When I ask to be called later by an operator because of the long queue I am called and put in the queue there is no consideration for the time of the clients. I understand that maybe you want to make use of your AI and pay fewer people for customer services but it is not ok that the only two options you have is to wait for 30 minutes in the queue to speak with a real person or wait for 7 days for someone to call you from a certain department after you talk with the AI.

Not a very good experience. I was their client for 5-6 years and Orange gave me a better deal for my iPhone Pro in 2019 even though I never was a client for Orange. The operators were low grade every time I tried to change something, they either don’t stick to their word or they try to hide details from you when you sign something and their app had thousands of 1 star reviews because it crashed and nobody fixed anything for years.

Is the worst network you can chose from the market. They cheat and lie on everything (contract, charges, prices) . I tell you from experience not just from my own and from all my friends and all the others people that use this low poor “network”. If i could give 0 stars i would.

Bad service and terrible customer service. After more then 15 years being a loial customer our company decided to close colaboration due to very bad customer service reps who told me that whatever issues we had regarding Vdf wrong invoicing it is not her problem to solve and any past e-mails exchange we had with her colleagues acnowwledging their error is irrelevant. In simple words we are only good to pay their invoices. Very bad invoicing and lousy customer care practice! Bye

They lose a part of clients, they don’t know how to target people. My need is to have a eSim prepray, I don’t want to subscribe and this is the way you lose money because are more persons like me.

One of the worst businesses and providers, not only on the national market but also international one. They claim to be a multinational coverage unit yet they spam you if you stay too much abroad (even if you have Vodafone in that country working in the same currency) that they have limits over options and skyrocket the tarifs (then why the heck are you a multinational in the first place?), you pay and are taxed in Euros (even via conversion when you pay at the counter or online, also they charge you extra even if you wish to pay the exact amount toping up even in Euros the local currency here in Romania, which is ridiculous) and it's most probably unfair legally .

Vodafone Romania was, is and will certainly remain the worst mobile phone operator in the country. His digi beats… can you tell??? They still have the worst coverage, non-existent customer support, 5G internet at 4G speed (just like it was with 4G... they are always behind). The last experience with them: I am roaming, I have not done a bit of traffic because their roaming does not work, but I have additional costs of almost 40 Euros. They charged me 14 euros for calls to the "free number" *222, but no one answered me anyway. Watch your bills because in 2024 people are still stealing customers like this. No one answers the free number because they have a newer paid number... who mentioned the money support number. I mean, the intentions are quite clear... Switch to Orange, to DIGI, to an operator from Moldova, Bulgaria, India.... Anything is more OK than this gathering of people with parents brothers. Nothing is functional about them...the picture says it all

To see the details of the phone calls on an invoice I have already paid, which is 5 months old, I had to waste 20 minutes on the phone with an operator just to be sent a form that I need to print out, sign it and go to a store in order to receive the data, in, checks calendar, 2022.

You guys don't even deserve 1 star. I received a notification yesterday that I owe 154.02 RON (from April 2023) the balance accumulated on a customer code, that contract being closed. Moreover, in September I returned to them with a new contract. If there was arrears, they wouldn't make me another contract, I say, or they would make me pay and after that they would make me one. Now they are threatening me to close my services if I don't pay, in the context where from April 2023 until yesterday I have not received any notification etc. that I have something to pay. Obviously I made a complaint to ANPC and I will give up Vodafone services

Worst customer care services, subscription cost increased and the mobile services quality decreased drastically - poor internet or restricting the services with no reason while you are abroad?? Additional costs out of blue, maybe they were practicing them all the time and I just noticed now…it’s a possibility. No reply to emails, no action on the requests to be contacted via bot or contacted with apologise; discount applied to the current invoice ( due to mistakenly applied additional costs) so they recharge it back, without notice, on your next invoice; then apply it once more - during call, but restricting you services in few weeks because you didn’t pay the full amount and only the netted one. Don’t recommend, switching to the concurrence or even prepay - 🤞

Client support on 222 isn't in English, as soon as I get at least some agent to talk to me they either speak 0 English or just rudely hang up on me. The Vodafone application isn't in English either. How can you call yourself international company? When I ask for a call back 4 out of 5 times nobody calls me back. To get some help on the phone or online is almost impossible. I spent hours and hours trying to reach someone who can listen to my issue. When I missed chat on Facebook from a person not cahtbot, nobody got back to me either. This is absolutely frustrating experience .

Well deserved 1 start: 1) The website needs a lot of improvement: - copyright since 2017 (look in footer) - fool of front-end errors (open the console) - printing personal data objects (open the console) - buggy interface: 'not working now, please try again later' (way too often) 2) When recharging it charges a 24-25% bigger value than the prompted one. Example: charging 100EUR on the account costs 124.54EUR. Really Vodafone, really?!

I'm trying to end the internet service from them for 6 months and they refuse to do it. They actually dare to call me from time to time with cheap offers to replace the current one instead of doing what I asked them 6 months ago. This is customer abuse and unprofessional behavior. Not recommended

Sincere question: what are the criteria based on which you do your hirings in your customer-facing / marketing department and why is customer spam and/or harassment even allowed? Just got off the phone with a very rude (seems to be a trend at Vodafone lately, I'm sorry to say) employee / intern who had been way out of line in his sad attempts at convincing me to upgrade my current plan. Being condescending, straight up lying to and joking on customers' expense is probably not the way to go when you try to sell stuff to them, just saying. All he managed to do, in the end, was to unknowingly determine me to seek other providers and, after 2 years of constant spamming from your less-than-competent employees, to finally leave this, my final review for an otherwise average-to-good collaboration spanning almost a decade. I went the extra mile and shared my story to and advised everyone I know to make the switch to other providers and I advise you (if I may) to take customer-facing people skills a bit more seriously when hiring people. Thank you.

Terrible! They don't have staff on the business side, and it's not working for them either

Reception is not the best, overpriced, shady terms of the contract. They don't call you to sign a new contract or to end it when your current one just expired.

Terrible company! They raise their prepay prices every month! Romaning 4 euro was valid for 28 days last year, then 14 days and now 7 days. you take your customers as granted? Then, you’re wrong!

Stop the abusive extension of the contracts without our consent or signature. What you do with these fake contracts both on the internet - TV and on the mobile phone in legal terms is called the use of forgery in obtaining undue benefits, which also implies emotional abuse because you usually act on the elderly. After I found out that we are one of your victims, talking to other people, including our family, I can't tell you from the Internet how many people you cheated with the same method, I hope that one day a defamation campaign will be launched against you (vodafone) in order to sensitize public opinion and perhaps the competent bodies will be notified, although there is a court decision against your methods

There is effectively no customer relations. The only request it solves for you is the conclusion of a contract (subscription). Even by email, they told me to talk to the robot, Tobi, and the robot says he doesn't understand, and then asks you if you want to see the subscription offer.

Extremely satisfied with the interaction I had with Stoica Ionela. A person helpful and attentive to my needs. A minus of the store is the fact that there is only one person per sale. Please fix this aspect as well. Thank you!
