Neglected place. Looks relatively new, but needs lots of TLC already. Drain in the bathtub is blocked, the sink tap is rusty, the shower head holder is broken, no power point for one of the bedside lamps etc etc. Awful. Really awful. Just slapped together

Expensive breakfast (for some reason it was not included in our room), advertised as "smart hotel" there was nothing smart about it, apart from the crypto mining rig laying under stairs. The room's TV remote control was not working properly, could not select the channels properly; also the bathroom door wasn't not closing properly. Not recommend.

Don't let yourself be put in one of the old rooms. It smells, visible stains on the ceiling and towels. The air conditioning is barely cooling, loud and water is dripping. During summer time it gets very hot, as the curtains let through the sun and the air conditioning is not doing any good job either On the plus side it is quiet and personal is nice. But still a no go for me!

The hotel has great customer service, which is not always found it in Romania. The front desk staff and the kitchen staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was fresh and hot. They let you choose from a menu since they can’t do a Buffet. They had lots of options and even some tiramisu at the end! I know some people said the rooms are outdated, but those are the older rooms and the lowest price. If you spend a little bit more for the superior room it’s an updated room and worth the money. The older rooms to fill out needed. A note on the beds, they are spring mattresses and fortunately not too hard, but sometimes you feel the springs. Not the best bad but comfortable enough to sleep on the whole night. I was also very impressed with the parking. They have plenty of it and even underground parking. If you need air conditioning, I would make sure the room has a working unit because it can be hot in the summer. Overall, felt very taken care of and that it was a good value. Thank you Hotel Charter Otopeni!

The rooms were clean and large but the transfer to the airport was not provided outside the fact that on the phone it was confirmed by the lady from the front office.

I liked this little hotel so much that i stayed twice in a week(back and forth from the seaside). Room is big, clean and very welcoming, ambiental AC, ketle, spacy beautiful bathroom, breakfast is excellent, and the underground parking gave me peace of mind during the stormy times i stayed there. Very easy to find, self check in & check out , very friendly staff & adorable kitty outside demanding attention from people coming and going. The only negative about my entire experience with this hotel comes from our co-nationals occupying rooms at the same level, very noisy and inconsiderate, slamming doors, banging and shouting until late hours and first thing in the morning.

7 minutes by taxi/car from the airport incase you have an early flight. Please do not confuse it with Hotel Otopeni which is 7 mins *walking* from the airport. The rooms were ok but the bathroom needs some serious work.

Room had a very bad smell, most probably someone smoked in the room, for a long time, because we left the balcony open all the time and the smell was still there. The room was dirty, the balcony had cigarette buds and cigarette ashes, and obviously, it was not cleaned. The wires and power sockets hang out from the wall. The carpet was dirty, the towel torn, the mattress very old, yellow and soft. The bathroom fittings were broken, there is no shower, only a hand shower, that too broken. The hair dryer broke down, and we got one that was very old, full of dust, and making a loud noise. We asked for someone to check the hair dryer in the bathroom and fix it. It never happened. There is no housekeeping. Breakfast is very bad. Bad coffee, no cereals, just a few options with eggs, nothing for kids. We have been to this hotel twice, I think in 2016, and it was very nice, clean, good service, good breakfast. This is the reason we decided to come back. Very disappointed! The only good things were: hotel has parking, bedsheets were clean and there is drinking water in the room

The bathroom needs renovating, the kettle for the coffee/tea water was full of scale and dirty, the bed sheets smelled stale. It was ok staying there for a night before our flight the next day as the hotel is really close to the airport. They also provide transportation to the airport which is very helpful.

We dont know the name of the receptionist, but she was on work the night until the 24 of may. We first went to a different hotel, but it was overbooked and it was 04.00 in the night and we could not get a taxi to go anywhere else. We called hotel charter and the receptionist even sent a car to a pick up location so we could get to Chater hotel. We were so happy for all her help. They also arranged a rental car for us which we had for 8 days and there was not any problems at all when delivering the car. Top servive!

Run down, old, dirty. Water leaks on ceiling, old pillows, dirty shower, thumbtacks in wall. Topped off by cleaning staff leaving a trail of leaking liquid garbage into the elevator.

After two other places that we stayed at, this was the best. Everything was so clean, and the rooms looked way better than in the pictures. Enough towels for everyone and close to the airport and McDonald's. Really recommended.

This is a very very dirty place, the walls have holes, chairs have stains. Strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Great location Everything is just fine My only problem during both my stays here were the pillows. I found it impossible to sleep on them.

It does the job, not expensive, very close to the airport. We had 2 rooms and in both of them we needed to ask for extra towels as we could find only 2 small ones. In one of the rooms the otherwise very sophisticated shower wasn't working properly. the place is clean and quiet allowing you to rest prior to the flight. It offers a free shuttle service from the hotel to the airport, unsure if it also offers one back.

6 minutes by drive or bus from airport. The ladies in the reception are nice and help. Breakfast is resturant type and not buffet. The food was tasty, but not much varity. The resturant is on nice balcony with garden and street views. The rooms are nice and comfertable, but had some issues. One room window was infront of other houses windows so had to keep the curtain closed all time, there was problem with one of room lights and had a day i came to room and didnt have toalet paper, when asked got right away but still it was a bit annoy.regarding all things the stay is worth the price and therefore i ranked It 4 stars.

The hotel offered a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. We agreed to pick me up at 05.15 PM but nobody showed. I called three times but nobody answered. They called me at 18 saying that is something wrong with the phone (ok. could happen). I also ordered a morning wake-up call at 4.40 AM insisting on the punctuality because I had to take my PCR test and I had a flight at 7.00 AM. Lady sad that if they called me and I DO NOT ANSWER SOMEBODY WILL COME TO KNOCK ON THE DOOR. Nobody called me and nobody came to my door. I did not miss the flight by pure chance because I just woke up by myself. When I came to the reception, the receptionist said that they had a problems with the phone (AGAIN???) and that he considered that there is no need to come and wake me up because I wanted to sleep. REALLY?????????? Besides, for me, it was very difficult to sleep because I could hear the gentleman in the room next to me talking on the phone like he was in the room with me. He was just speaking normally without yelling. The one thing hotel promised and respected was a shuttle from hotel to airport at 5 AM (which I almost missed because nobody woke me up).

The accommodation was acceptable. It looked nice but it wasn't extremely clean. On the other hand, breakfast was soo delicious! It looked and tasted amazing and children enjoyed their desert. Our transfer to the airport was quick and on time. The receptionist didn't find any smiles at all for us,but everyone else was nice and polite.
