In the heart of the Brussels city center and well within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and shopping options. The bar was well-stocked and I had the best Manhattan ever thanks to a friendly and talented bar tender. As a personal test when staying in European hotels (just for fun, really) I enjoy testing the language tolerances with staff and management alike. I was able to communicate effectively in English, French, German, and Spanish. The latter a rarity in the more northern Central European countries. Needless to say, I was impressed. I stayed in the Executive King Suite which came with Business Lounge access. The bed was comfortable, the room immaculate, and the view was pleasing. Parking is underground and directly adjacent to the hotel. 24 hours in the parking garage was around 20€. I will certainly return. Kudos to the staff!

Good location, directly opposite the metro station and a walking distance to restaurants, Grand Place and other retail outlet. Booked king room, good space in the room and spacious bathroom. Cleanliness overall I would say is 7/10, the mini towels were not changed the second day, and can feel the hotel is a bit old from the bathroom interior. The winner is the breakfast, with an excellent variety (Eggs, cold cuts, cheese, croissant, bread, cereal, waffles and pancake) plus all fresh food (Fruits & vegetables).

The rooms are very spacious and the hotel is conveniently located. it is about 15 minutes or less to every major section/attraction. It is also right across the square from the Brussels Central train station. You can take a train from the airport directly there. The staff are also very helpful and nice. The executive is also nice, however could use some additions to their food options during the happy hour service. The hotel is also very quiet.

My recent stay at the Hilton Brussels Grand Palace left me with mixed feelings, balancing positives and negatives. On the bright side, the hotel’s location is truly a gem, offering easy access to key attractions in Brussels. The staff were consistently friendly and went out of their way to assist, creating a welcoming environment. A standout feature is their pet-friendly policy, perfect for travelers with furry companions – a definite thumbs up. However, the comfort of the room left something to be desired. The bed was surprisingly stiff, not quite meeting the expectations for a restful night’s sleep. The pillows, while described as “cloud-like,” were unusually thin, lacking the support needed for a comfortable rest. In summary, the Hilton Brussels Grand Palace has its merits, particularly for those who prioritize a central location and appreciate a pet-friendly environment. The friendly staff further enhance the experience. However, the discomfort caused by the stiff bed and thin pillows may be a consideration for travelers who place a premium on a good night’s sleep. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience makes it a recommendation-worthy option for those willing to compromise on bedding for the sake of location and pet accessibility.

Couldn’t ask for better service, location or amenities if you’re staying in Brussels city centre. Smack dab in the heart of town opposite Bruxelles Central station, it’s the perfect spot to get to anywhere. Most places in the city centre are accessible on foot from here. For the rest of the city and country, the station is right across. Super convenient as you can leave your room just minutes before you need to board your train. There’s a Carrefour Express supermarket right next to it, making it real easy to stock up on any essentials. Tons of bars and restaurants nearby. Housekeeping staff and concierge were delightful and always helpful. Cabs instantly available right outside the hotel. Gets a bit busy around, but rooms are soundproofed enough to not let any of the noise through. Well appointed and spacious rooms as well.

Everything is perfect here. Bed is super comfy, great location, steps to tourist attractions, delicious breakfast. Their apply juice is super fresh, not as artificial as what we have in Canada. Louise at restaurant is very nice and friendly. Will definitely come back. Thank you.

The hotel is in the great spot, but it is pretty outdated. The rooms that face the station are very noisy. The sink was clogged, toilet flash barely works. The breakfast is good, but most of the hot food is barely warm. The staff at breakfast and the bar was great, however that cannot be said for the reception. I was refused a room change due to noise. Overall way overpriced for the value. There are many better choice at such price level.

Well placed in the city, lovely staff and good (clean and fresh) rooms (had a great upgrade - thank you!). Gym perfect - well stocked for a hotel gym. Breakfast spot on, but the exec lounge food offering was a little disappointing.

We had a very comfortable stay here with family. The hotel is so close to everything, the rooms are spacious and clean. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this to family and friends.

A fantastic hotel in a very central location, close to Hotel de Ville, Grand Place, Royal Palace of Brussels, old town and many other historic places and tourist attractions. I stayed there a night only so apart from a very good breakfast, I did not have the chance to check out the restaurant or the bar. The downside is that the hotel may be a bit noisy at night (at least my room was, it was overlooking one of the busy streets). Would definitely be staying there again if I ever come back to Brussels on business.

