I
joined
the
program
after
reading
the
reviews
online.
Also,
i
liked
the
fact
that
they
advertised
a
program
adapted
to
each
individual's
needs,
after
analysing
the
eating
habits.
However,
i
later
understood
that
it
is
as
commercial
as
any
other
diet
programs
out
there.
First
of
all,
they
asked
me
to
keep
a
journal
of
everything
i
ate
for
about
5-6
days,
and
when
i
went
for
my
first
visit,
they
wanted
to
give
me
a
week's
diet
straight
away.
Which
was
strange
and
completely
opposite
to
what
i
read
prior
to
joining.
I
objected
and
asked
for
the
results
of
the
eating
analysis
before
receiving
any
diet.
They
are
just
in
a
rush
to
get
you
started
and
it
was
not
in
my
best
interest.
Another
thing
was
the
waist
measurements.
I
mean,
the
person
that
did
the
measurements
did
not
even
care
and
wrote
on
the
paper
99
cm.
99!
And
i
noticed
that
most
people
on
that
list
had
the
same
size.
When
i
got
home
i
measured
myself
and
my
measurements
were
89...10
cm
difference.
I
was
angry
and
expressed
it,
because
it
was
clear
to
me
that
they
were
just
preparing
for
later
measurements
so
that
they
can
show
you
the
great
progress.
Going
onto
the
next
topic,
the
diet
itself.
My
calories
consumption
based
on
the
analysis
was
around
1600
a
day.
And
the
doctor
came
up
with
a
diet
of
only
1000
calories.
Ridiculous.
I
am
not
a
doctor
but
i
read
enough
to
understand
that
it
is
a
shock
for
the
body
and
not
sustainable
in
the
long
run.
Anyway,
the
only
good
thing
is
that
i
asked
for
my
money
back
and
i
was
reimbursed,
without
a
problem.
Maybe
this
works
for
other
people,
but
it
was
not
right
for
me.
I
was
just
buying
1200
calorie
diets
weekly
and
the
doctor
did
not
even
bother
to
adapt
the
diet
to
my
needs
and
food
that
i
usually
eat.
I
am
losing
weight
on
my
own
and
doing
sports.
I
only
had
to
lose
about
7kg
so
definitely
i
can
do
it
on
my
own.
