The line took almost 15 minutes but it was really packed. The staff are really nice and they fill up your drinks all the way. The girl with the red hair who took my order was really sweet. Loved the Bousinberry frappuccino! It was so good!

Drinks were good but espensive, but thats theme park prices for you. I asked what time they open and they told me 9:30. Their hours are on the Knotts Berry Farm website apparently. I was upset about the price of water cups, but they explained that they recently had to stick to the tiny water cup policy that Knotts has. Thats why they have to charge for the cups, not the water. They also don't take stars or rewards, which was disappointing as I really wanted to buy a cup with them. The Boysenberry flavor wasn't available here anymore here either. They told me that Starbucks cancelled the raspberry syrup they used to make it. Overall, I really appreciated their transparency with me. To be honest, I wouldn't go again just because it is expensive but I was glad they were there. I needed my coffee 😆

Horrible service! Horrible! The girls are rude and all they do is gossip and can’t take a second to even give me a straw horrible. The girl said no more boysenberry drinks like what?

We'd never been to Knott's before, or tried boysenberry anything, so when we saw that this location had boysenberry drinks, we freaked out. Get the refresher, it's SO good!

Did not even have the chance to get in. Hours show they open at 9. Waited until 9:25 and it was evident they were not opening. The employees working there were, however, letting who I can only presume to be friends in and out the service entrance. Not a good look when you have a crowd of paying customers waiting to get in. If the shop does not open at 9, you shouldn't advertise that it does.

Friendly staff! They were quick and great with my two kids when ordering and during hand off! The condiment bar is open for use, Incase you want to add your own sugar and cream! This is located between the ticket lanes and Ms. Knott's fried chicken restaurant!

Good food and drinks, fast, and very expensive

Best coffee at Knotts. It's just outside the gate, but you can bring it in with you. Its mostly employees and passholders. Brewed coffee is the same price as the imitation stuff inside the park.

No mobile ordering or digital rewards. But all the Boysenberry flavored drinks and treats are so good!

Bought a venti drink, asked for a venti ice on the side water and they wanted to charge me 3$ for the freaking venti ice water that is free at every other Starbucks. Plus my venti chai tea was all ice to the literal top of the cup.
