Usile frumoase si pt asta 5 *,dar asta se datoreaza firmei care le produce.ANGAJATII ZERO. Minciuni peste minciuni,greseli facute de ei si suportate de mine.Nici in ziua de azi n au venit sa vada tocul taiat imediat dupa montare,asta dupa ce am acceptat o usa din Showroom ,uzata si platita de noua. Luni intregi am sunat si am scris mesaje ,plus scrisoare de la avocat,iar ei m au tinut numai in minciuni.Nici macar bunul SIMT sa raspunda .A trebuit sa ma prenzit la showroom de nenumarate ori ca sa ma mai minta si in fata,ca la telefon au epuizat toate variantele . Dnul Virgil ….parca asa se numeste personajul care mi a luat comanda si a facut greseala pt care a trebuit sa platesc tot eu,ca altfel platea el si ar fi muncit o luna gratis.Dnul care ma minte de peste un an si nici macar acum nu a trimis pe cineva la constatare . In concluzie ……NU RECOMAND !!!!

O experienta neplacuta pe care as vrea sa o impartasesc cu Dvs. Am achizitionat o usa in anul 2021. Am sesizat de ceva timp ca butucul de jos functioneaza foarte greu ... ca rezolvare am folosit iala de sus. Mi-am facut timp si am facut sesizare si am rugat solutionarea in garantie. Au verificat si mi-au comunicat ca garantia a expirat de 4 zile!! Rusinos! Achizitionezi o usa de 3000 lei si te trezesti ca furnizorul acorda un astfel de respect clientului!! Nu as mai achizitiona a doua oara o usa de la acest furnzior!
