My
recent
stay
at
the
Hilton
Brussels
Grand
Palace
left
me
with
mixed
feelings,
balancing
positives
and
negatives.
On
the
bright
side,
the
hotel’s
location
is
truly
a
gem,
offering
easy
access
to
key
attractions
in
Brussels.
The
staff
were
consistently
friendly
and
went
out
of
their
way
to
assist,
creating
a
welcoming
environment.
A
standout
feature
is
their
pet-friendly
policy,
perfect
for
travelers
with
furry
companions
–
a
definite
thumbs
up.
However,
the
comfort
of
the
room
left
something
to
be
desired.
The
bed
was
surprisingly
stiff,
not
quite
meeting
the
expectations
for
a
restful
night’s
sleep.
The
pillows,
while
described
as
“cloud-like,”
were
unusually
thin,
lacking
the
support
needed
for
a
comfortable
rest.
In
summary,
the
Hilton
Brussels
Grand
Palace
has
its
merits,
particularly
for
those
who
prioritize
a
central
location
and
appreciate
a
pet-friendly
environment.
The
friendly
staff
further
enhance
the
experience.
However,
the
discomfort
caused
by
the
stiff
bed
and
thin
pillows
may
be
a
consideration
for
travelers
who
place
a
premium
on
a
good
night’s
sleep.
Despite
these
drawbacks,
the
overall
experience
makes
it
a
recommendation-worthy
option
for
those
willing
to
compromise
on
bedding
for
the
sake
of
location
and
pet
accessibility.
