with no energy. Long wait time at ordering and serving. The tables could be cleaned more often.

Very unpleasant experience. We stopped there on our way back from Brașov to Bucharest. We needed a coffee and something sweet. We choose that instead of gas station further away thinking it will be better... Well we asked cappuccino, a sour cherry pie and a cheese cake. After an unexplained long waiting time for things that they don't need cooking they gave us black coffee instead of capuccino, cold instead of hot pie and cheese cake without cutlery. The lady behind the desk was talking at the same time with her colleagues when I went back to ask for help and quite rude she said "i'll give you now cutlery O. K?" Τhen when I asked about the coffee she said "sorry my colleague is new and she did a mistake O. K?" Well definitely that's not how you speak to customers and not how you resolve problems... I don't want those children who work there to have problems because they are probably underpaid and not well trained. I put the blame to the management who let those children (between 18 and 25 years old) deal with customers before they make sure they are ready for it.

There is a lot of waiting in the drive-thru with only 2 cars in front of me around 15min of waiting for 1 menu

It's not a bad place to find your coffee even at night

This McDonald's is over capacity. Extremly crowded in the evening, often slow and delivering cold food nearly 30 minutes late. Trust me, cold McDonald's is not worth the wait

I bought 2 different big menu and both have the soda (cola) it's like bad water! 🤮 How many people today have this problem.. i can imagine, because it was extra full inside...

The food was tasty! The staff was rude and they didn't wanna' give me salt!

If you are craving mcdonalds in romania (guilty) it's not half bad

This is the worst McDonald's ever. I've been waiting for my order for 30 minutes to be told that my order was lost and I have to wait another 20 minutes for my food to come. Not very fast for a fast food.

Pros: Decent food at accesible prices, good location Cons: very slow service with long wait times

Awful staff.. They pick numbers randomly and when asked they just look at you mad and give the money back.. Avoid this McDonald's if you value your time and respect

I was served pretty fast, but the food was a joke. They gave my fries without any amount of salt and the burgers were awful. I mean the pickles were nonexistent and one of them had a tiny slice of pickle...felt like a joke.

I think it's the only country in Europe where they charge you for ketchup 🤕 and it's about the same price as a portion of fries 🤦

my 🍟 was cold really cold and when I took it back back to the counter and told them that it was cold they took it from me ,disappeared somewhere acted like they changed it and gave me back the same exact one back ,will never go to that place again

Unbelievable that you have to pay extra for the souces, over 3 lei for a souce seems exaggerated. They must look and learn something from the abroad! Also the lemonade was so sour I couldn't drink it.

The lady that was on the Drive in orders today, October 20th, around 13.30 hours, should get a raise and a promotion. Her service and customer care was excellent! Great job!

I went to this McDonald's and as I entered the restaurant, I noticed that there weren't alot of people. The food was served quite cold and we waited for a very long time for it to be prepared, although on the screen it said that it was all done and ready. We ordered takeout and it cost 20€. On top of that, they forgot to add the ice cream, that ice cream was almost 13 RON. Not ok.