Great hotel with friendly staff. Room was nice overlooking the park. Executive lounge, and breakfast were very good. Great breakfast staff! Room is clean and spacious. Air conditioning not very cold but windows do open letting in cool night air. Great location for seeing the sites in Brussels. Two minute walk from the train station and five minute walk to the Grand Place. If you want to see how old Brussels and get out of the tourist area, go to Sablon And walk around. Beautiful area. Only 15 minute walk.

I am torn about this Hilton and here is why. My junior suite was lovely and the staff were very good. The hotel is centrally located across from the train station however the area is grimy. Easy to get to restaurants though. The executive club happy hour was a joke. Small half tools with cucumber sandwiches, pasta salad with basically leftover veggies and some protein thrown in and tomato soup. There was a low cost bottle of beefeater gin almost empty and it was the starting time and some absolut vodka. Otherwise beer and wine. We walked out. Breakfast here is very nice. It is really closer to 3.5 stars however safety in area and that happy hour were really sad! Across from Brew Dog so husband was happy!

Clean hotel, great location. It's about a 2-3 min walk from Grand Place. Close to lots of restaurants as well as train station, pharmacy, and Carrefour. The cafe downstairs serves a variety of breakfast items and prepare your food fairly quickly. Hotel staff is very friendly and promptly helped us with our questions regarding taxis, metro, etc. Bathroom is well stocked with towels & toiletries. Queen bed is firm, sheets are bleached clean, no stains or odd patches of any sort.

As a hotelier, I know that what makes a hotel stand out are its people. I have to say the team at Hilton Grand Place has been exemplary in their care for my mother who recently had a long stay at the hotel. In particular Lucas in the Bar and his colleague Pauline have shown exceptional friendliness and professional attention which made all the difference to both my mother's stay and to my own. Additionally Louise in the restaurant was a delight and made the place. Artur, who recently joined, showed a passion and a dedication to service that is second to none. the chef prepared wonderful gluten free vegan meals for me, which is not always the case. Jacqueline (sorry if spelling incorrect) who cleaned our suites was an equal joy. Many thanks Hilton Grand Place. There are many others I could mention as the team in its entirety created a wonderful experience. Bravo!

Hilton Brussels Grand Place is most strategically situated: 1)The hotel is just in front of the Railway Central Station! 2) The hotel is five minutes walking to SQUARE - the best meeting place for businesses, conferences (I attended) !! 3) Finally the hotel is again about 5 minutes walking distance to Brussels Grand Place -"the best "place" in Europe" according to UNESCO - Heritage, but I would say "best "place" in the world, based on our visit to the best 25 countries in the world !!! We had a fabulous time with Hilton Brussels -Front Desk Staff, Breakfast staff and House Keeping staff - simply superb! Breakfast gives you the best start for the most busy day. We do not remember any other hotel we stayed in all our 25 countries which was anywhere near Hilton Brussels! Keep pushing up !!

The hotel is old. The room we had was not clean - mouldy shower, broken blinders, the carpet floors were not vacuumed between the stays. Some of the staff members were not very friendly and generally not very client oriented. Executive lounge was very whatever. Very disappointed in this Hilton Hotel. The only positive side - the breakfast was great.

Great hotel & location. I recommend this hotel to everyone. Staff at the front desk is always smiling, very friendly and helpful. The hotel tends to be busy with people travelling on business. So breakfast room is quite noisy and packed. But the buffet is rich and the staff is welcoming.

No recommendation for Hilton Honors members. No voluntary upgrade for GoldMemeber, no service in the lounge. You have to fight for a room upgrade. When you check in they say you can't upgrade because the hotel is fully booked. Only when you can prove that there are enough free rooms is an upgrade suddenly possible. It's a shame you have to fight for an upgrade. When we tried to enter the lounge with the key card, the door would not open. At the reception we were told that we were not entitled to use the lounge even though we were staying in an executive room. I showed the reception the Hilton Honors rules, which state that lounge access is possible if you stay in an executive room. Only then was the receptionist willing to open the key card for lounge access. A shame. The lounge was in absolute chaos. At 6.20 p.m. there was no more wine, neither white nor red, nor rose. There was no more beer, the finger food had been used up and the soup was empty. The tables were dirty. I asked the only lady in service what had happened and that there were no drinks or snacks. She told me it was her first day in the lounge and it wasn't her fault and she couldn't help it. The other guests and we were speechless, unbelievable. We have stayed in many Hilton hotels but we have never experienced anything like this. Clearly - we are disappointed and will not visit or recommend the hotel again.

