Good place to have holidays

If you have a second alternative to this hotel, take it. This should be your last option. During the three days i was staying here they had no heating and no hot water in neither of the rooms, in January. I am very sad to say this, mostly because the personel, but the hotel itself is a wreck. Radiator leaking, the room wasn't clean and the entire building could use a general repair. Please don't come to this hotel.

Location is good, but hotel is abandoned, unmaintained, unmanaged. Complete overhaul is needed. Rooms are large, but that's all. Bathroom is horrible, uncleanable. Please bring towels and sheets and you will survive.

This hotel deeply, truely sucks! We only chose this hotel for one reason - the free parking (and close to the airport on this our last day of travel). When driving to the hotel, we were unsuccessful to locate the free parking. So we called them. No one answering the phone! Upon arrival to the room we found a gigant cockroach in our bathroom sink. Tried to flush it out in the toilet, but the toilet did not have sufficient flushing power. Also, the bathroom has exposed electrical wiring sticking out of the wall everywhere. The bed was broken! So we requested to get our booking cancelled. They offered to provide us with a better room, which we initially accepted. Upon further inspection of the new room we found another dead cockroach, long black strands of human hair on the floor and cigarette burns in the bed sheet. Combined with reading several hotel reviews concerning bedbugs and itching, that was the final straw for us. We booked a new hotel further down the street, and accepted our financial loss. And we never truely settled if Hotel Stars' free parking actually exists ;-) Conclusion: - READ other peoples' reviews! We sincerely doubt that the photos of the hotel rooms are fully truthful. - Do not book a room at Hotel Stars. Shame!

This hotel must be avoided at all costs !!!! I would put a minus 5 stars if I could . It is not clean at all , we were asking for a towel to take a shower and they said " sorry is Sunday today and we do not have towels " . When you go up to the room it smels very bad. There is no service at all , the girl attending us was there like she was forced to be there , we were the only clients and she did not even say good bye to us.... It is very clear that the owner does not want to make money with this star Hotel

Bad experience. The rooms are horror. Dirty, no TV, no Wi-Fi, only one towel for two persons, the floor is dirty, the bed and pillows looked like were overworn. A lot of noise from outside etc. I don't recommend this hotel or whatever it is.

Very friendly staff, placed in a good area, close to a non-stop mcdonald, close to public transportation. But there was a lot of mess and cockroaches, permanent noise that does not let you rest, the furniture scraped and hit, and the shower seemed to break when you used it. 🤔

Dirty, there literally were dead cockroaches in the hallways. Beds were terrible. The receptionist didn't know English and had a bad attitude towards the guests. The sofa in the room was broken, and there was a fridge but it wasn't working. Would not recommend booking it. If you have to stay at this "hotel", make the stay as short as you can.

Deplorable. Unsanitary rooms, worn-out furniture and minimal equipment (no hangers, glasses, towel holder, trash can, etc.), unusable internet, price different from what was originally agreed upon (unbelievable!), boss lacking respect for customers (noisy at 2 am). Stay as far away as possible from this location unworthy of a European capital! One star is too much, but otherwise I can't post!

I was a guest of this hotel in may 2013 .The name of the hotel at that time was Magic Grand Hotel -a tree star hotel.It was horrible and i reviewed accordingly.Looks like the reviews helped somehow and the hotel is now one star and they even changed the name.I hope the hotel will improve the services.Good luck.
