The service here was impressive. This place is inside the Marriott hotel. I was not staying at the Marriott, but I wanted late-night sorbet, so I drove over there. The parking was free and plentiful. When I was looking around to figure out where the ice cream shop was, a hotel employee saw me and approached me to offer help. When I came up to the counter, another customer was ahead of me. Certainly no big deal, but a second employee immediately appeared to help me. The 2 employees were very friendly and chatty. They told me how they make their sorbet from fresh lemons daily. After chatting a while, they invited me to come stay at their hotel next time. I got to say, I skipped this Marriott before because I thought it would be low-quality with a premium price tag. I was wrong. The place was clean, beautiful and the service was outstanding. I would definitely stay at this hotel in the future.

My husband has a severe dairy allergy. When they told us they had many vegan options for him we were stoked! We ended up spending the night in the emergency room because the "vegan sorbet" had dairy in it. Who puts diary in sorbet?! My husband almost immediately had throat swelling and eventually got violently ill so we had no choice but to go to the hospital. I would have left a 5 star review if this didn't happen. Allergies and dietary restrictions are serious and need to be taken even more seriously by eating establishments. There's so many alternatives to dairy out there that are really healthy too...(coconut milk, oat milk, cashew milk etc...) I look forward to the day more ice cream shoppes and restaurants finally catch on.

It’s so cool to see Gelato establishment in a cool decorated bus like that. I loved it! They also have a seating area in the upper level with a vey nice decoration.. the Gelato wasn’t the best but we liked the experience and we took many nice pictures in the bus.

There are plenty of seats available both outside and on the second floor of the bus for you to enjoy your gelato. Again, although it seemed full of people, we were able to get a seat without a problem and even had the whole second floor to ourselves for a while. The Oreo Vanilla was good. The Pistachio was just ok. The waffle cone was especially tasty. Nothing out of this world but definitely a nice spot to enjoy some desert after a good meal.

Gelatissimo is such a fun little ice cream shop located in the coolest retro bus! This place gets packed, and it makes total sense because the ice cream is delicious. There are about 20 flavors to choose from and they’re all label, which I very much appreciate having a gluten allergy. Go try it for yourself!

The line was really long and they have a weird two-step process where you wait in line to get a number and then you wait in line to actually have someone make your order. This means that you get to wait and not one long line but two long lines. Overall the gelato was not special enough for this almost 30 minute process.

The gelato is so good at Gelatissimo!! We went for dessert after dinner couple times during our visit in Aruba, the gelato is creamy & smooth and there are so many flavors to choose. We have tried Hazelnut, Pistachio, Ferraro Rocher & Nutella. All were so good and my favorite is Ferraro Rocher!!! I wanted to have another cup if I wasn’t that full lol. With that said, we will definitely be back again on our next visit.
