Found this place in google maps at 4.8 stars so figured it would be amazing and it really was. I had the truffle Benedict and it was perfect! The service was wonderful as well. The latte and flat white were perfect and the restaurant was big with plenty of space which I liked. I actually came back a second time because I enjoyed the truffle Benedict so much and it was consistently good! I recommend ordering that with the avocado paste= divine!

Friendly family opened this place and the customer service is one of the best in Hungary. I believe because it’s their own business they take care of it as home and the food is quite delicious. I’ve been visit Budapest from London and almost had breakfast and lunch there for 15 days! Highly recommended 👌🏼

Stumbled upon this lovely and lively breakfast place on a Sunday noon. The staff was extremely welcoming and super nice during the whole service. The dishes were very tasty, home style, made with high quality ingredients. My favorite was the Hungarian breakfast in which the lecsó's superb taste complimented the eggs and the debreceni sausage very well. After the delicious savory dishes, we had to try the yummy desserts which did not disappoint. We also had a great talk with the owner (who also wanted to make sure we are completely satisfied with our orders) and learned a bit about how this family business got started.

Amazing brunch! Be careful though, it gets really popular here, especially on the weekends! But that's totally expected because the food here is amazing. The staff are super friendly (and it's a family business!) and spoke English really well. The prices are very reasonable. The decor is really amazing. I wish I could eat here all the time!

Both were fantastic and kept us going for a day of sightseeing. The smoothies and the coffee were also superb. Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough - it was fantastic.

The owner/ host, RP was absolutely amazing. Very friendly and accommodative. He learned how to say terima kasih, sama-sama and selamat tinggal from us, Malaysians. I think it caters to tourists though, because there are a lot of tourists here, the menu seems a mix of Hungarian meets west, and when I was there on a Saturday, the staff was asking all the guests where they were from. (I think because somehow Hungarians are known as being aloof in service [which I don’t agree with], and it seemed like they were kinda tasked to ask that line/or is the restaurant’s “thing”; which I am indifferent towards) On weekdays, the staff is already friendly and polite enough. I know because I’ve gotten coffees there a couple of times. I’ve had the Hungarian breakfast, which was delicious, just slightly too small in serving, otherwise I would have given it a perfect score. Coffee was decently good.

Oh and they offer cheap luggage storage service - not that we used it. They beat our breakfast experience on Four Seasons in just about every way. The place can be hard to spot as is located by itself on a side street with no street sign, truly a hidden gem. Keep doing what you do!

We are a couple traveling from South Korea- and this was absolutely the finest restaurant we visited during our trip in Budapest. As we walked in we could feel the warm atmosphere of the place. Every staff was welcoming and very friendly- and more importantly the food was fantastic. The quality of the plates were so good that it felt like we were visiting a luxurious fine dining place. We are so thankful to the staff for giving a good impression of Budapest for our couple. We are 100% willing to revisit on our next trip to Hungary!
