Disappointment unfortunately. I should have listened to those who tried to dissuade me from choosing this barber shop. I asked that we keep it gradual. Here it is. I'm glad it worked for someone. I'm sure there are some really good hairdressers out there, but again, I'm not going to experiment.

Really bad experience we had with my friend. We booked our appointment two weeks ago on that place and on the day of our appointment we realized that they moved out another place (nb informed us about it previously) Anyway we called them and we went to their new place. We have waited like 15 mins and one of the hairdresser came to us and the hairdresser (Matt) who will make our balyage is not picking up the phone. They only say apology and we can delay it next week.How can we trust that place for the next week appointment anymore? They said none of the person can do our dyeing except him. It was not a professional behavior. They wasted our time. We would never ever go that place again and not to recommend anybody.

My first appointment was cancelled without them reaching out first, and when I asked why, they said they thought I was a fake booking because I only used my initials for the sake of my privacy. The second booking was cancelled because I was told the person I was automatically assigned to doesn't do root bleaching. Weird that a hairdresser doesn't do a basic service, but okay. They told me to book for the following week, because despite the system showing me plenty of availabilities for that week, they cannot do it then for some reason. Okay. I don't like giving up, so I booked as requested. Upon arrival they told me my roots are longer than the official limit of 1.5cm, so it would have to be done in two parts, which will almost double the duration to four hours, and they don't have time for that, so I had to walk away. I was done two hours later in a walk-in salon where they did it in one part. Interesting.

They canceled my appointment the evening before when I already made plans to come and skip meetings. I called the morning before to confirm and they said they would call back. I called back 12 times to try to get confirmation and they canceled the evening before my appointment. Don’t waste your time if you make an appointment as it will probably just get canceled randomly and waste your complete day.

Very nice staff, with good English too..but they reuse the same brushes on everyone (they had sprayed it with something but seeing all the hair on it made me feel unsafe) and don't have a proper sanitizing machine

I forgot to bring my stuff over there 1month ago. They have my contact number and my name too. No contact at all. When I go back there to get my stuff, they said they threw my stuff away. What a huge disappointment. Maybe they work well but I am really disappointed. It was obviously new stuff and who knows. They don’t want to give it back to me.

This is the worst Hairdresser in Budapest. They cancelled the appointment without informing. I was in the shop on time and the guy there said he cannot do anything about it he is just a worker.Very unprofessional and cheaters.The worst experience ever.
