McDonald's. What else should I say? Workers are very nice, but it's in a busy area so they can't do much. Good seating though.

Order correct , staff spot on and rapid with your order never had a problem here anytime over the years the widnes staff could do with going here and seeing how it's done because they can't get anything right anytime and they are no where near as busy as the liverpool staff are.

Fab night seeing Blue....The lads were great,fab voices and true gents. Good support acts in cassa Jackson,Megan Mckenna and the legends that are b*witched

Good value place clean. Avoid after school times. Lots of school kids. Well behaved though.

Service and cleanliness was very good but they could work on building the burgers and not just throw the items in the box

I ordered a meal and got it as takeaway and when I went to eat it found that they had put mayonnaise on it but I'd requested no mayo. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful and sent me a QR code for 2 meals ( only one worked) but at least I got a replacement meal for the one that I couldn't eat.

Good place. I visit here twice a week , sometimes some item looks like prepared in hurry. Overall...loved it

Too chokka this place, was on a shopping trip with my 7 year old daughter but the vibe in this store is manic at best. Too big, much prefer the smaller stores for a friendlier atmosphere.

What was to like about this experience that I paid the privilege for. Staff were more bothered about singing Christmas songs I just wanted food plus all the scallys practically smoking weed in there, I would rather have been in Bermuda. Plus my food was wrong

It wasn't McDonald's it was KFC and I had four boneless chicken pieces and a drink and fries and it was very good I and my friend enjoyed it.

Needed something quick on way to the match. Know I was going to regret going to McDonald's. The staff I saw working behind the counter were very young and spent most of the time Chatting to each other and not working, people were waiting for their orders and the 3 staff members standing there chatting Not good. Very poor customer service when the other was served to me. Did not ask if I would like anything with the food, in the 10 minutes I took to eat the warm food I did not see a supervisor. I had a chicken wrap which looked like it had been dumped together. The chilli sauce was only in the bottom and not spread throughout, warm dry wrap😞 chips were cold not good at all. On a plus the lady cleaning the tables never stopped cleaning. I will not be going back,

My Dad and myself went into this McDonald's at St Johns Shopping centre. My father had a chicken select's meal the food was good, but when he went to pay the girl behind the counter overcharged him £0.50 for an extra dip which was included in the original meal price. He mentioned to the girl who served him that the dips came free, she then said it costs extra for the dips which was 1.50. My Dad then went and looked on the price board and it said two free dips included in the price. He then paid it he then went to the manager and called him over he said he just ordered 5 chicken selects and she charged me for the free dip, do you want me to give you the 50p back he wouldn't listen she made a mistake. Then he said (my dad) just give me the 50p back and the manager came and gave him the 50p back! He (the manager) went back and he and the group of staff were looking across and giggling like children about my Dad! Very unprofessional and rude! I can safely say that we won't be going to that McDonald's ever again!

I went here with my client as he likes the Big Macs and mmmm I can ser why and so I had to join him, the staff are always happy to help with any requirements that you may have and are amazing in what they do.

We arrived at this establishment at 5.55 on a Tuesday and a short angry woman told us we may not be served, then allowed a man in an Aldi uniform to go ahead with his order as we were turned away, I asked why he was allowed to be served and she said "he's been working all day lad" after looking us up and down , this is an appauling example of discrimination and should be further investigated

Always great service here by the helpful staff. Atmosphere is what you'd expect for a high street McDonald's. The restaurant is always clean and the food is fresh, hot and served quickly.

This is always lively with families and kids. Good range of fast food, drinks and sweet treats with several self service machines available, however they always seem to get my order wrong here. Located in St John's shopping centre, right by the bus station and Lime St with on-site parking available too. Clean and well presented with a clear menu and prices. Spacious seating area with smaller and larger tables, wheelchair and disability accessible as well as friendly staff on hand to help when needed. Unlike most McDonald's this closes when St John's closes at 6pm but this is a good stop off during the day for a lunch break or a shopping trip.

Quick moving queues tables clean and tidy. Lady came over to clean as soon as we sat down. Also came to help when we were clearing after eating.

Bad attitude from lady handing out orders. Screen called my number so I went up, told to go away as SHE did not call number. Order was wrong, food like warm, too busy to go back in a queue up for missing items.

I have been advised not to eat from any of the places in this food court as the amount of mice here is unbelievable...i can't verify this so please be cautious

Terrible. Not very clean. Food worst I have had in a McDonald's.cold and looked like burgers had been slammed together.

Considering there are a few other McDonald's within walking distance, customer service is appalling. Every order is a hinderence on the staff.

Self service tills did not work had to stand in line got served by someone who had alcohol on there breath and I would take a guse still under the influence from the night before. And suppose to be nothing below the elbow why do mangers and staff have fit bits and watches on.

Do a good cupa tea and i only get a fillet o fish .very tasty

Lunch time here is super busy, the staff are friendly and do their best to get orders out quite quick. Been here a few times and the food has always been tasty. My kids love it to.

Messed up the order. I then ordered a coke and they gave me a chocolate milkshake MIXED with coke Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. They chicken taste like a pigeon mixed with a seagull. Terrible! Then the twits gave me no straw😐🥲 seriouslY

There could be someone helping with the machines. It's difficult eith a three year old in tow. Other than that food came quick after I'd ordered.

Wouldn't go to this branch again. Almost all of the pay points where out of order meaning long queues, no toilets unless you pay, and they forgot to put the ketchup in my kids happy meal so he wouldn't eat it when we got on the train.

Reason being for this low score is not because of the food.i am sick and tired of beggars approaching my car asking for money.this can be quite intimidating as you have your window down. Kensington is the worst.1 by where you order and 1 after pick up window .sort this out please

Great place to grab a quick bite. This McDonald's is very clean and has very fast and reliable service. You can either dine in or take away and they also offer table service if one desires.

Was too busy must be Al the students back in the area. Took a while to get my order of a coffee and some chicken selects.

The food itself is fine the fact rhere is little to know where to sit once ordered is a pain at peak times sonwoukd always recommend taken out

Lovely as always but it's not really fast food got a bottle of water,ordinary latte,and waffle hash browns. The coffee was sat there for a few minutes and bottle of water had just been put next to it as the waffles were already made yet took 5-10 mins for all to get to me very slow service for a fast food restaurant.

Very busy and for some reason the app wouldn't work .Had the crispy chicken and bacon wrap, bacon looked raw and like it had been added at the end , won't be going there any time soon .

The food is tasty but sometimes, the burger is not done right
