If
you
are
in
a
hurry,
avoid
going
to
the
lady
who
has
the
counter
on
the
right,
respectively
the
counter
above
which
says
CASIERIE.
I
requested
to
pay
the
amount
owed
and
to
close
the
account.
Dansa
told
me
that
it's
not
possible
because
I
also
have
a
credit
card
and
that
I
have
to
go
to
her
credit
colleague
because
she
can't
help
me.
I
insisted,
I
explained
to
him
that
we
were
talking
about
a
current
account,
not
a
loan,
and
that
it
was
clear
that
the
money
had
to
be
collected
by
the
dance
(it
said
CASIERIE),
but
he
refused
to
help
me
and
while
I
was
talking
to
the
dance,
he
called
the
boy
from
credits
and
then
sends
me
to
wait
for
him
at
another
table.
After
10
minutes
of
waiting,
I
returned
to
the
lady
and
insisted
that
I
pay
the
amount
owed
to
me
and
I
explained
to
her
that
the
boy
from
the
credit
card
was
released
but
did
not
pick
me
up,
the
dance
was
in
another
room
and
the
client
had
left
for
some
time.
The
dance
also
appears
and
of
course
I
find
out
that
I
CAN
pay
and
submit
my
request
to
close
the
account
to
the
LADY
at
the
CASHIER
with
the
mention
that
the
request
will
be
forwarded
to
the
branch
where
I
opened
my
account.
I
receive
the
request
but
he
tells
me
to
complete
it
at
another
table
so
that
he
can
take
over
from
the
customers,
given
that
I
had
already
told
him
that
I
was
in
a
hurry
and
had
already
waited
a
long
time,
basically
because
of
the
dance.
It
took
me
30
seconds
to
complete
the
request,
but
I
had
to
wait
another
5
minutes
for
the
other
client
to
finish!
He
received
the
request
and
I
thought
it
was
incredible
that
he
SCREAMED
when
he
saw
it,
probably
upset
that
I
don't
have
the
most
beautiful
handwriting.
The
level
of
preparation
is
not
the
best
and
I
can
say
that
I
had
a
DEplorable
customer
service,
the
dance
being
disturbed
by
my
more
alert
tone
when
I
explained
that
we
are
talking
about
a
debit,
not
a
credit,
and
that
it
is
obvious
that
I
was
at
the
right
counter.
But
instead
of
documenting
herself,
she
preferred
to
pass
the
job
on
to
her
colleague.
And
when
he
saw
that
he
made
a
mistake,
he
didn't
show
for
a
moment
that
he
would
like
to
correct
his
mistake,
taking
over
another
client
and
not
waiting
for
me
to
complete
a
ONE
page
request,
forcing
me
to
wait
another
5
minutes.
