Very good gym but a bit on the pricey side. They have top notch equipment ,a swimming pool, sauna,steam-room and childcare for children 4 and under. However they do not know anything about customer service. I have been a member at this club for almost two and a half years. In that time I have never really felt welcome. When I enter the gym I seldom get a greeting from the staff members. They will however greet the person that enters after me with the same skin colour as them happily as if they are old buddies. I have observed this almost since the beginning but always thought i was imagining it. When I tried to be the first to greet I would get a fake smile or they would act like they did not hear my greeting. The only staff members who ever showed me kindness were Sanna and Timothy who no longer work at the gym. After a while I decided to mind my business and do what I came there to do and that is to exercise. A few days ago a decided to cancel my membership because the environment was starting to affect me emotionally. This morning I was very happy with this decision. I went to the gym with my husband (who is the same colour as everybody else in the gym). He was allowed entry into the gym. When I tried to enter my entry was denied due to something in my contract. At the moment of entry there was one staff member. The moment I calmly started asking questions two other people show up to the desk as if I was going to start a riot. At that point in time i just decided to leave. I will not make this about race because I could just be very sensitive. All I want to say is do not waste your money at this gym if you value customer service. Rather give your money to people that will treat you with respect.

Definitely a good gym, the facilities are OK. The idea to have everything you might need to work out under one roof is very tempting. But the positives stop here. Club management is clearly only focused on making more and more money. Poor customer service or care for their customers especially during very challenging times for everyone. I have my full subscription since end 2019 mainly because of the pool and different classes I can opt for. Beware there are children classes at the pool in the weekend. Unfortunately with the corona rules and changes, using the facilities in convenient time is almost impossible since the booking app was introduced. Almost everything is always booked. Now I also see much less yoga classes. Few days ago I had €100 withdrawn from my account for my monthly fee and reimbursement for the period 19th of May till 31st of May. When I called to ask "uncomfortable" subscription and booking questions I was told to send an email. I'm still waiting a reply. I think the decision was made very simple.

Best gym in town! very spacious, well maintained good airconditioning. Professional friendly staff and comes with proffesional fit coach evaluation session if desired. The gym offering a large variety of classes set in various gym rooms such as spinning classes and infrared yoga accomendation. Club Pellikaan has a large cardio (Matrix) and serious weightlifting floor. On top of this there is a well kept wellness area and offers food / power shake bar in a nice restaurant like space. The locker rooms / showers are imaculate and offer enough space and free lockers. There are plentiful bike and car parking. With 3 sauna's a large sized jacuzzi and a medium size swimming pool you'll have a nice needs to cool down and relax after a workout. Club Pellikaan Breda is worth the extra money one pays in comparison to other gyms with cheaper memberships.

Best club in the Netherlands bar non. No one runs a better experience then club Pellikaan. So worth the money total value. Wish they were in the USA

I go there for fisio and i'm happy with my trainer. Big weights available. Good for people with kids because of the kids programme. They also offer classes for the elderly. It is kind of expensive as downside.

The best gym I've been at in a while!

Top gym! Super organized, beautiful, clean. Nice bubble bath, great gym machines and, if you have kids, the kids club is the best in breda. Super happy with it
