I stayed in a one bedroom flat at Flat 912 Denison House from 10 to 17 December 2016. It was a very disappointing experience. First, the trash bin in the kitchen was filled to the brim from the previous use. The carpet were stained and dirty and the toilet was unclean with stains on the WC. Second the window in the bedroom could not close and we had to sleep the first night with it open and exposed to the winter wind. The night's temperature was 3 degree celsius. Third, the air extractors in the kitchen and toilets were not working. I complained about these problems and even offered to pay extra to be relocated but nothing was done. Although the window was eventually fixed, the air extractors were never fixed. I also paid a deposit, in cash, for possible damages. However, they requested for a UK account to make the refund. How can a visitor in UK have a foreign account. They eventually refunded to a friend's account after 10 days and deducted 100GBP for "cleaning". It was obvious that they never intended to make any refund. The deposit was supposed to be for damages. I will not recommend them to anyone. The area is good so when next Im in the UK, I will look for another provider in the area.

We rented an apparent here through a firm called London Rojen Apartments. Will never use them again. The promised employee that were supposed to meet us at arrival never showed up and there was no answer neither on the phone nor by email. We eventually had to get a room in a nearby hotel just to have somewhere to stay for our first night. One of the windows in the apartment would not close. Fortunately it was pretty warm outside. The ony reason for two stars instead of one is that the area in itself is nice, and easy to get to and from.

Ok. A few issues at the beginning but they resolved them. Great location and ideal for a get away.
