Okay hotel, location very convenient near the underground with District and Piccadilly Line access. Rooms are okay, worried about the hygiene because we had to request new towels twice (they were dirty) and the drain was full of hairs. If the rooms and towels were cleaner I would have given 5 stars. Receptionists are friendly.

I stayed with my friends for a month. The room was clean and spacious. The beds were really comfortable. We had a really good sleep as it was so quiet. The hotel was spotless and really welcoming. Every member of staff we interacted with was professional and friendly. The breakfast was fabulous. A huge selection of really fresh and tasty food and drinks. It started our day off perfectly every day. The hotel is in a lovely spot of London. We felt incredibly safe here. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for your lovely service W14!

Amazing. I don't know where all the negative opinions come from. My room was spotless. Check in and check out without any issues. The staff in W14 is so helpful! They answered all my questions, helped me to order a taxi and showed me how to get hairdryer to work. The hotel is very busy but they try to accommodate everyone and help each and every guest. I didn't have any issues and can recommend this hotel to everyone. I live in London and I know how hard it is to find the good hotel (specialy if you travel for work) and this one is perfect. I will be back.

Nice quiet area, close to tube station so easy travel to everywhere. Room was small but clean. Breakfast was good, only down was when room was serviced only one towel left not two, when we requested at the desk they said no problem but failed to rectify. The only other reason this is a 4 not 5 star review is the stairs, 3 flights with no lift and luggage is no joke! It would have been nice if this was made more obvious when browsing and booking the accommodation, however if this is not an issue for you then a lovely small hotel in a good location for exploring without the total madness of Central crazy London.

Good place, good value for money. Breakfast lacks some essentials. 10:30 checkout makes it a business hotel rather than leisure. All in all, we're happy and will stay there if we don't want to sleep in :D

The location is great! Near Barons court tube station. The room itself is pretty small! The bed occupies the whole room! No chair, small bathroom and the shower works for 50%. In the winter the room must be cold because the windows need some maintenance work. They should improve when it comes to cleaning rooms! No new sheets and using large liquid soap jars isn’t hygienic! It would be nice to work on this points to improve the hotel status! Staff are very friendly!

Just over Β£300 for a triple room for 2 nights including continental breakfast on a Fri/Sat. I thought it was very good for the price. A great location, close to multiple stations and restaurants by foot. On a nice, safe residential street. Decor was modern and clean. Reception staff were kind, understanding and helpful. A suggestion to management would be to add a decent shaving mirror as the mirror/lighting in the bathroom could be better. Look forward to returning.

Cheap and cheerful hotel in a quiet street. Excellent location for Kensington shops and parks. No lift so many stairs to climb to get to third floor. Needed oxygen by the time I got to our room 🀣 Room small but adequate for our requirements. Water pressure not so good that high up. Lovely staff and excellent continental breakfast.

We are very thankful for the welcoming environment and the service we have received from the W14 Kensington team. The location, service and accommodations have been nothing but exceptional and this would definitely be our ideal spot to stay in again in London.

I live in the neighbourhood and booked a room yesterday as I had flooding in my house. The receptionist was super friendly and very welcoming. The shower was great and the room very clean. The room rate I was offered was extremely reasonable for central London prices. They provided in the room plenty of white (white is a must for me) and fluffy towels. In the room is also coffee and Tea for your convenience. Lovely touch. So if you look for a SUPERB location and all the above, look no further. Highly recommended from me.

Lovely old West London houses converted into a small, friendly hotel. The rooms are comfortable, but quite small. A basic, but tasty continental breakfast in a specially built outbuilding starts the day well. Nothing fancy, but it's all well done. A five minute walk from West Kensington Tube station (or a bit longer to Barons Court). Perfect for London's museum district, which is only three tube stops away.

We booked two rooms here . One single. One double. It is too far away from anywhere. Β£35 in the taxi every time we went out and back, which took an hour in traffic. They have a limited bar behind Reception. No decent wine. No where to sit apart from a small seat in front of the vending machine. Lots of stairs to get to the breakfast room . Continental...Β£7.50. hard bread rolls, same cheese and ham and pastries each day. Tinned fruit cocktail and plain yogurt . The room was small. Had to walk sideways around the bed which was a small double. The shower was amazing. Towels small and old. Really cheap toilet paper and I think it could do with a good lick of paint around the skirting boards. Our kettle had the button missing and a dented spout and wires hanging out the socket. Just because of its location I wouldn't stay here again . The Reception staff were lovely and friendly and helpful when we pointed out that the toilet seat was broken and there was a crack in the lovely sink and in the shower base. They said they had 50 students stay there and wreck the place. Which is a real shame. But use that money and get things fixed. Especially the stairs to go outside and put somewhere to sit.

