We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Silver Crown Hotel and would love to come back! The apartment was bigger than expected, the photos don’t do it justice! We liked the cozy interior, the warm lighting, and the comfy furniture. We had plenty of storage space. The double bed was very comfortable, and the giant pillows and soft blankets made us feel as if we were sleeping on a cloud 😊 The sofa bed in the living room offered plenty of space for one person. The free toiletries were eco-friendly and came in wall-mounted dispensers, which were much more practical than the old-fashioned round soaps and tiny bottles of shampoo. We found this feature very useful considering the flight restrictions on liquids in carry-on luggage. Staff made us feel welcome and treated us with kindness and respect. They were always available but never intrusive. We didn’t need to contact them because we had everything we needed! There were only two minor inconveniences: some dirt had accumulated underneath the shower screen, and the double bed was actually two mattresses joined together, so there was a ridge in the middle of the bed. However, little things such as lending an umbrella, offering free welcome drinks upon arrival, leaving bottled water on the table, and restocking tea and coffee, show that the hotel really tries to make the guests’ stay more enjoyable. Money well spent! ❤️

Perfect accomodation in Budapest for both visiting and business. It is now called Silver Crown Hotel & Residence. Located in the centre, a few minutes walk to close to the Hungarian National Museum, Danube and Elisabeth Bridge Danube, central market and Váci street. Area is quiet, safe, no noises at night. Super wifi. Private secured underground parking for 14 euro / day - recommended. Nice, clean, large appartments (we had a Superior) can accomodate business and families. Cleaning service and towels replacement daily included (well, think about Earth before having them replaced :) also water was available in rooms. Appartments have kitchenette and all necesary tools, i woudl mention large fridge, not the standard one for hotels - mini. Breakfast is available for 15 euro per perso, a very good one (i guess one of the best in all hotels visits) - fresh veggies, fish, meat, fruits, dairy, tea, coffee, the Chef also cooks breakfast in weekends. Not to forget the reception services and staff, excellent servuces, thank you guys for making our visit more comfortable. We felt very well and welcom, will be back for sure.

This hotel is close to everything you could want - metro, supermarket, ruin bars, clubs, restaurants, central market!! The apartment was a good size for the 2 of us with a fully working kitchen including crockery and fridge/ freezer. There was a drainage issue with our shower on the first day but they fixed it promptly and everything was fine. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Budapest

We stayed at the silver crown having been travelling for a couple of months and in need of some home comforts. Not only were the receptionists some of the most friendly, attentive and helpful I’ve ever come across, but the apartment rooms themselves were clean, stylish, and spacious, fully equipped with everything we could have needed. Fantastic location about a 5 min walk to the metro station, next door two supermarkets, and close to Szimpla Kert (ruin bar) and other cool restaurants and bars. Great value for money. Will be recommending to anyone visiting Budapest. Thank you!

Don't!! Worst experience ever. If you are not ultra-orthodox, or you are but also care about basic things... this is not the place for you. We received rooms in a shocking state, as if they hadn't been cleaned in months, I don't know if the attitude is because of the Arabic name but they even ignored the situation for 3 days until we said we would post pictures. Nowhere will you be told that there is no breakfast on Shabbat, you will eat what was prepared the day before and it's cold because they don't operate on Shabbat. Don't make that mistake, I wish someone had written this to me before they ruined my vacation

Nice apartment. However, on the Sofa Bed, there was a duvet that had Yellow stains on from the first day (luckily there was a spare clean one) Seemed like these were just refolded and placed back into the storage as we had the same Yellow Duvet every day

The rooms were very nice (I liked the nespresso in the morning ;)) . The staff was very friendly and service very good. The hotel was located very close to the M2 metro line, making a trip to Buda(west side of the Danube) very easy. It is also on walking distance of everything you need (in the city center) When I visit Budapest again, I will most likely choose this hotel again.

One of the best serviced appartment residence for families in Budapest. Situated in the Jewish quarter next to supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants ect. Super comfortable rooms and cleaning service daily.However, what made our experience memorable was the attention of the reception staff. During our stay they went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. Welcoming drinks, espresso machine, and almost daily supply of water were highly appreciated. Oh it's dog friendly too! Highly recommended for families and couples that request high level of service.

Best hotel at Budapest - garage parking, luxury rooms, perfect clean. And the bar at the hotel? amazing service, very nice people. Be sure to use the hotel restaurant as well. great food, very luxurious

Air conditioner didn't had the cold function and it was very hot in the room. Other than that it was great

It was actually a last minute booking and we were so surprised because was the apartment perfect and exceeded our expectations! The staff was very very friendly and helpful, easy and fast check-in and check out. The apartment was so great, everything new and modern, exceptionally clean. The kitchen had literally everything you need and not only but also expresso machine (coffee capsules and tea bags included), toast Maschine, microwave, a big fridge, iron and a big tv. The location was great, near the center and only 50 meters from the supermarket. Great value of Money, we will definitely come back again. Highly recommend ☺️

Nice ApartHotel in excellent location 5min walk to the Metro.Very modern apartment nicely equipet . Nice balcony. Grocery store just round a corner. We spent two lovely days at beautiful city of Budapest.There were few things missing in an Apartment when we arrived, batteries for a TV remote and toilet brush .The beds were comfy but pillows could be better. No pillows for chairs on the balcony. We had some stains on the sofa bed, so cleaning could be better.

Welcomme . The hotel itself is a perfect location, everything is beautiful. The staff at the reception do their job exceptionally well. the apartment is spacious and well equipped. we don't think there was any cleaning, we only received towels. we went with a group of 4 friends. They are drilling too loudly in the apartment, but apparently construction was still going on. I would like to make one comment: the cleaning staff searched our belongings and nothing disappeared when we used the safe.

We had restriction for breakfast, and we couldn’t eat how many food we want. We had menu with not a lot of options. Food was not good, can be eaten, but not wow. Parking is extra pay and very expensive. Menager comes to hotel when he want, he hasn’t got working hours. This hotel doesn’t value for money. Bedroom is okay, stuff is polite ang young.

We bought online accommodations a day before for breakfast and the room. Really enjoyed the room but when we went to go to breakfast the next morning was accosted by a fellow that said we did not buy the breakfast and wanted to charge us an extra $50 to eat. We left that morning and later in the day was refunded $4. Not even close to what the breakfast cost. The room was fantastic but the service was not

Hi. Good location in centre. Not bad stuff. Very expensive kitchen and bar. Very. Price like in Dubai. But the hotel rooms are actually terrible, I am writing an honest review, I have stayed at this hotel at least 15 times. Old terrible furniture old bedding poorly cleaned rooms. Almost every room has a broken shower. And the worst thing is the price per night of 150 euros is terrible. The price per night of this hotel is 40€ maximum… I don't understand why the price is so high! 4 stars is probably a joke:)

I'm sorry to give this rating as overall the hotel is OK. However, we had cause to complain about the breakfast (to be fair they are giving us a refund), cleanliness and air conditioning! The website also offered an airport shuttle service but they don't! They did, however, arrange and pay for a taxi. I think if I give an overall rating, considering the way our complaints were mainly resolved, it would probably be 4/5.

This place was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel staff escorted us to our room and provided us with all the required details very patiently though we reached in the late evening hours. This residence is located in the centre of the city and all the tourist attractions are very easily accessible by the public transport. Rooms are well maintained with beautiful ambience. Would definitely stay here if I revisit Budapest.
