Ulterior, am platit abonament pentru citirea lor si pana in urma cu 2 luni au fost citite ok. Luna iulie, desi au avut probleme cu citire apometrelor, in intretinere a fost trecut abonamentul... In urma cu 3 saptamani, am solicitat firmei sa instaleze alte apometre in baza contractului incheiat de asociatie si au refuzat. Au solicitat 200 lei/apometru (la blocul de langa noi au cerut 140 lei pentru ca acum instalau pe toata scara) si o taxa de transport de 40 lei. Doua saptamani am sunat pentru programare, dar nu am rezolvat problema. Am trimis mail, dar nu se raspunde la el. Am sunat la un numar afisat pe internet de la ISTA, dar acolo intra Bucuresti si nu va face programarea... dar se inregistreaza convorbirea. Pana la urma l-am cumparat si instalat noi. Nu am cerut taxa de transport, daca asta ganditi😅😉 Recomand asociatiilor de proprietari sa puna clauze in contract care sa le dea posibilitatea si celorlalti proprietari (unii pot fi plecati in strainatate si la intoarcere platesc mult mai mult) sa achizitioneze aparatele la pretul de asociatie si sa fie stabilit un termen in care sa fie instalat aparatul. Atentie mare!

Al meu nu a fost citit timp de 3 ani (dupa spusele lor aparea absent la citire) iar ei nu au semnalat nici o neregula, pur si simplu mi-au pus un cosum estimat de catre sistemul lor informatizat care estimeaza, dar nu semnaleaza ca un apometru e absent 30 de citiri consecutive. Furati la contoar ca se poate, baietii nu iti dau seama. Mie mi s-a intamplat cu apometrul, dar probabil ca e valabil la orice tip de instrument de masura cu citire radio. In rest ce sa zic, au o singura persoana angajata la call center, asta ca sa intelegeti de ce nu raspund niciodata la telefon, asa cum am vazut ca mai spun si altii pe aici. Orice interactiune cu ei este total inutila, nici dupa o luna nu mi-au raspuns la mail pentru clarificarea situatiei, iar eu am de platit 100 de metri cubi de la o luna la alta. Sunt o firma cu cifra de afaceri de 6 milioane de euro, care are un singur angajat in call center si nu raspunde la mailuri, mai mult decat atat, singurul fel in care am putut lua legatura cu ei a fost sa ma duc pana la sediul lor, intr-o cladire comunista nerenovata unde m-au pus sa astept pe hol. O companie jenenta, cu o atitudine jenanta, care refuza sa ramburseze banii incasati pentru un serviciu pe care nu l-a prestat timp de TREI ani. Only after 6 months did a representative come to solve it, during which time some tenants, whose water meters did not work, accumulated over 100 m3 of unmetered water (the water meter registered, but the radio module did not transmit). They want to make a lot of money with few employees. The only one with whom he could really communicate was the lady who did the calculation. It's just that dance couldn't solve the technical problems either. The cost for heat distribution has increased a lot, reaching 5.66 lei/distributor, while other companies offer a cost of 3.5 lei/distributor. This year they told us that they are terminating the contract with us, if we don't replace the distributors, that they are out of date. Very good, we will look for a better offer.

    Frima care lucreaza cu cei mai penibili INSTALATORI!!! A venit un dorel (altfel nici nu pot sa ii spun) trimis prin/de ista (de la București la Cluj)sa schimbe apometrele din tot blocul. Ca sa vezi ca apometrul era incorporat in mobila de bucatarie a venit dorel s-a uitat 1 2 secunde maxim la apometru dupa care a zis ca el nu schimba apomentru!!!! Nu inteleg cum se poate asa ceva... 'mesterii' din filmuletele lui Mircea Bravo sunt mici copii pe langa specimenul asta. Cred ca se grăbea sa ajungă înapoi la București și nu a vrut sa piardă 5 minute in plus altfel nu îmi explic dc nu a vrut sa schimbe apometrul ăla Trebuia sa fie pus pe usa sa nu are cumva de se aplecat cand schimba apometru sau nu inteleg, uite asa se pierd clientii cu oameni de 2 bani...     Am sunat sa intreb daca mai vine cineva la instalare repartitoare si o doamna foarte zeflemista,mi-a spus ca vine instalatorul,dar ca s-a oprit sa bea si el niste apa ca este foarte cald afara ,apoi mi-a inchis telefonul.
