is
good
but
the
lack
of
service
crested
a
very
negative
experience.
Past
midnight
arrival
on
bed
and
breakfast
basis,
we
requested
if
possible
to
have
a
small
packed
breakfast
as
we
were
leaving
at
5
am.
We
were
declined
with
an
abrupt
note
that
it
should
have
been
notified
earlier
by
phone,
kitchen
is
closed.
Surprise
…early
morning
while
leaving
we
noticed
a
fridge
with
sandwiches
on
the
side
on
the
reception
mentioning
Early
Breakfast.,
A
very
kind
colleague
mentioned
we
can
help
ourself
with
breakfast
however
sandwiches
are
there
…
from
last
night
.
Which
was
ok,
but
how
did
the
receptionist
missed
it
at
check
in.
Being
a
platinum
guest
,
I
was
given
the
welcome
drink
voucher
attached
to
the
key
card
holder
with
no
mention
of
it.
Had
to
ask
to
get
the
basic
details.
I
was
told
there
is
welcome
water
amenity
in
the
room,
there
was
nothing
when
we
reach
our
room.
I
haven’t
asked
for
it,
would
have
been
better
not
to
mention
it.
No
“have
a
good
stay”,
“no
assistance
to
at
least
point
the
way
to
the
elevators.
Early
morning
while
coming
out
of
the
elevators
on
ground
floor,
the
receptionist
saw
us
as
she
was
leaving
the
reception.
Seems
there
is
a
culture
in
this
hotel
NOT
to
greet
or
assist.
She
saw
we
were
leaving,
came
back
after
five
minutes
to
continue
ignoring
us
as
we
were
waiting
for
the
taxi.
Luckily
we
had
no
bill
to
settle
so
we
could
leave
without
an
actual
check
out.
Oh
…
and
best
one…
sorry
you
can’t
pay
your
stay
with
ALL
points
because
only
my
manager
has
access
to
do
that
and
he
is
back
on
work
after
two
days.
I
suggest
you
change
the
name
on
the
building
to
a
local
chain
as
you
are
spoiling
the
reputation
of
the
current
brand.
