Un magazin Zara, totul okay. Dar ce nu pot returna un produs achiziționat online? Conform site-ului Zara: "You can return your order at any Zara store in the same market/region where you made the purchase. You only have to present the purchase receipt along with the items you wish to return. You can show it on the screen of your mobile device or print it out. Remember that you do not need to make a return request via the website or the app for in-store returns." Și atunci în magazin de ce mi se spune să fac o cerere de retur pe site?

Good spot for shopping

I love this shop. Classic clothes. The shoes are a bit funny, I mean are not my style but the men perfume I can say that smell very good and keeps it that way for good couple of hours

If you can't care less about clothes anything is a good choice :)

Much more expensive than i remember. Very fashion ('trendy') conscious place for the younger at heart. Quality of items seems high (as i remember).

Visited it for the pickup point (online order and payment). Nice place, modern. Nice people

Just another Zara shop, this time in Brasov, in Coresi Mall. Positive: at this point, nothing worth mentioning. Negative: the quality of the materials and the design of Zara products, the two elements that made Zara a hit in Romania (most of my acquaintances are getting most of their clothes from Zara stores in Brasov and Sibiu) are now (both of them) at an extremely inferior level. So low, that the good prices don’t even matter anymore. Suggestions: Please consider an offer with more qualitative products! Recommend this place: there are better offers right now on the market.

I just love Zara, especially on sale season :)
