Definitely
a
good
gym,
the
facilities
are
OK.
The
idea
to
have
everything
you
might
need
to
work
out
under
one
roof
is
very
tempting.
But
the
positives
stop
here.
Club
management
is
clearly
only
focused
on
making
more
and
more
money.
Poor
customer
service
or
care
for
their
customers
especially
during
very
challenging
times
for
everyone.
I
have
my
full
subscription
since
end
2019
mainly
because
of
the
pool
and
different
classes
I
can
opt
for.
Beware
there
are
children
classes
at
the
pool
in
the
weekend.
Unfortunately
with
the
corona
rules
and
changes,
using
the
facilities
in
convenient
time
is
almost
impossible
since
the
booking
app
was
introduced.
Almost
everything
is
always
booked.
Now
I
also
see
much
less
yoga
classes.
Few
days
ago
I
had
€100
withdrawn
from
my
account
for
my
monthly
fee
and
reimbursement
for
the
period
19th
of
May
till
31st
of
May.
When
I
called
to
ask
"uncomfortable"
subscription
and
booking
questions
I
was
told
to
send
an
email.
I'm
still
waiting
a
reply.
I
think
the
decision
was
made
very
simple.
