I had a chance to check out this new place recently and absolutely loved it. The staff is so sweet and genuine, and the chef personally came and chatted with us. I got to try some new rolls and even received a complimentary roll for the table! I already went back for takeout and was not disappointed. After living in Boston for years, I think I’ve found my new favorite sushi place!

I usually don’t write reviews but this place deserves it! I had an amazing time at Rainbow Sushi Brookline. One of the best sushi restaurants my boyfriend and I have been to! The service is outstanding, the person who served us was so kind and professional. Lovely atmosphere, delicious food and impeccable customer service! Overall I throughly recommend coming here and we shall be back in the future again!

This is a small, elegant restaurant run by a new owner/chef. This is a real, properly trained Japanese sushi chef. We had time to talk to him. Much of the fish is flown in from Japan to meet quality standards and it really shows in the taste of the sushi. The presentation and attention to detail is fabulous. Best sushi ever. We'll be back every time we visit Boston.

We didn't want to stay in metro Boston for food and I'm glad we didn't because this place was phenomenal. The sashimi was fresh and delicious, the owner and chef (Owen), was so kind, and if I lived nearby I'd be here every week. They recently opened under new owners and the high ratings they've been receiving make a ton of sense for the quality and price of the food. Highly recommend the stuff off their omakase special menu. Saved this to my favorite food places near Boston and I'll definitely be back!

I had a fantastic time at the sushi restaurant last night. The chef's warm hospitality made us feel right at home. The sushi and rolls we ordered were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It was an all-around fantastic dining experience that exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to return for more sushi!

What an amazing place! Everyone was welcoming and friendly as soon as we entered and the chef greeted us and explained the different sushi he recommended us trying. All the sushi we got was truly fresh and delicious. We got two rolls as well, the million dollar maki and salmon mango maki, both were delicious and flavors I hadn’t tasted before in a sushi roll! The chef was even nice enough to serve us a complimentary sushi. Overall the experience was amazing and we loved the people, food, and atmosphere:)

Sushi was amazing… super fresh. These guys know what they are doing and take pride in their sushi. Had the Yellowtail Jalapeño… highly recommend. Toro is always my go to and did not disappoint. Red dragon roll was perfect main.

This is one of those places I leave review while I’m dining in! All the respect for these kind and great people! I’m so impressed and thrilled by their service, welcoming and energy! While having a turbulent morning these people made my day ! Food was delicious!
