Terrible experience at this place - avoid at all costs. I lived in many rentals over the years in London but this was the worst. The hosts including the team leader and manager are letting this place down. When I moved in the heater meter was broken so no reading was taken, it took them several months and several reminders to get it fixed. They agreed not to charge me for heating during that time, I have it in writing. When I provided the evidence of it, the host team lead and her manager just simply stopped responding. Bad attitude, bad customer service. Parcels were missing all the time, staff do not care. The automatic front door broken several times - door left wide open in the evening/at night so any random person from the street or the park that's right opposite could walk in at night. Utilities overpriced. The maintenance guy called Pete was a nice, friendly and helpful, he is no longer there. I do not recommend APO, there are other rental places (just a cross the river) you could go into.

I moved to London recently and wanted to find a place to which I can call my home. I found out about Apo Barking through a friend. First I was not sure about it but when I visited the place I was amazed. Newly built spacious apartments from 1 Bed to 3 Bed and studio. They are all modern in style. Rent is pretty reasonable for the space you get plus the rent includes free wifi. The apartments are located almost 6-7 min walk from the barking station with tons of convenient stores with lots of Grocery shops including various Halal options as well. Right across the Apo barking apartments there is a huge park where you can chill and relax. Apo Barking apartments comes with various amenities and facilities. Tenants have the option of taking fully furnished or unfurnished apartments. Plus all the apartments comes with washer/dryer , dish washer , fridge freezer and much more to get you settled in right away. There is a residents gym with no extra charge plus there is a social space where you can come meet other residents or if you are working from home then social space it is. If you want to host or throw parties Apo barking offers spacious roof terrace along with huge kitchen space for cooking grilling and baking along with various lounge spaces. I would highly recommend anyone coming here who is looking for an apartment. Come to barking and here you will meet people from various backgrounds and ethnicity. The entire community is great. Lastly the admin team at Apo Barking is extremely friendly and cooperative.

I'd like to extend a special shout-out to Mimi, Jermaine, Dane, and Iga. They have truly been amazing during our time here at APO. Their consistent support and friendliness towards both my wife and I have been greatly appreciated. Whether it's assisting us with our parcels or addressing our general inquiries, they've consistently gone above and beyond to make our experience a positive one.

I've just moved into Apo today and had to go through a lot of complications with moving in but I was very well accommodated by Karmdeep who was going out of his was to help out in every way possible just to make sure my move in was swift and comfortable! (which I so very much appreciate!!!) Upon moving in, I found my host Jamal very accommodating, making me feel like home already on the first day! The area and building is very clean and nice, and it's in a good location as well, with pretty much everything you need within walking distance. Small town vibes, quite & slow, with a community of nice and respectful people. This is the place to be when away from the city! The flat has got all the living commodities which I'm happy about. I really like the gym downstairs and they've got a really good team to help out with just about anything. Definitely a safe, nice, modern, and comfortable place to live in. Looking forwards to making this my home in London!(and also my balcony door fixed loll :P)

I have been living at Apo for over a year now and it has been a very pleasant experience. The co-working space is a really great facility(free Wifi ;P) to have as I often work from home. Having an onsite team is also helpful in case I have any enquiries or maintenance requests. The host team is extremely helpful and especially Iga who always goes above and beyond. The only thing that Apo needs to improve is their energy supplier – Community Utilities.

I had a great move-in experience at APO with Mimi. She’s a great host, so sweet, and assisted me very well. At the same time, Iga helped me throughout the process of application and answered every single query diligently. Building management team is absolutely wonderful and the room space is perfect.The only drawback is with the laundry machine in the room, it’s very small and doesn’t dry clothes properly in the first go.

I am a current tenant at Apo Barking. Today there was a personal incident for which I had a very helpful, efficient and professional support by Mimi from the local management team. I would like to thank her a lot as well as the whole local management team as they are always very supportive and helpful.

I have had a great experience living in APO. I love the spacious apartment, the rooftop, the canteen and studio where you can host your guests. I love the quiet environment which helps me enjoy my sleep at night. My overall experience has been phenomenal. Special shout out to Iga Grodzka for her help in settling in well and for addressing all my concerns swiftly, she goes above and beyond all the time. Any issues were quickly resolved by the team at the reception. Thanks to the whole APO resident host for their continued support.

Excellent place to live in… While rentals are sky rocketing in london with just average living experiences.. APO gives the luxury experience with the same average rentals. We have a very big Indian community here in barking and many Indians live here in APO. The staff is also great, special mentions to Jamal, he is very kind, helpful and friendly Likewise Mimi, she has done our move in, helped to resolve issues ASAP.
