Extremely courteous staff. Neat, good and comfortable room. however, I think their restaurant needs a little bit of an upgrade and. I had a pleasant experience. The free shuttle to and from the airport is a steal.

Very convenient for airport. I took an uber here and was quick and easy, there is a bus you can take as well. The room was a good size and excellent sound proofing windows!

We spent the night of our arrival at this hotel as it is near the airport and provided free shuttle from and back to the airport. We were pleasantly surprised. The reception was kind, the room very good as was breakfast. Very kind and helpful staff.

Our flight got cancelled on Wednesday and the airline has put us in to this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised to find such of a nice, clean and quiet hotel in the vicinity of the airport. We had free shuttle to and from the airport that needs to be booked before hand. Also, if you need to go to the centre of Bucharest the 783 bus stops outside the hotel and costs only 3 RON (electronic ticket can be brought in the bus with touch bank card ). The standard dinner with the airline voucher was not great. We had some tomatow soup that was more like a tomatow juice and fish and chips. The breakfast was fantastic with endless options of continental breakfast, fresh fruit and vegetables, etc. The rooms were clean, spacious and bed comfortable. Overall a great overnight stay and I will definitely book again in the future.

Hotel staff is super nice, friendly and very helpful. Their english ist at a good level. Rooms are clean and have a good standard. The only thing is, that, if you have a room with a connection door it is very noisy. Sometimes it seems that your room neighbour is in your room. Thatswhy I give only 4 Stars. Breakfast is good as well. The Restaurant is delicious and at moderate prices. There is a shuttle to the airport available. Anyway it is a walk of about 10-15min. Public Transport to the city of Bucharest is easy. Bus 783 is departing in front of the hotel and heading towards the city center. Train is also available. All in all a great 4 Star hotel, close to the airport.

Room is pretty spacious with comfortable bed. On the negative side, after summer season the air conditioning is not working and the room is not well ventilated. If you have a choice, I suggest taking on the other side than the railway - it's much cooler and quieter. Breakfast is well-prepared (as a hint you can always go and ask for fried eggs or omelette - it's a good change from scrabbled eggs served every day 😉).

We’ve stayed at Vienna House numerous times as it’s the perfect location close to the airport. Impeccable service, clean spacious rooms, delicious breakfast with many options. The managers, George and Andrei, have made my daughter’s birthday special by going above and beyond and deserve to be acknowledged. I highly recommend this place! I have used this location only to get a car from a cat sharing service, as their parking lot approved by the application. The parking lot in the back looks a bit deserted. Rated it 5 stars as the management provided a good explanation for the car park.

Great location near the airport and very convenient restaurant with fast, efficient and friendly service. Free parking onsite. The room had a bath but annoyingly not a powerpoint for my bathroom appliances. Front desk service was very efficient. No porter service to the room but that was not significant for me. The tap water did not taste good at all. Probably best to use bottled water in Bucharest anyway.

Nice place with friendly staff. It seems to be a bit understaffed, but overall experience was very good for an airport hotel. They are pet friendly and everything is very clean. Even though the hotel is right next to the busiest road in Romania, it was very quiet in the room.

Vienna House is a great place to stay. It's cozy, the staff is very friendly and happy to help and you just feel welcomed by the people over there. The rooms are nice, the food is great, the bar area has great coffee & you have tons of power outlets in the lobby so you can quickly connect your device and get stuff done from the lobby, if you don't feel like staying in your room. I had a great experience and I would whole heartily recommend it to anyone.

friendly staff, and great value for money taken into consierdation that it's super close to the airport with a free shuttle. Spacious and bright room with a comfy chaise longue. Unfortunately, I had a few bugs in my room and the AC didn't work properly, which made it impossible to sleep at night since I stayed there during a bad heatwave

A clean, beautiful hotel. It is closed to the airport. The rooms are clean, the breakfast has a large variety of food; and the stuff very polite and always ready to help. Highly recommended. We will definitely go back.

The hotel was very nice, the restaurant serves local beer and tasty food. It's very near the airport - walking distance and the staff is very polite and helpful. Overall great experience.

