Highly recommended! Warm welcome from the very first step in the clinic, friendly and highly trained professionals. Everything is done with a proper consultation beforehand, personalized to your needs. The place is very clean, desinfected, all the tools used are sealed and shown to you, they explain all the steps of the treatment procedures you're going to undertake - I felt very comfortable throughout the process. All products used are high quality and professional, I've noticed results upon the first visit. They also provide advice for what should or not be done before and after each procedure/treatment to get the best out of it. You really get to have an experience, not just a treatment or procedure by choosing this beauty center. I love it and can't wait to come back every time.

The staff is very well trained and friendly, don't hesitate to ask any question you feel important for your decision. They have an electronic signing system in place for the mandatory paperwork associated with the procedures, this is very useful and easy: you receive a link in your inbox, it takes only a few minutes to review and sign the forms directly on a smartphone and it is automatically saved in their cloud. The place itself is extremely clean and desinfected, the devices they are using are new and of the highest quality. I felt that the comfort of the client is at the center of the experience so they will explain everything you should expect and warn you about potential disconfort. Again, don't hesitate to talk to the person in charge of your treatment and ask whatever you need to know. Another reason for the five stars is the punctuality, make sure to be in time because there is fairly no waiting time once you arrive. Prices might seem high when you don't look close enough but if you are willing to invest an hour to talk to a staff member about your needs and potential solutions to them, you will see that you cannot find the same quality at a better price, it is quite balanced in my opinion, and worth it. For me this is the best beauty experience so far. I highly recommend this place.

Really nice atmosphere and staff. I have come to this clinic to treat my rosacea and have been offered a treatment plan after a set of discussions. Will update on the results. So far, a good impression. Update: I did the first procedure, the girl handled it very good. However, I feel the prices are way too high and after consulting similar beauty centers, I feel that it is not worth it. The peeling treatment, although delicate, was really hard on my rosacea skin and pimples and sensitivity followed 2 weeks after so I suggest contacting a dermatologist prior to doing any type of peeling if you have already skin issues. Now the skin has recovered, but I see no improvement compared to what it initially was. I mention I usually get very few pimples, but I had a breakout post treatment which I read and was told can happen, but after the healing, no enhancement compared to original. Also paid around 1000 lei for one session and I see for example that a full bottle of M.A.D delicate skin resurfacing peel is around 200 lei so you can be the judge of this. Additionally, they are offering major discounts for likes or reviews which explains the high feedback number received. I give it 2 stars for the employees, I would have given it 1 if the employees were not ok.

Doctor and assistants are highly professional in beauty filed. Absolutely nothing to worry about results- you will definitely love it! Adore this place! Highly recommend!!!

This is my second time coming to the clinique . The place is very clean and cozy. The doctor is kind and accomodating and the results are amazing. Thefront desk ladies are very friendly and aim to please. I will come again
