Finding this place was difficult. You need to go into the urban cafe, take the stairs up to the toilets on the left, then open the door to what looks like a wardrobe. No signs for it anywhere!! Once we got there, the atmosphere is great. The staff are very attentive and very knowledgeable about their cocktails. Never been to a cocktail place with table service. The cocktails were also amazing, and priced at around €8 per cocktail. We recommend a reservation here as it gets very busy. If you don't have a reservation, you can go earlier (around 7PM) and you can probably get yourself 1 or 2 cocktails before they need the table back. A great experience overall - very much a speakeasy ambience.

The best Pub in Bratislava with friendly and knowledgeable staff. The name Uisce Beatha means "holy water" in the Irish language, so expect the best selection of Irish whiskey in town. They are renowned for their Guinness but somewhat surprisingly also have an excellent selection of French wines available by the glass or bottle. The cheese and ham toasty is a classic and loved by all. Cosy and intimate with vaulted ceilings. This the perfect place to avoid the maddening crowds or the groups of lads on tour.

The cocktails are made to a very high and professional standard. The bar ambience is very cool with low lighting and low old skool jazz. The waiter's are very polite and very helpful. The one and the only speakeasy bar in Bratislava! This is the first bar I went to in the town since I just arrived BA. I found it on google when I search for “cocktails” and this one popped up. The vibes are absolutely on point. It locates at the 1st flr of Urban Bistro near the toilet. Not so difficult to find. Cocktails are very nice too. Bartenders can make customized drinks for you if you don’t fancy those on the menu. Theyd more than happy to adjust the flavor for you if you try it and don’t like it. I had one whiskey sour and special god father, I like both drinks. The city I came from has a very great quality of cocktails. I’m very excited to be in Michalska Cocktail Room, here reminds me some speakeasy bars in Taipei!!! Definitely a must try if you’re in the town, either locals or tourists. First of all, this place is quite hard to find. You need to go upstairs after entering a restaurant / coffee shop downstairs. The atmosphere inside is really cool, you feel like you're inside some bohemian setting and everything looks authentic. The drinks were... Surprisingly alright. Nothing blew me out of my socks and I discovered I need to go back to the known classics to find the tastes I enjoy, but that comes down to a personal preference, and the off-menu selection didn't really do much for me. The bar staff speaks both Slovakian and English... Although towards the end of the night they were communicating in some mixture of Spanish and Italian too, so try your luck! Overall quite a positive experience.

Great, little private bar with an old world feel interior. The staff were lovely and gave us a story about each cocktail we ordered. We arrived about 8pm and it wasn’t very busy. By 9pm, there were very few seats left. A great spot for a cocktail.

For me personally, they all seemed to be too strong and heavy, very aromatic, but everyone else in the group was enthusiastic, so it's just a matter of personal taste. The prices are high, as in the absolute centre of the capital, but this place is definitely worth a visit.

I found this bar in escape room game and it was the best discovery of Bratislava city. Behind the wooden door, you will find speakasy bar with so much great drinks and even better atmosphere. I love it there. Great music, very calm, and stuff very helpful. They helped me chose the good drinks and they always bring new drinks to the menu, so you can again and again experiment.

This is a fantastic place. From the urban bistro cafe, go upstairs and in a wardrobe there is a hidden door leading to this gem of a bar. Wide variety of unique cocktails, spirits and other drinks available. Everything we tried was stunning, easily found a couple of my favourite cocktails. The service was classy and the atmosphere more so, with the unique cave style interior, comfortable seating and the old school blues-rock music. Cocktails were around €16 each with other drinks available for less, which isn't cheap but well worth the price in my opinion I cannot recommend this place enough, it is surely worth a visit. The fact the bar was very busy whilst being hidden away without any advertising surely speaks for itself.

At the time of my visit the menu had cocktails based around your star sign which is such a fun way to create a drink menu. The drinks are professionally made and well balanced with super service from the wait staff. The couches are comfy, the vibe is relaxed and intimate and reservations are definitely recommended.
