Great tour of downtown Budapest with Aduén. Lots of input on the history of the city & Hungary - very animating and interestingly presented. Thanks for the more than two hours walk that flew by super fast :)

Highly recommend! Best way to get an introduction to this beautiful place. Our tour guide was Aduén who took us on a 2.5 hour walk around the city. He was so engaging, knowledgeable and approachable. He managed to pack in so much history in such a short time, but also made sure he gave us the best tips and tricks on how to make the most of our trip. Thank you so much!

Antuen is a true guru. He knows every little detail of Hungarian history and everything each place represents. He has a true charisma to make people understand the history of a place and keep the interest throughout the tour. The tour was fully interactive and he encouraged us to make questions, but he also made questions to us. At the end of the tour he stayed to give us all kinds of recommendations for places to visit and things to do. An amazing experience 100% recommended.

The tour was kinda weird. The places that were chosen were strange. The really beautiful places just skipped, and we were mostly shown small statues?? Yes, they are kinda fun, but if you're the first time in the city, it's not the stuff you want to see. I've been to Budapest before and wanted to make this tour out of curiosity, and I was genuinely surprised by the route and the highlights.

I did the experiente with Aduen and it was really great! He has shown the most important places/ monuments and explained a lot about the history of the country and the city with a fantastic sense of humor. I recommended it! Maria, Portugal

Aduen was amazing and extremely knowledgeable about the history of Budapest and provided an unadulterated version of the atrocities that happened here. He also gave us a ton of useful tourist information and hacks about food and sights to see. Highly recommend!

Our guide Aduén was quite awesome combining his deep knowledge in History with good sense of humor, turning the environment in a light and pleasant atmosphere to learn about the city of Budapest, Hungary and the Austrian-Hungarian empire. And he could also give nice tips on restaurants, must go’s and public transport.

We had a tour with Aduén, a great tour guide from the Canary Islands who really knew his stuff about the history of the city. He was entertaining, and encouraged people to use their own critical thinking to learn more about the city, and ask questions. He is a great teacher. He had great tips on visiting both sides of the city and was very friendly. Well worth doing a tour with him!

We did the Buddha Tour with our guide Juan and it was an incredible experience. His passion for the city and history is perfectly palpable, the almost 2 and a half hours flew by!!!! We loved discovering Budapest with our guide Orsi ! She explained many different topics about Budapest, Hungary and Hungarians with passion and lots of detail. We throughly enjoyed the 2 and a half hours spent with Orsi and we would definitely recommend doing the tour with GoZeppelin tours.

Orsi was lovely and brought the tour to life by sharing her own experiences as well as those of her grandparents and parents who lived during the occupation of Hungary. It was insightful to learn how Hungary’s history/occupation has left generational impact from grandparents all the way down to Orsi’s daughter. The tour was helpful as it didn’t only focus on history, which I loved, but also signposted us to food locations and sightseeing suggestions.

Had a great experience with the tour of Pest side of Budapest. Shout-out to Aduén (the guide) for making it worthwhile despite the bad weather on the day of my visit. Highly recommended and would do again.

First time in Budapest and had only one day to discover this beautiful city. Alvaro was our guide during our morning tour in Pest. He was immensely knowledgeable, patient and funny; so I decided to sign up for the afternoon tour in Buda with Alvaro too. Fantastic tour! Aduén was one of the best walking tour guides we’ve ever had: so much knowledge and enthusiasm, and very engaging with some great humor too. We learned so much about Budapest and Hungarian history, saw some key sights, and learned which ones should be on the top of our list to go see next!

English tour with Orsi. Great balance between history and tourist recommendations. As a native of Budapest she gave excellent insight into the Hungarian mindset, and how this has been shaped by various conflict and occupation. Highly recommend.

My husband and I did the free walking tour in the morning and the free Buda Castle tour in the afternoon of the same day. Orsi's tour in the morning was really interesting and gave a good overview of the Hungarian mentality, history and culture as well as providing information that you definitely wouldn't pick up if you were just exploring the city yourself! The tour was very interesting and engaging throughout! The afternoon tour at Buda Castle was also great but we found that there was either a little bit of overlap / also some assumed knowledge so I wouldn't do that if it's your only tour / time in the city. Overall, I would definitely recommend both of these tours for someone spending a day (or more in Budapest)!!

Overall I went on all three tours with this company in Budapest. My favourite was the first one Budapest tour with Orsa it was such a good tour and really helped me understand the history of Budapest and included loads of little tips and funny parts. Well worth it. All tours were great the last one had a massive heavy rain storm and had to stop halfway through thank you so much to that guy for persevering!

We did the free tour of Budapest's Essential Historic Center with Dani and it was a real pleasure! I have done quite a few free tours in different cities, and people like Dani are difficult to find. He makes it enjoyable, fun, he works hard, he is attentive... at no time does it become tiresome or boring, and he always tries to make you participate. If you can do it and if it is with Dani, even better!! Ah! And if you go from Spain... they really like cheese! 😉😉 Totally recommended!!!