We stayed here for one night that we got for free as loyalty reward because we are frequently residing in Hilton Hotels. My overall experience of this hotel was that it's quite old and already a bit run down. In our case the room was also very dark, bad lightning and the layout in general didn't feel very comfy. Now, this hotel is directly located at Grand Place and the train station which is normally a really good location. However, if you go out after dawn the location feels really unsafe with lots of shady people walking around, smoking weird stuff and listening to loud music. As we were with a dog we had to go out in the night and let's just say it wasn't very pleasurable. The service is absolutely Hilton-worthy. Staff is friendly and helpful. My review is based on the comparison to other Hilton Hotels. Of course, the stay is still better than some other hotels in a similar cost range. -- Edit: Unfortunately, after I received my bill I learned that this hotel charges an additional EUR 50 per stay for a dog which is absolutely outrageous. From experience, I know that there can be a charge between 5 to 15 EUR for a dog. This hotel should please adjust their policy and no longer accept dogs rather than ripping off customers.

I recently stayed here and had an exceptional experience. The staff's warmth and efficiency stood out, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The room was immaculate, with modern amenities and a comfortable bed. The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the city, and the on-site restaurant served delicious meals. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and the room was very nice. The staff spoke English and that was helpful. It is a very popular hotel and there was usually a long line at the reception desk. The location is very convenient to get to the Grand Place and the train station. This hotel has an Executive Lounge. My room had a broken light that was not repaired (I called twice) and there was an unfortunate incident at breakfast that did not have the follow-up as promised. However, there are some bright stars on the staff such as Abdem. He went above and beyond and was extremely helpful. It’s a nice hotel, but very busy.

This hotel is perfectly located in the center of Brussels and next to the train station. The metro is only a 2 minute walk as well. The staff and their friendliness is another thing that stands out. Everyone at the front desk, breakfast restaurant and the executive lounge was very welcoming. The guest room was very good and the fitness center was serviceable. FYI, the executive lounge has a happy hour 5-7pm each day with Stella and 3 wines on tap.

  • 4/5 Kareem 8 months ago on Google
We stayed in a suite which was good, the reception didn't have chairs except in the bar which is really a strange thing for a hotel like this, they had apples complimentary at the lobby which i think is a nice touch. The executive lounge was a joke though, small but the issue was that there wasn't a good selection whether if it was happy hour or not. No fresh juice!?!? And when anything runs out there is no one to refill, used cups and plates are left there until someone goes in to check every once in a long while. Location is good right next to the downtown and grand palace. Good hotel just needs some changes to be much better

  • 5/5 Adson O. 10 months ago on Google
Yes, it was quite expensive, but totally worth it, outstanding location, it was possible to walk to the main city attractions. My room in the 5th floor had a marvelous view, you couldn't hear any noise (maybe because it was on the back of the building), the executive lounge was also a great benefit during my stay. We were well received by the employees as well.

  • 3/5 Dog M. 5 months ago on Google
Location is great, convenience of the train station without any excessive noise. Having said that, I booked a simple room as a Hilton Diamond member and was sad to hear no upgrade was available as the hotel was booked (checked in around 16:00). Staff did extend check out upon my request but provided no complimentary water, WiFi instructions nor had my pre populated form at check in (standard). Lobby seems modern with in-house restaurant/bar and a few snacks available for purchase. Executive lounge was not memorable (a couple of snacks and a few drinks). Room was definitely the let down. Carpets in halls and room are stained. Shower tub was not clean and no amenities were provided. View was fine. Overall, decor needs updating. Experience, in my opinion not worth the price. Will likely not book again nor recommend. My least liked Hilton location yet.

This was an amazing place to stay. The service was wonderful. The breakfast buffet was delicious and full of items our family of 5 could enjoy. We booked the Smurf room with 2 bathrooms which was convenient when traveling with small children. Please ignore the sparky remarks including the term, "whatevr" in the last review. My 11 year old daughter wrote the review because she said a staff member snapped at her. I did not witness this

  • 4/5 Mikhail V. 9 months ago on Google
We stayed at a junior suite room on the 6th floor on the old town side of the hotel. Check in and check out were OK. Room is on par with an average American Hilton room (you get what's advertised, no nice small touches). We traveled with a kid, it is always nice to have a sofa bed (as this room had) compared to narrow rollaway options in most of more expensive hotels). The downside is that the windows in the room are covered with a thick layer of dust, a tropical rain which was soon after our arrival, didn't really improve the window cleanliness. I understood that the center of a city has a lot of dust in the air, so this is a by design problem, but booking a room with a view without being able to fully enjoy the view really sucks. Breakfast is definitely above an average American Hilton, I recommend it. We didn't use any other hotel facilities.

