Rezidential complex? Read the DEX definition of the residential complex. Come today, when it rains, in front of the complex, to see that it is NOT possible to enter on foot! In a stronger wind, it will go directly over the cars in the parking lot. We have a swimming pool in the complex, that was what we needed, but we can't enter the block and we stand in line at the elevator in the morning to get off one by one, why? Because out of two elevators, one breaks down once every two days. After you have bought, they are no longer interested in what happens. Even when it came to the maintenance of the complex, they signed with a company, but they didn't ask the tenants, that's how they decided 👍 Which guard, which supermarket? The supermarket is on Prolongire, in the card. Latin, certainly not here! I think the building with the shop has been under construction since the complex was started.

I like the buildings, the beautiful apartments.. Very clean.. Parking lots.. Shops on the ground floor.. Mega image.. Pepco Bus in front of the building... Great.. I think soon.. . it will be a whole neighborhood... with other shops and even more greenery!

A superb location, 5 stars, as if you are in a hotel, not in an apartment block! Everything is so beautiful, from the entrance hall, latest generation elevators, tiled staircase, generous green spaces, parking for everyone, quiet, civilized neighbors, etc. The only objection, there is no Ratb station nearby, but I hope it will be resolved and this little inconvenience soon!

The location has potential considering the project for widening the Ghencea extension (profile of two lanes in each direction and with line 41 in the middle). The site is ventilated with distances between buildings within the limits of the law. The orientations of the buildings are SE, SW, NE, NW, in other words, all the rooms in the apartments have their share of the sun. Green spaces between buildings with irrigation system and night lighting. A reasonably sized pool. Parking spaces only on the ground. The apartments are equipped with wall gas boilers and all the installation circuits are through the floor. Useful surfaces are a little above the minimum of the housing law (rarely this). The quality of finishes and materials are a reflection of the price. From my point of view they did a good job.

I liked this complex. I have someone who lives here and is happy with the conditions offered.

It's a Residential neighborhood with Mega Image and Pepco!

I bought a 3-room apartment that looked perfect from the outside. After a few months, problems appeared with one of the bathrooms, the shower cabin was installed incorrectly and the water flows into the bedroom if it is used; one of the pipes may be cracked and the parquet swelled in one of the bedrooms. I reported the problem to the developer, but they came to find out, put silicone and that's it. I have sent several times that the problem has not been solved, but without an answer. The complex is ok for families, the rooms are well divided, there are playgrounds, the pool, but there is still work to be done on the details and the connection with a customer and after the sale, there are irregularities that cannot be noticed until the moment of purchase and which should to be included in the warranty.

Well-made apartments with quality materials and finishes. Large balconies. The area is a bit congested at peak hours, but I understood that it will widen to two lanes in the direction of the Ghencea extension. They have a STB station as a whole and two beautiful swimming pools.
