STAY AWAY !!! they cancelled my reservation in Cluj-Napoca even though I paid in advance. no notice, no refund . avoid at all cost. useless company only good for scamming people. give me back my money !!!

We arrived to the airport only few minutes late and when we called them we were told that the car is cancelled (they never called nor emailed us) and shockingly they also took the payment!!! Please note that they have no office at the airport unlike the other companies and in case of issues you are left without assistance nor any explanation on why the car was cancelled by them for a less than 1 hour delay at an airport! Luckily we found another car available at the front desk of different rental company inside the airport and for a better car we had a good price. I honestly believe this company is a SCAM!

Stay away from these dubious people!! They will cancel your car if you don’t show up within 2 hours and the only explanation is: the system does it!? So stupid Smelly and overused cars Unsafe to drive And the most horrible and unprofessional people

One of the worst rental car company, Cluj Napoca office. They gave me a lower class car then I've paid for, all dirty and damaged, unsafe to drive with a two years old baby, couldn't drive more then 105km/h because of the excessive shaking and vibrations, warning lights came in to the dash regarding the safety of the tyres.When I've call the manager he ask me to go to a service to balance the wheels and he's gonna pay on my return, such a joke. He didn't bother to discuss about the other problems. Pictures attached! Please avoid this company for your benefit!

Scammers! Not recommended! After driving off with the worst Mercedes I've ever driven (so many defective things) the dashboard showed that I need to add one liter of oil. I told customer service and they asked me to add one liter of engine oil and that they will reimburse me. After I did that they stopped answering my calls and my messages.

Terrible experience... they did not have the car we booked ready. We needed to wait a total of 4 hours with no apology or discount. When we received the car it was broken from the previous driver, so after driving down the highway we needed to return to have it fixed because of a loud noise. The car we rented was supposed to be "luxury" category and you couldn't even plug in an aux cord to play music. When we dropped it of they "couldnt find the video/ photos" and tried to blame the damage (THAT THEY FIXED) on me. Luckily I had my own video. Of course they also give you the car wet, so you cannot see all the millions of scratches in the video and also try to blame that on you. No apologies, nothing. Every single experience I had with Green Motion in many locations has been terrible. Will never rent from them again.

SCAM - Avoid at all costs. The office manager wrote down all credit card numbers in a particularly suspicious software. Before asking for insurance (despite the credit card) for an extra 70euros per day. I went 500m away and got a better car for 10e per day. Just hope I will manage to get my money back (they refuse to reimburse what I paid through the booking website). Go to the next door. Don't lose time, money, and patience there.

This is the worst car rental Company I have ever rent a car. Firstly, be careful as the cars they give you as "similar" have nothing to do with your request. Second, they charge you if you bring back the car not cleaned outside and inside!!! And they only inform you at the check in. Try to stay away from these guys, at the end of the day you will pay much more than trusting a well known Car Rental Company such as Hertz, Avis, Budget etc If you have a look into other reviews on the web, you will find many complaints about them. Do not make the same mistake I did not to trust these reviews before proceeding to the reservation

I am writing to Car Jet to demand a refund. I ordered an Opel in the category above the smallest. When we arrived, we were told that they only had a Fiat Panda in the smallest category. It was unsafe as far as we're concerned and wouldn't fit our luggage. Then we were offered a Dacia Duster but were told we would have to pay 15 Euro/day additional. Since when does a car rental company demand more money when they can't supply you with what you ordered??? I was in shock, my daughter had fever so we paid and left. Outrageous. Then, we discovered that the windshield had a small crack and it was scratched on the driver's side from windshield wipers. The car was great besides that but we've rented cars all over Europe and the U.S. and have never had to deal with things like this. It was hard for my husband to see so we avoided much night driving. This should never have happened. So, even though the Green Motion people were polite, I cannot recommend them and Car Jet had better be more careful about the companies with whom they work. We will be demanding a refund for the extra 45 Euros we were asked to pay.

