Very disappointed and feel very taken advantage of. Bought our holiday through them and received an email (4 days before it started) that implied we can't go anymore and lying to us that the hotel will not host us anymore, due to some untruthful info the agency made up, to be more specific Mihaela David, the person who "took care" of ruining our holiday, so they canceled our reservations. Long story short, they came to conclusion that in fact the ones who were mostly affected were them, the agency, not us, their clients. And this is just the big picture. I hope people will avoid this agency if they want to benefit for what they paid for and stay stress free.

I made a reservation via Direct Booking but upon going at their headquarters and paying for my vacation the amount they asked (cca 400 €), I got an email the next day, erroneously asking me to pay 300 euros more. Imagine I had been a pensioneer and had a heart attack on reading the email. Shame on Direct Booking for such dirty tricks! Invest in training your staff, they're lousy! Shame on you for wasting the time, energy and money of honest customers, because of your own incompetence!

Very bad experience Bad customer services no support for client

Yesterday I went to their office to pay for a holiday that I had already booked. Today, at 6:30 am, I received an e-mail saying that I have to pay 306€, although I have the receipts showing that I had paid that amount of money to this unprofessional travel agency. Conclusion: I am totally disappointed.

We have been making reservations on the Direct Booking platform for several years and we are satisfied with the services offered. Communication with them worked very well both by email and chat or by phone if necessary. Thank you

Great experience and great team @ office

An agency with which we went on vacation 3 times and which twice changed our departure from 5-7 in the morning to 5 in the evening. That's after I paid for the trip, of course. And when I called for clarification all they could say was that we paid for 7 nights not days 😅😅😅😅.

Direct booking, a company that represents our interests.

After 8 years of booking through the "eternal" site of international notoriety, I recently discovered Directbooking. After two reservations in a riverside country, I was pleasantly surprised: quick reservation, email correspondence confirming availability and the actual reservation without ambiguities or missing information. It also accepts payment in euros, if you want to avoid the Eur/Ron exchange margin. A little cheaper than dedicated sites in the destination country. And cheaper than the "eternal" site. I repeat, valid only on the hotels selected by me. Not in the general way. I'm glad that a Romanian agency managed to make a name for itself online, in this field. CONGRATULATIONS!

Very good and fast booking with a very good price. A very professional site / company.

The resort is ok overall with positives on food and beach proximity. Negatives are for the music. Only 1 pool has music and the evening shows are mostly with old romanian music. Nothing modern or mainstream.

OUT OF TEN ALL THE TIME, I DID NOT ENCOUNTER PROBLEMS ONLY ONCE, BUT NOT THEIR FAULT AND THEY SOLVED THEM IN 10 MINUTES, THOUSANDS OF MULTIPLES!