I was in that hotel for a couple of weeks. This is a good hotel for staying near the airport. You can walk to the terminal (ca 15min) or, and I recommend this option, you can order the free shuttle. Rooms are clean and big. WiFi OK, in the evenings slower, too much Netflix I guess. Breakfast very good, see the photos. There is a small gym on the first floor with some basic equipment and little sauna. The Restaurant is OK. At the reception is a mini shop 24hrs as well (drinks, coffee...) Generally, I can recommend this hotel for travelers, who need to be close to the airport. Otherwise it's too far out of the city.

Not sure why the previous review rated the breakfast so highly. Breakfast is too expensive for such a small selection. Very little choice. If he eats a vegan, then he has nothing to eat there at all. Breakfast includes scrambled eggs, eggs, fried sausages, bacon. Vegetables and cheese. Bananas, oranges and breakfast cereal. It's all for an additional 15 euros. Expensive. Overall a good location and fairly new, tidy hotel. Dinner can be ordered from the proposed menu in the restaurant. Dinner cost me 25 euros. Pictured is dinner.

These guys were literal life savers with day rate so I could sleep during 10 hour layover in Bucharest after long travel. Also forgot something in the room which had sentimental value and they did everything to help me get it back. Simply the way a hotel should be, great service, cares about the customer, something you just don't find as often anymore. Thank you!!

I had a fantastic time at the accommodation. Cristian from reception must be a real gem. It's so nice when the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. I'm glad that I had a helpful and friendly experience. I would totally recommend this place to my friends.

I landed in Bucharest at 3am after multiple overnight flights thinking that I could keep going until my original hostel check in at 2pm. By 5am I knew I couldn't, so I desperately reached out to Vienna House to see if there were any rooms available. Cristian responded quickly and by 6am a driver had picked me up and brought me to the hotel. Many thanks to Cristian for his amazing service and for helping me to a room so promptly. I had the best sleep!

It’s very near to Bucharest Airport and can reach 8-10 minutes walk across the bridge. Very nicely maintained and clean accommodation. The reception staff is very cooperative and can speak English.

The room was pretty nice, I liked that it was spacious and smelled nice. Some downsides: only one iron for the whole hotel that you have to use in a special room. This being an airport hotel, there are quite a few cabin and flight crew staying that need to iron their uniforms, so it wasn’t very convenient. Also, the sheets were stained and housekeeping didn’t clean the room. The employees at reception were nice and helpful.

Not great, the phones and website say room service but nothing, for an airport hotel that’s a huge issue. The fitness center is very very basic. 1-10KG weights a bench and some cardio machines. Better than nothing though

Great location and service. Didn't like the bathtub. Water would not hold and tub was curved, slippery to take a shower, that if I would risk the brown running water. Otherwise great bar and restaurant.

This place is great! The rooms are fantastic - they're nicely designed, clean and spacious with a huge TV, spacious bathroom and a great shower. The WiFi works really well. There are great chill-out or social areas on the ground floor with bar and big screen. They even have a mini gift shop. There's a decent fitness suite which is ideal for a quick workout. The breakfast selection was excellent. Free shuttle transfer to the hotel was perfect, however it's only a short walk if you prefer. All the staff were great too - helpful, friendly and informative. All for such great value too! I very much enjoyed my stay - well done to all the team at Vienna House. I highly recommend and will be back if I need to stay by the airport again.

Room was really comfortable. There was a kettle and coffee machine which I wasn't really not expecting. And the room has a good vibe with the pictures, I mean interior design is really cool. Shuttle service to airport was also a good addition (but I don't know the intervals of shuttle, the one in the morning was fitting to my schedule so I didn't ask about it anymore).

The worst place to be close to the airport: the rooms are really bad equipped, small, darker; no lights at all. I have booked the shuttle service from the airport, after 30 Min i didn't see anyone, I was walking to get there that is not safe due the road without any pedestrian path. The menu at the restaurant is really poor, the breakfast is poor and not good.

