I can't express how bad the experience was! Went on Halloween with friends, bought VIP tickets and nothing was included. They confiscated everything we had including my friends gum lmao. Staff were RUDE and unhelpful! Online it was advertised that there would be a photobooth, free shots for ladies, crispy creams, and multiple DJs for the night, not only was that not true BUT it was soo unorganised that the DJ hadn't set up properly were the music kept stopping every 5min. We left after 40min. Don't know whether it was the clubs or event planner they chose but it was awful

Terrible. Security were atrocious. Took my gum and then ATE IT? Also one of them threatened a us (4 girls) upon entry and became very aggressive when we wanted to keep our coats on. Weird policy about no coats and then wouldn’t give them back to let us smoke outside. Venue is dreadful, people were atrocious. Never coming back. Horrible night out

Me and my partner went for a local night out. I was shocked that we got charged £32 for 2 double wrey rum & apple juice. I’ve never heard anything like it, crazy! Day light robbery, for the location this doesn’t make sense I’ve spent less on drinks in central London!!

Really enjoyable club, very spacious with a whole wide range of different type of events that are hosted here. Great staff and even greater vibes!! Only advice I would give for a new comer is the line can get crazyyyy long because it’s super popular here

I have been to this club many times, it's my local gem. The bar staff are friendly with the ladies always carrying a big beautiful smile. DJs and line up are always great creating a good vibe and atmosphere for the crowd, playing updated mixed genre and music to cater for everyone. I highly recommend visiting this club if you fancy a fun night.

I’ve Seen better atmospheres at my nans funeral , was promised an ‘afterparty’, all I got was an empty club with people who looked like they wanted to go home, was also promised ‘special guests’ and ‘special drinks deals’ and I all i was suprised with was Poundland lizzo and depression.

Love this clubs atmosphere and ambience. It is truly a fantastic entertainment venue which has been well needed for the area and has limited discrimination. The only discrimination is that the Hatch club does not allow violence or any volatility of a few minorities which I'm sure may be in the surrounding vicinity to be present within its building so you always feel safe and experience a joyful night. Friends and myself have been there a few times and really enjoyed ourselves.