  • 5/5 Nicky S. 9 months ago on Google
Breakfast at the hotel is very good. The service during breakfast is also very good. I have to give a mention to the exceptional service provided by Louise during breakfast she’s got a wonderful personality, is very professional and highly organized. She ensured each time she was there that everything ran smoothly.

  • 3/5 Bryan B. 4 months ago on Google
Overall it was nice hotel but our room was apparently over a nightclub - music was banging until 4am. Woke up in the morning to no hot water in the entire hotel, therefore we couldn’t have a shower or coffee. Location can’t be beat but if you’re staying on a Friday night, bring earplugs…

Our first trip to Brussels has been a wonderful experience. We reserved our room in advance of our arrival and experienced a pleasant greeting by the staff. The ladies spoke fluent English, which was helpful to us. Our room had a side view of Central Place, which was a nice addition to our stay. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated and included a refrigerator, coffee pot, safe, tv, and a large bathroom. The closet doors had large mirrors, which we found helpful. The bathroom included a bathtub for which I was thankful to use after a long day of exploring such a beautiful city. Our only disappointment was having 2 extra large twin beds pushed together instead of 1 king-size bed. That is available. However, it wasn't budget friendly for us. We would absolutely choose the Hilton again.

Fantastic place to stay while in Brussels. Very conveniently located (walking distance) to everything the city has to offer including the train station if coming via Eurostar, etc. The staff was exceptional! Genuinely concerned that we were taken care of and always with a smile and enthusiasm. Special shout-out to Louise. You have to meet her at breakfast. She will make your day with that infectious smile and heartfelt welcome. Special thanks to the hotel manager Charles as well. He rectified something that I had incorrectly done when making my reservation.

  • 4/5 Howie G. 6 months ago on Google
This is a very nice hotel with issues. Rooms were amazing. Service was great! Lots of shops in walking distance. I'm not sure if it's a Hilton problem or a Brussels problem, but the entire facility is nearly a gulag. In order to combat the homeless issues, every door on the building is locked right, and some are even blocked to prevent people sleeping on the steps. This creates a single egress with a buzzer to access the hotel. It makes you feel a bit confined. But once inside, the place is amazing.

One night stay at end of trip. Hotel is in great location and despite older exterior is a modern and comfortable hotel. Room was reasonable size and was very comfortable. AC worked great and kept the room cool enough for sleeping. Very helpful staff, We would stay here again.

We arrived at our hotel after a long day of travel from Paris. Upon arrival, our room was not ready, but Vladimir got right to work on it so we could rest. While we were waiting we were brought a cocktail by Anton. Soon after, Fathy also came over to us. They were both so kind and funny. They kept us occupied with conversation, laughs, and information until our room was ready— which Vladimir ensured was quick. The hotel and rooms are amazing. They’re spacious, beautifully decorated, and extremely clean. I honestly wish our stay was much longer! Hotel, rooms, and staff are all beyond 5 stars!

This was our first time in Brussels. The hotel was easy to get to from Bruxelles Midi station. Hotel is directly in front of Bruxelles Central Station as well. Charles at the front desk was extremely friendly and accommodating. Room was beautiful with beautiful views. Food was great. We were given a map and shown many great places to visit. Once again Hilton does a great job, only to be made better by the staff

Thank you for the up-grade. Thoroughly enjoyed the room and executive lounge. Had a wonderful time at this Hilton. Location was great, easy access to places we wanted to see even on a rainy day. Restaurant menu was superb. Service and staff were outstanding. Merci

Stayed here for a night before our train flight. We were able to check in early, which was nice, and were upgraded to an executive room as Hilton gold members. With the upgrade we got access to the lounge, which has snack throughout the day in addition to a free happy hour in the evening. The breakfast was too notch and one of our favorites on our whole vacation. They had eggs bacon, waffles, pancakes, yogurt, bread and much more. They even had someone setting up to sing live music as we were leaving.

  • 3/5 H. “Tokyo Gourmand” K. 8 months ago on Google
The staff are friendly and helpful and the Smurf room is neat and the youngest loved it. The breakfast was okay not the best selection but the DIY waffles are good. The executive lounge is on the small side, it did have a decent selection of soda and coffees. The location is good, just a short walk to a shopping arcade and a street full of restaurants. The only qualm is the trash and other unsavory things outside the main entrance.