My stay was ambivalent. Far from fully booked they gave me a room far in the rearpart. Right above a power transformer, its humming kept me awake half of the night. without that, the room would have been great. Airport 15 minutes to walk (don't believe the receptionist if he says 5 minutes!), ask for a shuttle (they told me at 3:30 a.m. about the shuttle at 3:45 a.m.). They told me to be at the airport 2 hours in advance of takeoff. I waited at the gate for 1:40 hours. The food in the restaurant was great, but the prices felt like Paris or Brussels.

It's a good location for those who are just for a short visit. Very close to airport. Still somebody can e joy a nice dinner in the restaurant or a drink in the lounge. It's a perfect for both business and leisure. Well done to all the staff and many thanks to Andrew ( Andrei) from reception.

Very happy and will visit again very soon. The hotel is very close to the airport and offers a free shuttle bus ride to the airport every 30 minutes. The area around the hotel is very nice for a walk and it is not isolated at all (as one would expect in an area close to an airport). There is a train station very close to the hotel. It is in the line connecting the airport to the North train station of Bucharest.

Courteous and efficient staff, very good and prompt shuttle service. Please stock the coffee machine with more than one coffee shot and make available some milk and sugar/honey. Love the place - I have used it quite a few times in the past and will return.

This was my 3rd visit at this hotel and everytime was good. The staff behind the reception desk are polite and helpful, rooms are quite big and most importantly clean. The bathrooms have a bath tub so that's a bonus. The breakfast is fine too. They do offer free transport from and to the aeroport I think is a 24h service. We will definitely stay here again.

Wow: what a fantastic experience. Checking in was easy and, as I was being picked up in the early hours, the hotel gave me a room opposite the lift lobby. The room was decorated to a high standard and I really liked the coffee machine! The shower cubicle was also particularly good. All staff were so helpful and friendly. There was an amazing menu in the restaurant with high quality food. The only thing to be aware of is, if you're arriving at the airport, it looks like a fairly short walk to the hotel. It is but... part of that walk involves a bridge over a dual carriageway. There are no ramps so you're faced with steps. Not a problem normally but very unsafe if you're trying to haul a 20kg suitcase up the stairs! What would be good is if, when booking, there was an opportunity to book the courtesy bus. If there was an option to give your flight number, the driver could check that your flight was in on time and be there to meet you. If that's not possible, at least a warning on the website that the walk to the hotel involves a bridge would have meant that I'd have got a taxi, rather than walking. However, compared to the very, very many positives, this was minor. I'll look forward to returning.

DO NOT STAY HERE Very rude and ignorant personnel. They lied to us about airport transfer. You don't get a private transfer even if you order it. Also, they don't care about the room you have booked, it will be different. I am a very frequent traveler, I stay 3 months of the year in hotels, and such bad service I get for the first in my life. Stay away from this hotel, if you want to get to the airport from it, it will take you 30-40 minutes, because of the way they handle the transfer, taxi, in the end, they just don't care. I tried to call them, even after the booking still no apologies, they understand that you have stayed only for one or two nights and don't care. Prices&value were not worth it. I have booked the biggest room that they can offer.

It was a nice experience to pass the night in this hotel before go to the airport. Very nice rooms and perfect service with a free shuttle to the airport, as well the restaurant was very nice with delicious food. For sure every time I will pass by Bucharest I will book at this hotel.

I really like this hotel, stuff is very very helpful. Quality of the hotel is best. Easy to travel city center, near the airport. It was my first accommodation but will not be the last.

First of all I checked room availability and prices online, it was 59 EUR for a room. I called at front desk for a reservation due to the fact that I wanted to add some extra requirements and best price that they can offer it was 79 EUR. Of course I booked online, the location, rooms, services was already know to me and I have nothing to comment. However the restaurant was awful, prices were sky high since last time and the food was terrible. I order a Caesar salad, so not so difficult to made, they put only a few pieces of chicken, lot of salat and a few slices of parmesan, nothing else. The wine that I served, the only one available at glass wasn't the one that they advertise and trust me I know because it's my favorite one. Next business trip I will change hotel. Cheers!

It's been three years since we last stayed at Vienna House. A lot of changes some good and bad. Room were clean. No more room service as they don't offer it. The shuttle service is atlest an hour wait at the airport. The staff were helpful and friendly.