1. Service is mediocre at best - the representative is not even familiar with Android Auto or which cars support it. 2. The car we ordered (BMW) was in bad shape: external damages (dents, scratches, etc) which made my life harder since I had to document them all to make sure I won't be held responsible for them. 3. The car we ordered (BMW) was also in bad internal state: internal plastics had "bubbles" due to heat or exhaustion, hand-brake hardly had an effect (forcing to rely on "Park" state when stationary) and as mentioned above - no Android Auto but I guess I should have checked that BMW support that so that's on me I guess :) 4. Drop-off is very strict - 1 hour extra causes extra charges despite the location in the middle of the most busy section near the airport where traffic often causes long long delays. I will not be ordering from Green Motion again.

Liars company and point of sale devices not accepted

We rented a car here during our one week vacation in Romania. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There was an issue with my credit card, but they resolved it as soon as they could. I would recommend them! We were also picked up on time and they dropped us off at the airport without any problem.

Car could be cleaner inside but generally very positive experience, those Fiat diesel cars are extremely economical :) 5 stars!

These guys are thieves. Stay away. We've been travelling for months and this is the worst ever. Forced us to upgrade and by forced I mean the guy stood there and didn't let us put our luggage at back sit The car given was with technical issues and we were stuck for few hours in the rain with wipers not working. Then flat tire we went to fix but had to change as they were in horrible condition. We asked them to compensate us for new tires we placed and were told it will be handled but the moment we left the ignored our calls and emails. Those guys are simply crooks. Stay away. Overall great experience.... great customer service.... Car was a Fiat Tipo with aprox 40k km on it... i will use their services again, for sure... Thank you guys...

Pretty good experience with these guys. We rented with them directly as they were a fair deal cheaper than other options (about €100 less for a week-long rental). The car was a 6 year old Opel Astra with 140,000 km, so while it certainly wasn’t luxurious, it didn’t have any problems and was ok considering the price (relative to what was available elsewhere). We also didn’t have any problems with the deposit, being forced to buy additional insurance, or anything like that.

Terribile experience, rude and aggressive personnel. They did not accept any of the cards we had for the deposit, claiming they could not accept virtual cards and we were obliged to pay an extra 200€. Avoid this car rental!

Generally, the car was in bad technical condition. Usage of such tires is illegal (different types of tires on the same axle and completely worn out tread). Sometimes warning light came on and there were strange sounds from the suspension. They gave me a car of a lower class than was ordered (they said that they had the same category), during the check-in the representative manipulated and told wrong about the insurance conditions, and when I referred to the conditions I read on their website, he said that he was mistaken. Next time I'd rather pay more, but rent a car from a trustworthy company.

Never ever rent a car from this scam company! They are just robbers! I had a horrible experience, they just still your money! If i could i give a zero star!

Had no problems and they drove us back to airport. Very good price for a 28 day rental.

I can say that it was the best rental experience. Firstly, I got an e-mail a few days before to fill in a web form with all my details (passport, DL, etc) - that saved time at the pick up. I was out of the premises within 10 minutes (5 minutes were my careful checking of the car). Secondly, I only had a voucher for small car, and I was ungraded free of charge to 4WD (just in case I will go to the mountains ). Thirdly, the car was very neat spacious and economical and Finally, when I returned the car, the check in of the car was done in less than 5 minutes. So it was an amazing experience! the only slight downside was the fact that the car was not full on full (the fuel gauge was half when I picked up the car and it is difficult to bring it back exactly half so I ended up bringing the car nearly full). this is not a big deal as the petrol in Romania is about £0.90 a litter

Bad experience stay away from them, when I arrived to finish the procedures for picking up the car I booked they asked me to pay a deposit of 950 euros!! The amount was very high than the rest of the other rental companies, although I agreed, but their payment machine was not working, they told me that my card does not work! I asked to try another card and it also did not work, then I asked him to try another card, he got angry with me and told me that it will be the last card he trye it. I was able to buy some food from the supermarket from the same card, and then I went back to him and asked him to try it and it also did not work, he kicked me out and asked me to sign that my card does not work so that he is not responsible for anything but I refused to kick me out and he gives the car to other people, I went back to Bucharest airport and rented another car from Hertz and I did not face any problems with them, then I drove to them and told them that the problem was from them and not from me, when they saw me,they surprised, but they still denies that they have no problem with their bank machine! He said he would full refund the money, but it has been 3 weeks now that he has not returned the money to me!!! Watch out for them🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨
