Very bad experience! I stayed with my family and my baby cried all night, it was very hot in the room. They have problems with the air conditioner, and I wasn't the only one complaining, there was another couple who complained about this. I couldn't take a shower because I didn't have hot water. I wonder what I paid for if we left more tired than we came? The girl at Reception Cristina, was very arrogant, she wanted to convince my husband that the problem was not theirs but the supplier's as if this was the first hotel we went to. Very disappointing! I do not recommend it and will never come back! Shame on you!

New hotel but the conditions are horrible, the air conditioner does not work at all, you can only feel a cool breeze, is too hot in the summer, the hot water does not work, and it is very difficult to have it on the shower because of the poorly designed construction. There are a lot of BUGS all the time, so don't be scared! For €78 you can find something better in that area. The only good thing was the breakfast and the restaurant where I ate very well, but the team leader of the reception who calls himself “manager”, during my entire stay I saw him wearing only jeans and a green T-shirt, from here I realized that he does not seem to be a manager( is not looks at one). His attitude leaves much to be desired, he lies to your face telling you that the hot water works” you just have to let it flow 10 minutes “and the air conditioned the same issue when he knows in what conditions those rooms are. I do not recommend this 1-star Hotel to anybody!!!

A weird smell inside the rooms, maybe there were people smoking before. The good thing is that the location stands right near the airport.

Location, room, cleanliness, and even breakfast are good! However, the front office staff needs to be trained on what "hospitality" meant. Imagine, when we arrived at 3 AM at Bucharest Airport, we are expecting for pick up from the hotel since their team confirmed the pick up via email, however, we didn't see anyone waiting for us. We took a taxi instead, and the taxi driver wanted to charge us 30 British Pound! This is from the Airport to the Airport Hotel? Around 3 KM or less. When we checked in, we asked the receptionist why no one picked us up? She just said, "I will check with my colleague when he comes back to duty! Not a single apology for the inconvenience.. not even looking on the log book, etc...terrible service! She shouldn't be in the hospitality industry. Since we are only there for layover, we checked out around 12 noon, and there was no update on what had happened about our missed pick-up. They just don't care!

Hello, I had a wonderful time breaking up our trip with a stay at this hotel. Although I had a rough start getting off the plane, everything was smooth sailing once I checked into the hotel. Always call Bolt or Uber when you arrive at the hotel, and please do not take a taxi from the street. Many thanks, especially to Elisa for being such a wonderful host. Great airport hotel literally next to the airport. Nice clean rooms, plenty of parking and they offer early breakfast boxes if you need to leave early. Includes airport shuttle.

15 minutes walk from the terminal building although free pickups can be arranged a day ahead. Very large, comfortable rooms. Good breakfast included. Pleasant English speaker staff. Recommended.

Loved staying here. Lovely little hotel. Clean and safe. The only thing that we didn't love was the access to the hotel itself - it's off a main highway which makes it difficult for pick up and drop off via taxi or Uber. But still totally manageable. We loved it! Thanks so much!

Product is good but the lack of service crested a very negative experience. Past midnight arrival on bed and breakfast basis, we requested if possible to have a small packed breakfast as we were leaving at 5 am. We were declined with an abrupt note that it should have been notified earlier by phone, kitchen is closed. Surprise …early morning while leaving we noticed a fridge with sandwiches on the side on the reception mentioning Early Breakfast., A very kind colleague mentioned we can help ourself with breakfast however sandwiches are there … from last night . Which was ok, but how did the receptionist missed it at check in. Being a platinum guest , I was given the welcome drink voucher attached to the key card holder with no mention of it. Had to ask to get the basic details. I was told there is welcome water amenity in the room, there was nothing when we reach our room. I haven’t asked for it, would have been better not to mention it. No “have a good stay”, “no assistance to at least point the way to the elevators. Early morning while coming out of the elevators on ground floor, the receptionist saw us as she was leaving the reception. Seems there is a culture in this hotel NOT to greet or assist. She saw we were leaving, came back after five minutes to continue ignoring us as we were waiting for the taxi. Luckily we had no bill to settle so we could leave without an actual check out. Oh … and best one… sorry you can’t pay your stay with ALL points because only my manager has access to do that and he is back on work after two days. I suggest you change the name on the building to a local chain as you are spoiling the reputation of the current brand.

Very convenient hotel for the airport. The shuttle to the airport takes just 2 minutes. Good breakfast and attentive staff. The restaurant serves dinner and the food is good (although a bit on the expensive side). Recommended if you have an early flight the following day. I love the flight chart theme of the rooms.

- Welcoming staff at the reception, even though I arrived in the middle of the night. - Comfortable bed and spacious shower. - Very delicious breakfast. - Awesome soundproofing - I could see the planes taking off from the adjacent airport, but I could barely hear them. - Walkable distance to the airport terminal - it takes about 10 minutes and there's a nice sidewalk.

Rooms are large and clean, staff is very polite, variety of food at breakfast, quiet place although is very close to the airport, shuttle from and to the airport upon request. As for weak points: receptionist a little slow and unorganized, room tv set not operational.

Our rooms and bathrooms were pretty small, but clean. The breakfast was more than decent. The front desk and restaurant representatives were very polite and professional.

For a little hotel by the airport (3min drive) this is fantastic value for money! They offer a free pick-up and drop-off shuttle service to the airport, the rooms are very clean and comfortable and the highlight was the food which was absolutely delicious! Did not expect such a nice experience from an airport hotel, am very pleasantly surprised! Another bonus: the staff were all super helpful and friendly, so a sad little overnight airport layover turned into a lovely stay. Five stars!

Great place right next to the airport. Perfect if you need a place before an early/late flight. Shuttle service to the aiport 24/7. Breakfast box at 03:30am. Friendly staff. (thx for cake)

Convenient for the airport with free transfer if you book in advance. They will even make you a breakfast box if you have an early flight. Air-conditioning doesn't work very well, barely cooling the room when it was 35c outside. This needs sorting. Restaurant was good for breakfast and an evening meal. Best thing was the friendly and helpful staff. A special shout-out to Costin who was so helpful, a credit to the hotel. Multumim!

Clean and new hotel, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. If your flight is early you can ask for a takeaway breakfast. Dinner on premises also possible.Airport shuttle provided free of charge.

Made a check-in at this hotel at 5 am with no prior reservation. I would like to say thanks to a reception agent Alex assisted us promptly with a polite and friendly attitude. The room and facilities are neat and fresh. Great location of the hotel, very accessible. Would recommend!
