There are few options to admire the mountains in this part of Romania but this is a very practical one , just south of Sinaia veer up to the easily negotiable pass road that leads beyond the treeline and is a sort of plateau , from which you can track down to the West , or continue a while on the plateau road and head back the same way . Views are rewarding and some pull outs to make photos. Some placards telling you must pay 10Lei per person , but no place or person to do this , a bit confusing.

Really nice. Sadly there still was snow on the road so we had to walk till the cabin. Amazing landscape and view. And the roas is really fun to drive as well.