  • 4/5 Rommel C. 8 months ago on Google
i stayed here some time ago, great location, walking distance to the tourist spots in brussels and right in front of the train station. Check-in was not smooth simply because the room that they initially gave me was not made at all but they quickly gave me a new room. Great value for money overall.

  • 5/5 Sanam K. 8 months ago on Google
Would definitely stay here again, great staff, location and service. I was here on a 24 hour trip and needed a hassle free hotel and this Hilton location was just that for me. Right across from the train station, close to food, a lot of attractions and right in the city center where I needed to be. Only two downsides, breakfast at 7 (had to leave hotel at 7am) and the noise level for a weekday facing the street with people screaming and yelling.

  • 5/5 Ken S. 7 months ago on Google
Rooms: spacious and well designed Cleanliness: spotless Noise: very quiet Aircon/heating: good Coffee/tea facilities: good Location: right next to Brussels Central station, which is handy Overall, a strong hotel with very good service. The only small downside is that check-in/out can be slow (the digital key never seems to work). That said, would happily give 5* and recommend.

The team at the Hilton Brussels Grand Place is amazing! The hotel is clean and the location is perfect. Walking distance to many places and it is right across from the Central Station. We enjoyed this hotel very much and would stay again whenever we come back to Brussels!

The hotel was amazing. The location is on point being a stone's throw away from the main attractions and if not the main station, Midi, is directly opposite so very accessible. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff cleaned the room every day promptly. The breakfast was delicious offering a wide range of food, including waffles and pancakes! But the hotel's best quality is the staff who were so warm, kind and helpful going out of their way with our every need. Special mention to Matthieu who waited on us hand over foot, can't thank him enough. Overall I would most recommend this hotel.

My boyfriend and I had a great stay here. Staff are extremely friendly, doors are opened 24 hours with security at night, bar service was excellent, room cleaners were courteous, huge bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and shower gel (for the ladies that use a lot of hair conditioners)! Very quality service and hotel.

If you are fortunate enough to have wandered upon this hotel, you should book immediately and spend the rest of your time planning the special things you want to do in Dublin! Beautiful hotel smack in the middle of Brussels. Staff was wonderful and the service they provided was as above par. 2 things that could be approved are: 1 Parking, just mention on the website that parking is in the external parking garage. It saves your guests looking for the hotel parking. 2: the room we stayed in could use some TLC, wallpaper loose and the room lacked some cozy atmosphere. But overall I would recommend this hotel if you want to have a great time in Brussel.

If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would! This was THE best hotel experience I've ever had. I have stayed in many, many hotels across three continents, and this one has been the best. The entire team is the most helpful, friendly, and proactive staff I've ever been around. From the moment I checked in, they made me feel like their most valued guest. The facilities were kept exceptionally clean and their Executive Lounge was perfect. I will 100% stay here again each and every time I'm in Brussels.

Well located and good value for money. Awkward check-in and breakfast starts only at 7am which means it is too late for business people who have an 8 o'clock meeting in town. More of a tourist than a business hotel

Perfect location, we made most highlights of the city by feet (11km a day). Nice room, just too hot, air condition was not working and window can't be opened. Elevator from parking garage was 2 days out of order, fun to get luggage 3 floors up and down the stairs. Comment from reception "it is not our responsibility, we already complained". Flush on toilet was a bit wired, need some practice to activate, knob got a bit old. Executive lounge offer was very limited, lowest in any Hilton I stayed with on theast years, even in Corona time.

We had a wonderful stay, except for the very strong stench of cigarette smoke in our room. The entire 6th floor smelled of it as you stepped off the elevator. We were told it was from the nearby disco that had recently reopened. Very disappointing.

Hilton quality in the center of Brussels. The hotel is located directly across from the Brussels main train station, so important for the day you leave the city. My room was small, but enough for two people. The breakfast was very nice, limited supply of vegetarian options but overall good coffee! The hotel is literally a 10 minute walk to the downtown area, which is a plus when heading out to see the area or have dinner. I would recommend for a short visit in Brussels.

I had the chance to stay in this Hilton hotel in the heart of Brussels and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! From the moment I walked through the door, the service was outstanding. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail that went into the design and decor of the space. It was clear that the hotel takes great pride in providing a top-notch guest experience. In addition to the excellent accommodations, the hotel's location couldn't be better. It's situated right in the heart of Brussels, making it easy to explore all the city has to offer. And when I needed some downtime, the hotel's lounge area provided the perfect place to relax and unwind. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Brussels.

