We stayed back in April and just realized that I've never left a review. We had an awful experience in that hotel, the room next to us threw a loud party that continued until 4am, the front desk came to their room once to ask them to be quiet or they'll call the police, it didn't help and they made so much noise until 4am we came with 2 small kids that kept waking up due to noise and of course that my husband and I couldn't fell asleep at all. We called the front desk every 30 minutes and in some point around 2am they disconnected their land lane and we couldn't reach them out. In the morning we spoke to the lady in the front desk and she said that because we booked the night through a third party she can't refund us the night, and she told me to talk to them and they'll talk with her, after 3 weeks that each of the parties were telling me that they didn't get each other email, I gave up and stopped calling. We love Hampton inn but unfortunately this location is not the best. Would not recommend this hotel.

I travel a ton and this Hampton Inn has had the best service out of almost all hotels. The rooms are always super clean and spacious. The breakfast is stellar. The parking is pretty good (sometimes you have to park in the Anthony's spots, but just grab a pass). As a single female traveling, I always feel safe here. The walk to the waterfront I'd about one minute long if you're meandering.

1st extremely over priced for location and the size of room 2nd. Not only were the elevators slow they were over 80 degrees 3rd. The complimentary breakfast was folded up eggs and a couple pieces of sausage and they ran out of plates. 4 you can get a better room for cheaper at a truck stop. If the room wasn't close to 400 and maybe closer to 200 or 100 then the stay would have made sense. Just not worth the cost

Stopped here to get a room for a night and the management on duty were extremely rude and shady as hell. The fellow with the long was quite rude and asked me to leave just because I wasn't a guest that night there. Then proceeded to tell me that they were full which they were not. Something shady going on there. Disappointed, my fiance and I are shareholders of the company. I had been working all day and had my daily life clothes on and was totally profiled and judged and totally discriminated against for it. One of our cards was charged for that night yet they didn't tell us. The guy ran the cards manually and not thru the actual reader. I asked him too but kept giving the run around. Shifty as hell. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!

Loved my view and the room was super comfortable. Only downside was paying for parking and signing my email up to get access to wifi. Other than that, it was quiet and cozy.

The room had wallpaper peeling off. Furniture was old and uncomfortable. Some unfortunate soul got stuck in the elevator for a solid 20 minutes. The gym needs a drastic face lift. Best part is the location and views of the bay

Five Stars from Us-Our flight had a late arrival which delayed our check in time..fortunately for us we were greeted by a wonderful concierge, Lenny Versoza. He provided us with guidance to help make our stay wonderful. Having Eateries and Gift Shops right outside our door step made our family relieved as we didn't need to load up the car for dining. Beautiful water view and access, rooftop sunning, and grilling.. we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

When I checked in the lady did not connect my members club info so it would not let me get wifi. They also charged me for parking when I did not have a vehicle. Just a slight annoyance but the elevator was ridiculously slow! I took the stairs as much as possible. The breakfast was good though.

Our experience was amazing for the most part... awesome housekeeping staff, breakfast, and location. The only issue was one front desk clerk, Mikaela. Every time we spoke with her, she had an attitude, and we felt like an inconvenience. She was snippy with my husband and son. When I tried explaining that we had tried both keys and neither worked, she snatched keys from me and told me she had already told my husband once to keep them away from our phones. She was very unpleasant. Every other staff member made up for it!! Would stay again on our next visit to our sons if we could avoid the one employee.

Beautiful location. Friendly staff. Here’s a list of the challenges. 1. Key card didn’t work 2. No parking. Had to go to overflow which is a different garage. Not good for a conference. 3. Bathroom fan broken. 4. Toilet broken. 5. Severe water behind shower wall. Bad. 6. A/c didn’t work 7. Heard the elevator alllll night 8. Multiple machines at gym broken. 9. Very small breakfast. 10. Very. Very. Dark room. 11. Fixtures and finishes falling apart. 12. Very. Very loud. 13. Towels had hair on them from another guest. 14. Clock radio broken. 15. In room fridge falling over. 16. Doors lock at early evening. I get the safety aspect but feels so unwelcoming.

The staff was wonderful! My room had a beautiful view. Very short walk to restaurants, shops and right next to the ferry. I will definitely stay again.

