    Actually an allotment area like any other... BUT: this location is unique: in the immediate vicinity of the old town, the Werder Stadium and the "Viertel", located between the Weser and the Werdersee... that makes this area a dream! There is also the option of getting there from the right side of the Weser by ferry without detours - where else is that available!!!
