In addition, I was informed that I needed to remove three other wisdom teeth, a table tooth, and undergo a surgery to stick an arc into my under-grown tooth in order to pull it out over time. This "last" aligner was manufactured for more than 3 weeks and I needed to get in touch with the clinic for 4 times (3 times calling, 1 time in person), because ladies at the reception promise to call you back and never do so. And it irritates a lot when you are already behind the schedule with the treatment. So after more than 3 weeks and 4 approaches, I finally got an appointment time. But when I came it turned out there is no appointment as doctor has another patient and ladies at the reception just gave me a new box with 5 aligners (so 10 more weeks) instead of 1 aligner as was agreed with the doctor. And no explanation why 5... So it will be almost a year of treatment after these 5 and I doubt this would be the real finish. So twice bigger than initially discussed time and attitude leaves much to be desired.