There was a problem. The rooms might be a little old but service was great. Vocation was great. The rooms were nice and clean. No complaints

Our heat went out in the large but old RV we live in, and we needed a warm place to stay during the 15 degree weather...well worth the price!! SO warm, beds were SO comfy, parking easy, warm showers priceless! And the view? Just beautiful from room 418! (Wish I could add photo! Shrimp salad and Shrimp Fettucini from Anthony's was indulgent in our room, and delicious, and I hear there's breakfast here too...will be there! 🙂 Staff is very helpful and understanding....may stay another night!

was very disappointing. Not only was there a little dog barking all night 2 rooms down. But but I was charged for 2 nights of parking when we only used the parking garage 1 night. I was never told about the $50 damage fee. I would have been nice to know. There was hair in the shower the toilet set was up when we entered the room. It didn’t look clean, I asked the front desk if I could get house keeping , she claimed they had left for the day, I then asked if I could get cleaning supplies, they said it closet was locked. Which is strange but at that point it wasn’t even worth the conversation. I did ask for a different room this time the excuse was the hotel was fully booked. Needless to say Hampton by Hilton is a over priced joke. Ive had way better experiences at motel 6 and super 8. AVOID THE HAMPTONS ESPECIALLY IN BREMERTON WASHINGTON.

Near good food and the ferries. Food options range from very pricey to cheap eats. The room was a bit dated and carpet needed a deep clean, but view was great. Hotel was quiet overall and our room had an empty shower gel dispenser but we had our own toiletries anyway.

We usually stay at Fairfield but decided to stay here because of harbor view. Beautiful location. Hotel itself needs a face lift. Fitness center 3 out of 5 cardio machines weren't working. Front desk staff was friendly and the guy who runs the breakfast was awesome. It was a zoo but he kept it stocked and clean.

This property is old, but housekeeping is doing a pretty great job, considering…. It’s dingy for sure - but I have stayed in five star hotels that were not as clean as this one! It’s a basic hotel room with not a piece of art on any wall. We had a great view, electric vehicle charging, free breakfast, and we were on our way! Overall, it was a great stay. You cannot beat the location, and the friendly service is always appreciated.

Our stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Bremerton was marred by a series of disappointments and frustrations. Despite promises of a charging station for our hybrid car, we found none. Safety concerns in the parking garage from overhead leaking plumbing and a malfunctioning bathroom door raised serious issues. Technical problems within the room like spinning alarm clock and a non working phone coupled with a lack of proper amenities, made for a subpar experience. The one shining moment was the exceptional service from a late-night staff member. Still, being confined to the bathroom behind a dysfunctional bathroom door until my husband rescued me, a plugged bathtub drain, pealing wall paper, along with the attitude of other staff ("We don't have extra pillows", "You'll have to wait for a cart") was a truly bad experience.

Best thing about it is the location. Right next to the Ferry Terminal. Harbor view is gorgeous! Staff = tragic. They are rude, condescending, and most of them do NOT belong in a Customer Service oriented job. With a 20 year background in the industry, I have a little insight. Stay here if you must, just don't expect too much in the lines of helpful or nice. The homeless infestation is a great addition to this location.

It's kind of pricy for a 3 star motel. The rooms are ok, but they are a little old and decaying a bit. However, here are the positives. Great location, right on the water and boardwalk. Took us 2 minutes to hop on the ferry. The motel breakfast was exceptional with sausage, waffles, hash rows, and cereal/oatmeal and muffins. Also walking g distance to a few nice restaurants and bars. Also there is a nice pool, deck, and workout room.

We have had a great experience staying at this hotel. The General Manager, Carolyn, is great to work with and she is very thoughtful in helping people out. The rest of the entire staff is great also. The rooms are clean and bright, and quiet. The breakfast is enjoyable and the boardwalk behind the hotel is relaxing. One of the best things about the location is that you can take the foot ferry to Seattle or even the car ferry.

Great location but charges guests to park. Pillows were super soft. Should have one firm and one soft. Really nice room overall. Many good and drink options within walking distance.

