Quiet location, lots of sushi variety on the menu. We found that some of the makis were not very tasty, there was very little wine in the glasses we ordered and the wine was not served at the table, so in the end you have to trust that they gave you the wine you ordered. Nice staff. My favourites: Daurade Taco 🫶🏻tasty! Saumon Taco 🫶🏻 delicious!

We stumbled across this restaurant on UberEats one day and were blown away by the quality of the sushi that we ended up ordering everyday! They then sent us a note in one of the orders and invited us in. We took them up on the offer and… WOW! Just the most incredible staff and sushi restaurant in Biarritz! They were so accommodating for my family (3 small children in tow) and I can’t fault the food one bit…. I could devour the ceviche (all of them), beef chimichurri maki and the chicken all day. The atmosphere in house is great and welcoming too. What a gem!

Nice service and delicious sushi. The restaurant lies not very central, but still easily accessible. Rolls were of good quality and with digital Menü it was easy to make a choice.

Sought out this restaurant as we really wanted some sushi for a change during our week in Biarritz. Lovely food and staff, really enjoyed our meal and the sake cocktails were great too !

Sushi wave is a good sushi place in a very calm and peaceful neighborhood far away from the noisy streets of downtown Biarritz. It's slightly overpriced but the food is fresh and of good quality. Go there if you need a break from the beach side crowds and noise.

Simply delicious! We had an amazing dinner; very good service, and the variety of dishes and flavors knocked us off our feet. Best sushi I’ve had in a long time, and certainly the best I’ve had in france.
