After 2 sessions you can see the results, as a result I came to the conclusion that I made the best choice, In short you are treated with respect, everything is explained to you, including every movement is argued, and the recovery is seen after each session. Best way to keep FIT!!

I chose a program of 8 exercise sessions for recovery following an anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction operation. After the first sessions, I felt significant results, gaining stability and confidence in the operated knee. I also did an EMS session. I am very pleased! I recommend!