I'm a Hilton Diamond Member, and I doubt I'll be staying here again. The room wasn't clean, shampoo from last guest, plastic on the floor, dirty on the bathroom floor. The location is nice, but parking is a huge pain. The woman at the front desk seemed annoyed that we were checking in, and other workers seemed put out. I'll be finding somewhere else to stay next time I'm in the area.

My husband and I were on a job and needed somewhere to crash so we stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Our room was on the fourth floor. Two full sized beds frog, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, all the usual toiletries, plenty of fresh clean towels. Not only was it cozy & quiet, they also served a complimentary continental breakfast each morning eggs, potatoes, sausage, pancakes, muffins, yogurt, fresh fruit, juice, & hot coffee... YUMMY?! very nice very quiet and my husband and I would definitely stay here again well done

I stayed here for a couple of weeks. Every morning during breakfast, homeless people would sneak in to grab food while the front desk clerk was gone from the desk. There was also mold on the bathroom wall because of a lack of venting. Not a bad location though.

I also forgot to mention Lenny at the front desk. I came back after eating at South Pacific bar for my final stay and he was so sweet to offer me water and offer some of his garlic chicken. THE STAFF is just excellent all around. Will be back in 3 weeks.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was hot and very tasty every morning. I would definitely stay here again anytime I am in the area. The area around the hotel is safe and there are many local eateries or the ferry that you can walk to.

What an amazing hotel. For 3 Nights I only payed about $400, and my deposit was only about $45. They had a gym and a pool, we unfortunately didn't get a chance to use; but they had an amazing breakfast bar that stayed open tell 10am. Location is right next to a Starbucks and food places. Only down side is parking arrangements. During our stay we had the most amazing, outstanding, should get a raise Attendent, his name is Lenny. He was on top of anything we needed and was always available to help us. He went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with our stay. 1,000 points and 5 stars for LENNY. Thank you Lenny for make our stay outstanding.

Nice break from Seattle. Clean, spacious room. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Friendly staff. Less expensive to take the ferry over and stay here than to stay in downtown Seattle, and we felt much safer. There were still a fair amount of homeless and junkies hanging around outside.

It is a fantastic location. The people were nice. I am a diamond member with Hilton annually. I stay at a lot of Hampton Inns around the country. This was was finished cheaply. Small rooms. Very small for the brand. Cheap fixtures and finishes. It is a two star physical plant In a 4 star location. Tragic for the local community.

Electronic booking, check-in, room selection, and room access were all flawless. The only reason for a 4-star rating instead of 5 is due to the fact that I had to go to the front desk to obtain a parking permit and then make an extra trip back to the parking garage to put the permit on my dash. In this day and age, the capability is there to make parking permits electronic as well.

Very well-kept hotel. Staff was friendly, breakfast was delish, and I slept really well. The bathroom and shower were great, something I haven't found in many hotels I've stayed at in the past year.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Views are fantastic, you can see Mt Rainier peeking through on a clear day from the high floors. Literally next door to Downtown Seattle Ferry. Nice for a quick break from the city with some rooms having jetted soaking tubs.

We really like Hampton Inns and this is a nice one. The view of Puget Sound is lovely, the pool a nice size for family fun and we always enjoy the fact that they offer breakfast. We had our 5 and 8 year old great grands with us and the staff treated them wonderfully as well. thanks Hampton Inn

We booked a king room and were given a double queen. The room hadn't been fully cleaned with used soap sitting in the shower, the tv channel guide had food all over it, and the trash cans weren't emptied. Every wall in the room was dinged up and needs a full paint. The shower has mold along the caulking. The room smelled like wet dog too. Perks are the location and water views. The beds were comfortable. Quiet location until the kids start running on the courtyard chasing seagulls. Breakfast was good.

We stayed at the hotel for a week to visit family and friends. Most of the staff was great, including Bryant Walker, who helped my husband out of the elevator when he and a few others were stuck. The pool was down so we were bummed about that, but there was lots of construction going on which I thought was a good thing because that means things were being fixed up. Overall it was great as the location was good and close to good food, the ferry, and they had hot coffee 24/7.

Great location, friendly staff. Wasn't a fan of paying for parking in addition to the room. No fruit at breakfast was kind of a bummer but maybe it was just when we went and not an all-the-time thing. Right next to ferry which was convenient. Amazing corner rooms!
