Worst
hotel
experience
ever.
When
we
arrived,
we
discovered
that
there
was
no
reception
at
the
given
address.
After
calling
the
reception
they
told
us
that
we
first
had
to
get
the
keys
at
a
different
location.
So
we
had
to
walk
8
minutes
(with
our
luggage!)
to
a
different
location.
At
this
location
we
had
to
check
in
and
give
both
our
passports,
although
we
already
had
to
download
an
application
and
check
in
in
advance.
Then
we
had
to
walk
back
again
to
the
first
address,
where
the
apartment
was.
When
we
arrived,
the
pillows
and
bedsheets
were
full
of
black
curled
hairs
and
dirty
spots.
We
also
found
ants,
dust,
pieces
of
food
and
candy
packages
on
the
floor.
The
shared
kitchen
area
smelled
like
cigarets.
When
we
complained
about
all
of
this
at
the
reception
the
next
morning,
they
didn’t
seem
surprised.
They
told
us
that
they
would
send
somebody
to
clean
the
room,
but
when
we
returned
to
the
guesthouse
at
the
end
of
the
day
we
only
found
new
pillows
in
the
room.
Because
we
didn’t
want
to
sleep
in
this
gross
room
and
bedsheets
again,
we
decided
to
book
a
different
hotel
for
the
last
2
nights.
We
checked
the
room
the
other
days
as
well,
but
still
nothing
had
changed.
When
we
told
our
story
at
the
day
of
checkout,
a
refund
of
only
€31
was
offered.
With
this
offer
we
didn’t
feel
taken
seriously
at
all.
They
told
us
to
write
an
email
with
our
story
and
send
the
photos,
but
they
never
responded.
