Great location, easily walking distance to many attractions and the the central station. We were placed across the st, which meant we had a key to the main door and to the room. That portion of the hotel is right under Bia Mara restaurant. We did have a slight security incident where someone tried to open our bedroom door, do be careful if you on that side of the property. Aside from that we enjoyed our stay.

Liked: The location of the hotel is near the central station, making it a good location to check-in, drop your luggage, and begin exploring. The staff at the hotel were friendly and nice. Disliked: The hotel itself is renovated, but the floors are old. We heard someone walking around in the room above us all night starting at midnight. We didn't get any sleep. We also could hear the floors creaking every time someone walked down the hallway corridor. The downside of the location is that it is on a loud and very bright street with casinos and bars. Maybe staying in the other side of the hotel would be less loud? The bathroom window is a single-pan window, and even with the bedroom's double-pan windows, we still heard almost every noise well into the early morning hours. Additionally, the bed was not comfortable and it had a divot in the middle. Lastly, there were visible signs and smells of mold in the bathroom. Overall, good location, but too much noise inside and outside the hotel to get restful sleep.

Great location and the room is very cute and well decorated but do not expect a service up to the standing of a great hotel. Here’s why : Entrance difficult to locate since it’s shared with a restaurant. Receptionist must be mute cause not a single word came out of his mouth, maybe tell him to wave, idk. Not that many dressing space even for a short stay. A TON of dust flying in the room when you starts the fan, I advice to open the windows and get some air in. Weird odor coming from the bathroom. No body tower, just head sized. Voila

Loved our stay. Perfect location, easy to find. Just a couple of stops from Midi Train Station. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Housekeeping are fantastic too, always left the room so lovely & fresh. Great little perks like the Cuberdon on arrival & waters too. Loved the communal coffee station. Bathroom was clean & simple, would have been nice to have some decoration in there too, but was functional so I was happy with that. Loved the decor in the room & the hotel, very cool. Restaurant downstairs is delicious & convenient ! Loved the vibe of arriving to a buzzing restaurant after a day of exploring.

Made reservations at this hotel months ago for NYE. Called to confirm the reservations and 5 rooms. Also confirmed that one of the rooms was the one on the 1st floor that had a balcony to which they confirmed. Upon getting to the hotel on Saturday, we were told that they had already put a family into the room that was confirmed for us. Their reasoning was that guest was yhere longer than we were. When asked why, they could only say there was nothing they could do to fix it. They mentioned that they could take 4 euro off the price of the breakfast buffet, which is over-priced to start with. Then, on NYE, we were told that we could not be in the bar area. When we asked why we were told that the restaurant had a private party. That was no big deal but when we asked if the bar was part of the hotel, we were told yes. So if it is part of the hotel and we were guests why were we not allowed to use it? In the past year, this hotel has gone downhill in the customer service area. This was a must stay on our trips to Brussels, but now, due to the actions of the hotel staff and/or the restaurant and bar personnel, I do believe I would be staying elsewhere. It was kind of sad as the location of this place was one of the reasons that we always chose here.
