    Be wary of poor hydroisolation at basement (storage unit) level. This will cause structural issues onwards so definitely do not buy.

    A nice and quiet neighborhood, filled with young families with childrens. The apartments are spacious and well built. Everybody is friendly and the place has a good maintenance. Unfortunately from the starting project there are missing the gym and the pool and it's kind of hard work to find a parking spot. In the recent days it's kind of noisy because of the construction sites on 2 sides of the complex.