Stayed here for 2 nights on business; while the executive room was large and appreciated, the hotel desperately needs renovation in some areas. I found it hard to have a room and hallways full of carpet, due to my severe allergies. Only request I made during my stay was for a hair dryer and never received it. As a loyal Hilton Diamond member, I would stay again to collect the points. Location near Grand Place was nice, but not the best overall. Staff was very nice upon check-in/check out. Getting a taxi was relatively easy (Uber not so much). I think once the hotel is renovated, it will make for a much nicer stay!

Wonderful location!!! This Hilton is located right in front of the Brussel Central location and a few minutes away from the city hall. We used the train almost daily to go to Briggs, Waterloo, Ghent, airport, etc, therefore, it was so convenient to be so close to the train station. Also, it is in the center of point of interests in Brussel and within walking distance. Lots of restaurants nearby. Wonderful!!!

We had a great stay overall at this hotel. The rooms were a nice size, the facilities were very clean, and the location was amazing. Our one issue was that when we checked in, the women explained to us where breakfast was located- but never specified that we actually had to pay separately for it and it wasn't included. When we go to breakfast, again, nobody told us it was not included. We were surprised at the end of our stay to see it wasn't included with the room. It is partly our fault for not double checking, but found it odd that no one mentioned that it was a separate cost the whole time we stayed there. Plus, for $28 a person, it was such a simple continental style breakfast that one would assume is free. I certainly wouldn't have paid that much money for what it was. Oh well, lesson learned.

Stayed here with my husband while he attended a conference for about 10 days mid November and must say it was one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had in a hotel, especially halfway around the world! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Location was very central (and it’s right next to the central train station) and convenient for nearly every adventure around Brussels or Belgium!

There was no noise, despite the central location. The rooms were perhaps slightly dated, but the bed was comfortable, the climate control intuitive, and the bathroom nice. One thing I’ll call out is that the toilet paper holder was so close to the toilet a person has to sit sideways not to hit it. Otherwise, it would be 5 stars.

Great, clean, big, and very silent rooms in the centre of Brussels right at the station. The only thing that's a bit strange is that the room service is unavailable at random times. For the rest à really beautiful hotel with great breakfast.

Stayed for a long weekend at this hotel, great location with access to central station, parking, restaurants and old town. Friendly staff at check in and throughout our stay. Temperature control in room not working. The room was found very clean but comfort in way of sofa bed was not good. Seats are sliding off. The breakfast was very disappointing with all "hot" items being cold, cold cuts and cheeses wasn't the greatest. Poor choices in a hotel of this status. Cheeses dried up as left out too long and when new cheese was brought out it had clearly been in a fridge with no cover so already dried up. Executive lounge very small with very little privacy in way of seating. The selection of offerings for the evening(18:00 - 20:00) was very poor, consistency within the Hilton brand is clearly not on the agenda.

The Hilton Brussels Grand Place is a good hotel in the centre of Brussels. It's next to the central train station, and close to public transport as metro and bus. The rooms are clean, they clean extra because of corona. Employees are friendly and professional. They speak English and French, no dutch. For the downside: it's in the centre of Brussels, so there is always noise, even at night. Breakfast was very good, check in and out, very fast. The rooms are big enough, there's some luxury, the bathroom was spacious and very clean.

So accessible, very friendly and efficient staff : makes it enticing for me to always go back. The hotel itself is quite nice, rooms are well equipped, spacious. The restaurant itself is located within the hotel: if you are not up for going into the hustle of the centre, it's just great for a quite evening. Oh, and the breakfast is a standard fine spread. I rather wish they had better coffee mugs though, but that's me

If you are looking for a good place to stay in the center of Brussels then this is the place. The staff really friendly helped with all the arrangements and provided with the information that you need. The executive room is really big and I had the chance to have a great view to the old town. The breakfast is simple amazing. Really big selection from meat, fruits, hot and cold. Also they got an amazing waffle machine so you can have fresh waffles for breakfast.

Thanks Hilton Grand Place Brussels for giving me the best experience during my final 5 days in the lovely city of Brussels. Leaving Brussels after 3 years here with a great feeling. Great service, great staff, great location. Brussels Central is just next door, Grand Place is the place to be and plenty of shops and cafes to choose from. Merci!

We have stayed for four nights at Hilton. In general, the food is excellent both at breakfast and at Sentro restaurant. The service at breakfast was particularly impressive and friendly. But the room isn’t very clean and is a little dark. The opening hours of the restaurant is also not as posted on the official website which caught us by surprise; it is now closed on Sundays and Mondays.
