Nice and welcoming top level training with nice atmosphere in a beautiful gym. I was there for a morning class in BJJ and stayed for a MMA private class. I will definitly visited this gym again.

Personally, I never thought I would do martial arts but the coaches showed me that anybody can do it, you just gotta show up. My first MMA instruction: he is laying down and your goal to keep him down, use your body and keep moving! High quality of teaching at every level: Beginners, advanced, competition focused. On and off the mat, respect and discipline is encouraged regardless your level of experience. The coaches embody the attitude to keep learning and don't give up. They provide clear feedback on your techniques and are happy to answer any questions to help you out during and after class. I am glad that i've met people who i can call my combat brothers and sisters! :)
