What was really good for me was that no one was waiting for the plane, I didn't have to deal with others or talk, it was completely switched off. I don't like going to the gym alone, but it's hard to find a good time and place with friends. Here I train alone, I don't have to talk to strangers, I switch off. According to what was said before, I drank a lot of water both before and during it. From the heat radiation, cream and rolling, I sweated much more than during the average workout, but hygienically, I stayed in my nylon pants. It really moved me.. After 50 minutes, I went to the shower, threw away the nylon cloth, and already then I noticed that my skin became tighter. My thighs are like "rubber". The shower is clean, with shower gel, shampoo and hair dryer. And still alone! You didn't have to share the changing room or the shower with anyone. I found everything in the New Body Studio that is important to me during training.