Bit further out than I'd usually stay but had the best nights sleep (very comfy bed). Lovely bathroom, only thing was main shower head didn't work but the smaller one still worked perfectly. Didn't spoil it, great stay

The Hotel has a good location (near Olympia Fair) and was located in a lovely house. My room wasn't huge but good size with all my needs (ketler, hairdryer) and with a lovely views of the back gerren court... absolutely lovely. A place for relax and enjoy. People were absolutely gentle and focused on customer's experience. Maybe there was one thing to improve: the breakfast needs more offer. The other thing that the Hotel needs is an elevator! Is crazy to bring a heavy suitcase to the second floor!!

I was not happy with this accommodation. The room was not very clean, the wifi had no connection, I couldn't do any of my work and I had to kill 2 spiders within the first 30 min of my arrival in the room. Both were found on the bed. I didn't even end up staying in the room. I couldn't shake the feeling of a spider being on me after seeing two so soon into my stay. I was lucky enough to have a friend nice enough to let me stay on her couch. I will not be staying here again and I wouldn't recommend anyone else should either.

Hotel interior is very tired eg carpets and walls definitely need upgrading and painting. Rooms very small, beds move about. If you have mobility issues make sure you ask for ground floor as there are no lifts. Shower very good, most of the staff are pleasant. However breakfast was good. I wouldn't stay here again to be honest πŸ˜ͺ

We booked here because it looked like a decent location with well priced rooms. In reality the location was good, but our room wasn't great. We found it cold with no way to put the heating on. Our bathroom didn't have an extractor fan, window or radiator so it was cold and then very steamy after a shower. Everything was clean, but not crystal clean. The bathroom could have done with another once over in our opinion. Our room also had very weird red stains on the wall at above head height. These looked very unsettling and were not explained at all. The breakfast was probably the best bit with plenty to have a go with and plenty of seating. Staff seemed OK but didn't really interact much with guests. We wouldn't return in future, but if we'd had a slightly better room, we might have done.

Amazing place in London. I am used to come often in the city and it is so rare to have such a quality hotel with a hard worker and a pleasant team and so helpful. We spent 2 nights and 3 days at the hotel with my 9 YO little sis and it was delightful. The breakfast is so good and the rooms are quiet and very clean! Thank you for this stay !

A 4-star review probably is exactly what this hotel is like. The rooms are tiny, but you should know when booking already. The breakfast is good, but nothing special. Minus 1 star for the mouldy smell inside the bathroom and that cleaning of corridors sometime starts at 8am already. You will be woken up by the vacuum for sure. It's very quite outside during the night, so it's very easy to have a good rest. Both the Picadilly line and District line are just a 5-8min walk away.

Super cozy! The hotel is in a neighborhood, kinda quiet place. The room is small but so good for 1 person, super cozy. A little bit of dusty but it's okay. Very close to the station and sainsburys local. The view from my window was good. Nice staff I met❀️❀️

This hotel is located close by the tube Line West Kensington. Very easy to move around. The bedroom is really beautiful and comfortable. I had the best shower of my life there. Highly recommended

A lovely hotel in a great location. I was staying while attending a gig at the Olympia but I can see this being a great alternative to the expensive hotels in central london. The staff were really friendly and rooms where spotless. Quite small but I knew this beforehand and the bathrooms are really nice! The free continental breakfast is an added bonus. Would highly recommend!

Had an amazing stay. The room was amazing and the staff were so friendly. The price is great for the standard of room you get. Was so impressed, booked another night after yesterday when wasn't expecting to. Highly recommend.

Hotel has the cool factor and the staff was great but I had two major issues. Number one is the neighborhood. The blocks in front and beside the hotel are an outdoor heroin market. At no time did I feel safe. The second issue was our last night there. There were people in the courtyard by the pool talking loudly until 2:00 am and I had an early flight out. They were asked multiple times to quiet down to no avail. I will not return and felt compelled to warn people.

My overnight stay at the W14 Kensington Hotel was just what I needed after a long day. It was close to local stores and a short walk to where I needed to be the next day. For the location the price was reasonable. Staff were lovely and check in was quick. Besides the comfy bed, the bathroom was a dream, the sliding door was a nice feature to save space, allowing a seamless transition to the bedroom. It would have been nice to stay for breakfast - which was included, maybe next time.

Pros: 1. very good location. Near to a tube station (west kensington) but not too close. In a bit more of a suburban area without being too far 2. rooms are exactly what the picture shows (not big but definitely okay for London standard) 3. They allow you to store your luggages prior to check-in or after check-out Cons: 1. No escalator or lifts (this is typical of most London hotels though) 2. Shower takes sometime to drain the water
