very bad place in noisy area and there is no air conditioning or a fan. most of these good reviews are from people who now the owner and fake accounts.and the service is very bad not recommended for any one who would like to have good time in Budapest.

The worst place to be booked by me the address is 2 km away from the reception i spent 2 hours to search the reception around the city. Will not recommend to people who are travelling and looking for a place to rest because you have to spend hours finding the place or spent 25 euro to get their own transport.

It's not a cozy place. The price is good. They clean the rooms every day. Reception is pretty far away from the actual place of living and it's really hard to find it. The beds and pillows are not comfortable. P. S. Someone can steal your food from the fridge.

You get what you pay for. Good location, very basic room. The check-in process is a bit of a nightmare as reception is located in another building and you need to figure out how to get there and then how to find the building with your room.

The only good thing about this apartment is its location, everything else - well not that good. We arrived around 9pm and then realized that the reception of this guesthouse is not at this address. So we had to drive to another location so we could pick up the key. When confronting the staff about this nonsense, she was just so insolent and responded: We have sent this address by e-mail, you should’ve seen it. In my opinion, this information is so important, that it needs to be BOLDED AND HIGHLIGHTED everywhere. Not just to be sent in some random mail, that actually went to Spam. Besides that, room was cold, with no extra blankets. We were promised to have a parking lot, but when we arrived, we were told that we should’ve reserved it earlier - again, this is not written anywhere on Booking. I am aware this is a lot of complaints for this money, but it is normal to expect the most for my money.

It was suitable for the price, everything was clean and good facilities, private bathrooms guesthouse, excellent location.

I cannot complain about the service, however the location is a different thing. It is a side street in which you cannot feel safe at a later hour. The room itself wasn't clean. The common areas and the stairwell are horific and the price is unjustifiable for an apartment not properly cleaned. 33€ is too much money to spend for a night in a shabby room. I'd recommend any other establishment (preferably a hotel) for this price.

The good: its very central in budapest within walking distance to everything on the pest side plus the metro is close as well. The staff is likeable and forthcomming and they speak really good english. The bad: the tv didnt work. The WiFi didnt work either in our room. Maybe its because the router was placed to far away.

Brilliant location. Closed to many restaurants and bars, in the heart of Budapest, closed to train station. The room Is small.but very clean and cosy , airconditined. Shared kitchen and balcony. The reception service very friendly and helpful!!! . Nice size of bathroom, with shower. There s no kettles or coffee in rooms but thats did not put us down. Love it here and is good for price.

I went to 15+ countries in the whole world and something like that.. Never happenned to me before. When I arrived to the hotel, it was super hard to find an entrance! The reception is like 500m to the hotel! The towels were dirty and the shower was out of order.. The receptionist told me that someone will fix it in the morning. Somebody came around 10:45 AM, and the check out was at 11:00 so I basically didn’t have a possibility to have a shower! I had to book another night! The manager told me that he will send me a part-refund and I haven’t received it to this day! Liars, dirty towels and broken shower! What can I say.. don’t book this hotel!

Superb bathroom, quiet, but uncomfortable bed, uncomfortable pillows and bonkers hot. No WiFi in the room. Friendly and well meaning staff

Having to go to another location to get keys 😒😒😒

The rooms are ok but not that nice full of ants the mattress are not comfortable at all. Old building. Paid parking. The isolation inside the building is bad because you can hear everything around you. It contains towels, toilet paper, it is tidy though

Should be O rate.The most terrible experience every. After we could not find this place, I needed to call reception and found out,that it is another address. First you go to reception,get few keys,and instruction,how to find your room that is in different place. The room is small,old.Avoid it!

Pictures speak more than words and I am legally responsible for the information mentioned, One of the dirtiest places that I have rented, and I received the place after three hours of waiting, in a building farther away, and it is not designated for rent, I think that's enough and I have a lot to say, But Google rejected all the photos I sent for security reasons.

Good central location, clean rooms and friendly staff!

Worst hotel experience ever. When we arrived, we discovered that there was no reception at the given address. After calling the reception they told us that we first had to get the keys at a different location. So we had to walk 8 minutes (with our luggage!) to a different location. At this location we had to check in and give both our passports, although we already had to download an application and check in in advance. Then we had to walk back again to the first address, where the apartment was. When we arrived, the pillows and bedsheets were full of black curled hairs and dirty spots. We also found ants, dust, pieces of food and candy packages on the floor. The shared kitchen area smelled like cigarets. When we complained about all of this at the reception the next morning, they didn’t seem surprised. They told us that they would send somebody to clean the room, but when we returned to the guesthouse at the end of the day we only found new pillows in the room. Because we didn’t want to sleep in this gross room and bedsheets again, we decided to book a different hotel for the last 2 nights. We checked the room the other days as well, but still nothing had changed. When we told our story at the day of checkout, a refund of only €31 was offered. With this offer we didn’t feel taken seriously at all. They told us to write an email with our story and send the photos, but they never responded.

Very clean room, i stayed in nr. 5, small blankets for tiny ppl. No air conditioning but it is October so no need. Very cheap 34 € per night via booking. Close to every thing, right in front is bus nr 74 that takes you to the Szenchenyi Spa.

Very nice, clean and fully equipped rooms. The guesthouse is in an excellent and central location, the same street from the New York Café.

Better than a regular hostel, because it has separate apartments with kitchenette. Cleanliness could be improved.

Hard to say it is a guesthouse, run like a hotel. Really clean and comfortable room with a shower. Easy to reach everywhere in the city. Friendly and kind staff. We like this place👏👏
