Let
me
preface
by
saying
I
have
never
written
a
“restaurant”
review
on
Google
in
my
life,
and
I
have
high
respect
and
sympathy
for
service
workers.
But
our
experience
at
this
branch
left
us
with
a
deep
sense
of
despair
and
disillusionment.
We
placed
our
order
at
the
kiosk
(5
items)
and
sat
down
to
wait.
It
was
extremely
crowded,
with
many
dine-ins
and
Uber
Eats
deliverers
waiting
for
orders.
After
about
45
minutes
did
we
realize
any
prospect
of
a
meal
was
fruitless.
I
fought
tooth
and
nail
to
flag
down
a
worker
after
I
kept
getting
eye
contact
from
them
with
no
acknowledgement.
They
let
me
know
my
order
was
in
progress
and
proceeded
to
move
at
sloth’s
pace,
literally
staring
at
the
food
station
and
not
touching
anything.
I
saw
a
worker
drop
food
on
the
floor,
and
drop
a
bottle
of
sauce
into
the
beef
then
proceed
to
set
it
down
without
cleaning
it.
In
the
meanwhile,
the
building
only
got
more
crowded
with
everyone
waiting
for
their
orders.
They
eventually
called
my
name
only
for
us
to
find
that
they
provided
2
out
of
5
items
and
the
veg
one
had
beef.
We
decided
to
give
up
and
when
we
approached
the
counter,
the
worker
was
already
prepared
to
refund
us.
Overall
a
surreal
experience
and
the
part
of
me
that
loves
Taco
Bell
died
a
little
that
day.
