This place is like the twilight zone. 1 moment everything escalates 1 second later everybody is best friends. What you order has nothing to do with whit wat you get. There is no right or wrong in this place. Just sit down and enjoy the show. Down the rabbit hole.

OMG. This place was the highlight of our holiday. I wish we had found it sooner than we did. This quirky little bar is tucked away down a little side street and if you blinked you'd miss it. Run by a gorgeous lady called Viki who is well in her 70s and can't speak a word of English! It's a tiny place filled with all manner of stuff, a little bit of a hoarders paradise!! Viki was a model in her younger years and she loves showing you all her old photos! She sleeps on the couch in the pub during the day and opens in the evening and stays open til 4 or 5 o'clock. Shes well looked after by her friends who are regular customers. She has a dog and cat that she rescued and plenty of story's to tell. I'm definitely going back to her place. Definitely a highlight.

The owner was very friendly and we loved this authentic place. Though she is already quite old and everything was dusty and a bit smelly. It was more like sitting in her living room together with her pets. I guess it's much better in summer.

It's the most weird-amazing experience you can have in Budapest.

Amazing place, but it gets crowded quickly. Good selection of food and drinks. Portions are rather small. The place is quite surreal, but I will return for sure. The Lady who runs the place is super nice and adorable.

One of the most original, hidden gems in the night of Buda. Owner is fantastic, and returning guests are quite nice too

So unique bar, where the time seems stopped. Like a hippy gallery with drinks. And one of the kindest service ever.

A lovely and warm budapest bar decorated with Viky's antique collection. You can listen to love piano, drink, eat some snack. When you go out of door, walk through your left about 20-30 m. You will be at a road crossection where there is a statue in front of library. Cross the road to left side and if you walk throuhg your right side. First street is Gulbaba utca (street).You can walk up to that medieval road and reach to Gülbaba Tomb.

Very unique place, if you are lucky the old lady who is the owner will be there. If the place is ooen it will be a big experience and a nice stroy.
